A library was discovered near the end of part 1.  The preface to Oathbringer in the epigraphs will conclude in two chapters.  I think that Oathbringer will be found in the Urithiru library.  Author will be one of the Bondsmiths that caused the Recreance.

Then it would surely be a remarkable coincidence that it has the same name as Dalinar's old Shardblade.

Or maybe Oathbringer is revived and writes its autobiography.

Not a particularly weird one, but I don't think I've seen anyone propose Shallan. The "I've been called a monster" line makes me think it could be her.

Sorry, I've seen all of those.

i think the book will show itself at the end of the thrid section (IRCC the section will be four, if i remember wrong will be the section before the last) o the final interlude. and the last section epigraphs will be the actual content of the book. the same 'pattern' was used for the death rattle in the WotK.

Based on prevailing theories I can only surmise that the Oathbringer book is in fact Evi.  Dalinar was literally married to a book named Evi for several decades.  And the author of that book??? VIVENNA!

Ill take a guess and say that Oathbringer was written by multiple authors including Dalinar, Jasnah and maybe someone else.

It's a little known fact but the shattering was because adonalsium read this book by his alternate self.

Impactful book it is, then.

It was "written" by the Sunmaker, who realized that the only way to delay a Desolation was to force humanity to keep fighting.

Meanwhile the Desolation has been caused by a war.
