Random Stuff X: Something Weird

I had a dream last night that I was driving distracted and ended up barreling my car off a pier into a lake. Except it wasn't my actual car, which in real life is a Hyundai. In my dream I was driving a VW Beetle and somehow managed to get out of the car before it submerged completely. Climbed up onto the pier, sopping wet, but my phone was undamaged when I pulled it out of my pocket. And then there just happened to be a construction crane nearby, and the operator helpfully retrieved my car from the bottom of the lake.

Since you were driving a beetle, I'm guessing that baby started right back up too.

I'm super annoyed at myself for actually getting my hopes up... I made an entire plan and everything bleh. I have never been allowed out like this lol, why would tomorrow have been different *sigh

I'm somewhere in that blue dot. The orange crosses are the lightning strikes. The brighter yellow, the more recent the strike was.

Is it just me or is everyone loosing their mind over the upcoming eclipse? The sun is going to be covered for about three minutes; besides it being the best time to invade the Fire Nation it does not seem a big deal to me.

It's crazier how everyone seems to be going to Oregon when the path is going all the way to South Carolina. Why isn't anyone going to SC?

I was interested in these after hearing AClocworkReader, a booktuber, saying how much she loved these books and the plots just sound interesting. They'll have to wait a while before I open them since I want to finish my Sanderson-a-thon first (which will have a planned intermission in October for a couple spooky books)

@AngelEy3 I have a couple more raven pictures for you.

The lighting was really harsh when I took these, so I decided to just roll with it and put a black-and-white filter on the photos to accentuate the stark contrast between the black bird and the bright sky. They don't actually look all that different from the originals. XD
