My first non faction goal is to destroy the Ghostbloods. You made it clear that you weren't a member of my faction, an independant, or a memebr of God's own Hate. So chances were, you were a Ghostblood. So Yes, I attacked you, and am quite miffed that you not only survived but knew it was me. Can I expect a vengeance kill tonight? Again, mobile quotes are annoying. So, D1, you guessed that PK wasn't in your faction, an Independent, or a GOH, so you took a potshot in the dark that cost 3-7 Investiture? Seems rather unlikely, unless you had other evidence PK was a Ghostblood.
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 It seemed like a good guess at the time, and I didn't know when we would next be on the same planet. So I took a risk. It didn't pay off. In fact it backfired rather baddly. That's how the game is played sometimes.
Dalinar Kholin Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 I was not attacked (as far as I'm aware).
Clanky he/him Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 I wasn't attacked with a kill action. Only with whatever got me sick.
little wilson she/her Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 I also was not attacked. I would guess that if multiple people are attacked, the writeup would indicate that, but this writeup only indicates one attack. And that attack is highly likely to be Joe towards PK. If GOH made an attack, they got blocked somehow, but not from protection, since this writeup shows that a kill that's blocked due to some type of protection is shown in the writeup. I don't think GOH made a kill though. They're probably a fairly small team, and kills probably cost a decent amount of investiture, which means that they can't just go and kill without any discretion, particularly not if the kills are local, as I suspect they are. Why does the lack of a kill indicate local targeting? Because local targeting means that they're at risk of getting caught, and if they have a small team, they can't risk getting caught this early in the game. Much better to hold off on killing and hope for the daily lynch and any vigilantes or independents with kills to weed out a number of players, while they build up investiture and gather information, so they can make much more informed kills later on. I could tell you where to start looking for GOH in that strategy, but I'm independent so I don't really need to look for them.
Arraenae Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Last turn, some Clothing (worn) mysteriously appeared in my inventory. Someone must have planted the Clothing in my stuff, because I didn't send in an order to pick up anything or take anything. [Plant] occurs after attacks and before detects, so the clothing couldn't have been used and them planted on me. I started on Sel. Person who did this, mind explaining your rationale?
Amanuensis he/him Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 (edited) @little wilson, you said you have the ability to scan corpses, yes? I am on Scadrial with Bard right now, and we are talking about having everyone in our world analyze one another and decide on someone to propose for the lynch so that he has a corpse to scan. However, if you can do the same thing, I ask that your planet has the same discussion and presents a lynch option as well. Everyone in the thread can then decide upon which of the two we go for, since everyone else, for now, cannot be scanned, unless there's another player out there with that ability. little wilson she/her Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Well, I'm on Nalthis right now, and I don't have any opinions of anyone there, but I know you were suspicious of Lopen, so.....

Haelbarde he/him Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 I didn't get attacked to my knowledge.
luckat she/her Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 I didn't get attacked either, as far as I know. Joe's explanation for his attack on PK sounds pretty reasonable to me. So I'm willing to trust him for now, as long as he doesn't go around killing people for little reason. The lack of an eliminator kill makes me think that (1) they only have a local kill and didn't want one group of people looked at too closely, (2) they only have a limited number of global kills and want to save them, or (3) they were taking into account all their various additional win conditions and either didn't want to kill anyone immediately or couldn't agree on a target. It will probably be easier to tell which of these are more likely once (or if) eliminator kills happen during future cycles. Clanky's sickness seems strange. It seems like it either comes from someone who has a goal to make a lot of people sick (because doing it the first night seems needless otherwise), or maybe from a negative passive special like Contagious Sickness or something that makes people around someone get sick. I could see something like that coming from Demoux or Galladon or Baon, causing something like the plague at the Purelake.
Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 I wasn't attacked. Also, @STINK wasted 5 of my investiture in a failed attempt to teach him fabrial sciences, I told him not to wordhop, but he worldhopped
livinglegend Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 (edited) I was not attacked last night either. Given Joe's explanation and something that was said in my world pm, I am willing to rescind my vote on The Only Joe. In reference to the GoH kill, If they are limited in how and when they kill, I worry that we help them in our lynch. On the other hand, If for whatever reason they just didn't kill anyone, not lynching could play into their hands. also, I am looking for Syl. I'd appreciate any help with that I suppose I'm just saying I don't know who else to point a finger at so I'm not going to. Edited September 20, 2016 by livinglegend

Thanks for contributing to the game talk. I was not attacked last night. I'm pretty sure they were the only things that I need to directly respond to, but I'll give a more in depth post when I get home tonight, which will be very late (probably 7-8 hours from now, or close to midnight AEST) EDIT: One more thing - the no colours from scans thing was a mistake on behalf of the GM. The Ghostbloods colour is pink, as Joe said it was, which makes me convinced he's telling the truth more than anything else. Edited September 20, 2016 by The Young Bard

I'm actually not very suspicious of any of the players on my world. Most of them I think are either Children or Independents and the others I have no solid read on or any solid reasons to accuse them of anything, at least nothing I can think of right now. Maybe being quiet, but I've been quiet, so I'll leave them alone. Right now, my top suspects are probably Dowanx and Stink. Stink, because some people(like Aman) think he's been playing differently than usual and Dowanx because last Day Turn when Stink was tied for the most votes for the lynch, Dow was pushing for Mage to be lynched in our World PM but never said anything about it in the thread(Aman mentioned this) which I thought could be him trying to protect Stink. I also thought it could be him defending Stink because I don't remember him being much of a player to push for someone's lynch like that, especially this early. So the thought came to mind that he probably had some sort of agenda behind it and the first thing I thought of was that he was trying to protect a teammate from the lynch. That's probably my best lead at the moment, so, I suppose I'll put a vote on Dowanx for now, even though he's not currently on my World anymore. I'd be okay with not lynching if we can't find a good target though(and if we're gonna limit ourselves to 2 worlds for our lynch targets, that's a distinct possibility). My personal goals might take a while, so prolonging things a bit is fine with me.
STINK he/him Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Lol, sorry for playing differently guys. Forgot change is bad if I don't tell anyone a month in advance. 1

Mark IV he/him Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Nope, I wasn't attacked. Clanky, what do you want me to say, really? I didn't poison you, and I don't really have a goal to do so. So... Yeah... That..

Forgot change is bad if I don't tell anyone a month in advance. My explanation for why I was suspicious of you wasn't very good. It wasn't really a change in play style, although my post did make it sound like that I guess. I'll try and go into more detail. First, Joe accused you of not doing anything to make him think you were village, so that was one opinion saying you were suspicious. There were a couple more votes, but I didn't like the reasoning of those very much. Next, Aman, mentioned in our World PM that he was getting weird vibes from you(not really about your play style though) and considering you and him talk quite a bit, I'd consider his opinion of you to be more accurate than most people. The final, and probably the biggest, reason for why I suspect you is because of what I mentioned with Dowanx. So, really, I mostly suspect you because of things other than your own posts or any change in play style. I have never been able to read you very well myself. Which is why I voted on Dowanx rather than you.
STINK he/him Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Imma just say that Aman and me talk loads OOG yeah, but in game we really don't actually talk that much. Also I always just assume he's straight up evil and I'm never really proved wrong so yeah, trust my opinion of him?
