Does the Pool have any benefits? I mean, the rules don't say they have any, but they don't say they DON'T either.

No benefits that I'm aware of. I suspect there will end up being an Epic whose ability or weakness has something to do with the location.

Maybe I was trying to spy on my rival gang?

That's possible, but I think it would be a bold move after Clanky and I mentioned the plan for Commanders / Captains to find out everyone in their gang at the start of the next cycle.

The neutral buildings were actually the Pub, Pool, Ferry and City Hall.

I didn't include the Pool in my list because I went there myself and already announced there's no one here. Also, the City Hall is the HQ of the Pearl District Neighborhood Watch. The Government Building is indeed neutral (see first post, third paragraph of the sign ups).

Why start on the Ferry??? That would be peculiar.

I haven't got confirmation for this yet, but @GMs, did we all technically start off in our HQ, so if I were a Blood Tyrant who decided to go to the City Hall last turn, would I have to cross the river and therefore be on the Ferry right now? Or did you allow us to choose wherever we want to begin?

So why don't we decide whether we're gonna do my plan or not? I know that Aman doesn't want to because...pity for the GA's(he also invited them to a Pool party  :P). They're gonna have to make a choice about where they want to kill anyways. My plan just makes it so that we can get a lot better information if they do kill someone. Anyways, I figure we should get this settled as early as possible so if we DO decide to do it, we can post who goes where at the beginning of the next Day Turn, and that way everyone should have adequate time to get their orders in.

Strategically, I like your plan because it makes the eliminators job much harder. Morally, I don't like your plan because it has the potential to ruin the fun of the eliminators (if every location has four people and no one is on the streets, every kill they make would have a very big chance of revealing one of them) and takes away the freedom of choice from players. Ultimately I support the idea that people should go where they want to go. So I vote No.

Lopen's Plan Tally

(1) Yes: Lopen

(1) No: Aman

At this point I would be fine with doing some sort of system to divide players equally among the locations. I just don't think that everybody would agree and you need that in order for the plan to actually work. Also I am in the warehouse today with PK and burnt spaghetti.

Well, you can count me in on lopen's plan. The eliminators still did win in LG 9, if I'm not mistaken, even after such a plan was applied. Also, Aman, the eliminators could just not do anything and let us kill ourselves. That would make a long game though...

Can confirm Kynedath and And strawman here with me in this room.

Also, there's 3 players in the Streets. I wouldn't think the GA's would be so cruel as to kill a first time player on the first Cycle, so I would guess that if they do kill one of them, it would be either Dowanx or Sart. Not sure who'd they'd pick from the both of them. They might just decide to kill someone else anyways though.

I think that it is likely for them to try and kill someone on the street since that doesn't give anything to us about what location they are in. So I recommend that we protect them to force the traitors into attacking someone in the rooms. Specifically anyone who has a protection role and who is in a room with few occupants (less than 5 I would say) can use their protection on the street players since it is unlikely that anyone in your room will be attacked anyways.

Streets: Dowanx, Honor Spren, Sart

Pool: Amanuensis

Warehouse: Clanky, Paranoid King, Burnt Spaghetti

Pub: IrulelikeSTINK

Labratory: ThatTinyStrawMan, Mark IV, Kynedath,

Government Building: Unknown

City Hall Unknown

Ferry: Unknown

Unaccounted for: Shallan, Wonko, Meta, Elkanah, Elbereth, Lopen, Silverblade, Silverdragon, Arraenae, Elodin, Danosaur, Kipper

Most likely one of the players on the streets will die, and I wlso have a theory that one of them is a GA. Also my gut is telling me that at least one of the Silvers is a GA (leaning towards Blade) but since he is new I'll give him slack for now. You two should just be aware that I'm watching you.

Edit: Also, I'm pretty sure that the GA will either have 0 Epics this entire game or have one in each gang. Otherwise there would be a big issue with faction balance. I'm thinking the first will be true for now. Also if I were you guys I would not discount the possibility of neutral roles.

Everybody got to choose where they wanted to go. Now everyone is on one side of the river and will have to spend a cycle in the Ferry if they want to cross.

Double post for important announcement:

Due to the circumstances of the rules in this game, the rule that says only one action may be taken a turn is being changed. If a player has multiple roles, they can use up to two role actions in one turn. Using Point-based actions will still take up your entire action period.

2 and a half hours till rollover, remember to send actions and tell us if you want to keep your points or donate them!

Thought so. Therefore no one should be on the Ferry unless they specifically asked to be (I considered using the ferry every single cycle to keep track of people's movements and enact some changes) but figured it'd be better to choose a neutral location where I'm not in danger and enact my plans from there.

It should be pretty obvious then that Lopen and Meta are a part of the City Watch but it's possible they are just pretending to be. Since the other two factions outed their potential members I would appreciate it if one of you or anyone else in the City Hall and Government Building announce their groups because I'm pretty sure I can piece together the identities of some GAs if you do (or at least set me on the right path)

Government Building: Silverblade5, Master_Elodin, SilverDragon, Arraenae, Lopen, Meta, Elbereth, Danosaur and Kipper

Now that will probably be where somebody is killed. Theres bound to be some GAs in there. This will also not help us narrow anything down at all.

The streets of Portland were dark without the familiar glow of the streetlights, reducing everything to menacing silhouettes and shadows. Pam shivered as she walked down the sidewalks. Maybe she should have worn a heavier jacket.

Footsteps echoed behind her and she jumped. What -- what was that? Was someone following her?

Pam looked behind her, but didn’t see anything lurking in the shadows. That didn’t mean anything. In this pitch-black night, somebody could be right behind her and she wouldn’t know until it was too late.

Pam started jogging. Hopefully the government building wasn’t too far away.

As SilverBlade says, I am in the government building with Master_Elodin, SilverDragon, Elbereth, Lopen, Meta, SilverBlade, Danosaur, and Kipper. I probably will be staying there to get my free two points a cycle.

EDIT: put in the list of people in my location.

Hmm. So Elkanah, Shallan and Wonko went to the city watch. Stink is most likely a villager and either Lopen or Meta are a GA; most likely Meta. I have a few more suspicions but I will not mention them as it may reveal my faction and I'd rather keep that a secret for now.

Why do you think either Lopen or Meta are a GA?

Hmm, okay. As I said before, I'm a Drunk, so any PM-based identification system isn't going to work with me.

Just based off their interaction. I mean, it's more likely that both are innocent, but if I had to choose Meta would be the evil one for proposing a plan that benefited the faction aspect of this game over the elimination / would make the eliminator a job easier / denounced a player with a plan that would really maximize the efficiency of the village without mentioning the moral aspect of it.

Oh I'm also a bit suspicious of you, Rae. Just thought I'd let you know :) (besides my role and faction I'm 100% an open book)

Does a Drunk still get placed in the normal chain of command? Like would a Regular Drunk Kipper have a Captain who knows there alignment?

Drunks have a placement, but were too drunk to remember to show up to role call, so their superior(if any) doesn't know who they are and they don't know their subordinates(if any). Once the Drunk(s) sober up, they will remember their placement and report to their superior.
