Left he/him Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Waiting for a patch for Batman:Arkham Knight..........
Redbird he/him Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Waiting for a patch for Batman:Arkham Knight.......... And I'm over here, just starting Arkham Asylum.
Briar King Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I had to put Bloodborne aside. It's a beautiful game but so repetitive it got old quickly to me. My lack of skill didn't help me feel better as I watched lots of videos of people beating the 1st 2 bosses without once leveling up yet I had to spend hrs upon hrs running the same small circle to get thousands upon thousands of $ before I could beat boss 1. Never even made a dent in boss 2 so I just gave up angry and confused.
Briar King Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Still all about Destiny on my PS4 almost a yr into the game.
Bort he/him Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 I'm currently splitting my time between Telltale Games Walking Dead, Startopia, and Farcry 3.
DanTheSeamonster he/him Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 Assassin's Creed Rogue. Pretty fun, but kind of the same as Black Flag. That being said, it is still a pretty entertaining game, and Black Flag is my favorite AC, so it's nice to have a kind of expansion/DLC for it.
Left he/him Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 Been meaning to update on here for a while but never got around to it. Batman Arkham Knight was excellent, far far more enjoyable to me than Origins. The batmobile was extremely well done, although it annoyed me that basically every boss fight was a tank fight. Better than even More Bane style fights I suppose. The story was absolutely kick chull, although the pacing wasnt fantastic. The knightfall ending kinda confused me, kinda hoping an expansion or dlc will expand on that. Anyway, I'd probably rank it even with Arkham Asylum, but beneath City. City was just such a perfect game that it would be very, very hard to make an Arkham game I could love more. All three easily beat origins though, it was just so unengaging to me. Anyway, before I played AK, I was starting back up on my play through of Legends of Heroes, Trails in the Sky. Not my favorite game, but as I play it more and the story picks up the pace, I'm enjoying it more. Enough to finish it anyway. Since upgrading to windows ten, Civ V has been basically unplayable for me. Within 5-15 minutes the computer will crash so bad that I have to power it off and do a complete reboot everytime. It's driving me nuts, but I don't know of a solution yet.

I only recently got it working on Windows 8.1, and wasn't sure about going through with the windows 10 upgrade. think I'll hold off now, wait to see if this is a big problem and if it gets fixed.
Kestrel she/her Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 I've.... Been on Flight Rising all day.....
Bort he/him Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I currently have games running of Skyrim (again), and a UGC (user generated content, basically player written) campaign for Shadowrun Returns. When I finally get around to it, I also intend to restart my epic Civ journey - From the beginning of time in Civ V, through to leaving Earth to colonize the stars (science victory) in Civ: BE, and ending up sending a fleet of ships across the galaxy to save another race of human colonists in Sid Meier's Starships. I did already start once before, but the race I selected in Civ V didn't have a corresponding race in Civ: BE so I'll have to go back and start over. I'll probably wait until I pick up the Civ BE expansion for sea based cities first. Before that though, I intend to buy Shadowrun Returns: Hong Kong. Then perhaps, I might finally get around to starting my own UGC campaign.
Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 I just bought Homefront a couple of days ago and I can't wait to play it this weekend. From what I have heard, It is a great game with a realistic storyline in which Korea decide to start a nuclear war and Kim-Jon-Un attacks America in the year 2027. By then America's state is pretty bad with financial crashes and flu epidemics claiming million of lives. Funny thing is, apparently Korea is winning and have occupied parts of America and call it 'The New Korean Federation of Occupied America'. IT SOUNDS AWESOME. Home is where the Hearth War is.

Reminds me of the Red Dawn reboot. I'm honestly struggling right now finding any of my games that'll keep my attention for long. Think I'm going to put my pre order in for Sword Coast Legends soon, I need a new game, and the new DnD looks pretty good. 1

I find that it is more interesting when you play one game, think about it , play another, then going back to the first one. Helps to appreciate the story behind the game.
ParadoxicalZen he/him Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Current toss up between Trove and Super Mario 3D Land
RippleGylf she/her Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 At the moment I've been playing a bit of Pokemon X and Animal Crossing: New Leaf, with the occasional Portal. 1
Left he/him Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Finished the Brightlord dlc for shadows of Mordor. It was a lot of fun and I loved the slight changes to the gameplay and how it totally changed the way I approached missions.
Bort he/him Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Shadows of Mordor now takes place in Alethkar? I'm currently playing Shadowrun: Hong Kong, and it's proving to be rather fun.
Left he/him Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Playing a game of Civ as Lord Vetinari of Ank-Morpork on a Wheel of Time map. I'm even in the plains area between Andor and the Borderlands, so it's pretty perfect. Liberty-Commercialism for the win baby! Haven't figured out whether autocracy or freedom would be a more suitable ideology.

Vetinari is mostly very hands-off. he is a dictator when he needs to be, but for the most part he just lets people run wild. I don't think that fits the autocracy ideology too well. also, I may need to get my hands on whatever mods you are using for that, because that sounds fun

It's my preferred ideology, and things are really heating up to the west of me so I need the familiarity. I'm the strongest in tech and wealth as I should be, but my military amounts to two crossbowmen. I should be safe because there is a Lot of woods between me and the war mongers, and I get along okay with them, so by the time I need to worry I can build enough of an army to be okay. I just browse the steam workshop a lot. I can give you the names of some of my favorites to make it easier to find them if you'd like.
Zathoth Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Shovel Knight: Plague Of Shadows And thats how you make an amazing platformer even better. You add a playable character that feels completely different from the original one.

The warmonger continuously insults the size of your army, then sends a few troops to capture your cities, and in the few turns it takes for them to arrive, you've bought enough gatling guns for each of your cities, and some mechanized infantry to chase down stragglers. Watch how quickly they sue for peace. Keep denying them peace, and eventually they come and offer you everything they have.

I always play on like the second lowest difficulty (challenge is fun, but so is dominating the board), so this pretty much happens in ever game I play
Left he/him Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 Well AnkMorpork is the largest and most advanced empire, stretching from Cairean to the coast of Saldea. I conquered a lot. Purchased friends. Huge culture and tourism. Nuked France twice. Struggling to keep my citizens happy. In short, I think lord Vetinari got deposed after the industrial era lol
Briar King Posted September 24, 2015 Posted September 24, 2015 I've been enjoying the hell out of Destiny TTK. Only bad thing is for those of us that have played since launch have had to pay $130 vs new players only having to pay $80 for same content still though it's a fun game that has dominated my tv for a yr straight.
