Yes yes that's the point of pushing back the start date, and I was sure I mentioned GMT somewhere, did I not mention that? >>

I'll put you in as spectator for now (when I'm not on phone), but we usually discuss the game in the spec doc and it does go onto spoiler territory so I'm afraid it's not possible to both spectate and sub. Let me know if you prefer to sub over spectate.

I can run it now, but like I said, I'm flying to a different timezone and it'd just be easier to start the game after I travel.

For absolutely no reason whatsoever: if you're going from GMT to BST, then it'll go forward on 30th March. Don't ask me why I know this.

Might have to check the rules, but to my knowledge this one has separate day and night turns, with a topic for each, starting (atypically, most start on day one) on night zero, with seat nominations

No, but you can follow the subforum in the same way and it will show you when they are posted, but you then unfortunately have to follow each topic separately.
