Mental health club!

[ANHlittleinsane girl but gendern't mostly]

there's something terribly wrong with my brain you see

come spring my eyes just want to watch the blue sky and the sakura next door to my school

and i want to run and frolic and laugh

and all the while my brain and my heart, who are both friggin traitors, execute them your honor

plot for ways to make me miserable, and jump at any opportunity to drive me closer and closer to the edge

i just want to go to sleep, but my thoughts think it's funny to see how long i can go until someone notices what's wrong

and they never, ever, notice

some of you guys might know abt this, but I compete in speech and debate and . . . . I'm not great at it

I mean, I'm a good speaker, but not on a high enough level to advance, qualifying for state

every tournament I go to, I never advance

so I was at a tournament this week, and was kinda depressed, cuz last tournament and I wanted to go to state, but I didn't think my record was good enough to advance

I did  

for the first time ever

it was beautiful

I still kinda can't believe it

im going to state

and im excittteeeddd

for the first time, I feel good at debate
