Section 14+24A-Q, subsection 45-899+(J+A loyalty spike), paragraphs 92-144 Edbrook Street to 156 Swagle Avenue specifically states: 'If a non-DA member comandeers a copy of photo of a Spike Chart, then that being is to be promoted to Department Head of Handbooks and Other Various Insructional Equipment.'
