A medium tremor runs through the building as the man transported away. "Whoah, what's with the attack, what did I do?" Somewhere in the process, his knife had elongated and a pair of brass knuckles had formed on his hand.

Ji didn’t say anything, only scowling further; however, his blades faded, becoming less solid as he put a little less concentration.

It should be somewhere around here... Lyanör thought, searching for the base she'd heard of. She heard noises from a nearby abandoned building, noises that sounded like fighting. That must be it. She cautiously approached, opening the door slowly.

Lyanör opened the door and...just stood in the doorway. She would've helped with the fight, but she had no way of distinguishing the good people from the bad.

"Hi! I'm Lyanor. I can come back if you want, but I've been looking for a group to join? To...fight evil and stuff?" She smiled, trying to put the seemingly slightly-crazed man at ease.

Lyanör entered, somewhat wary of how easily welcome she was, but also relieved that it wasn't hard.

"See, we can be reasonable." His knife also disappears although the brass knuckles remain.

Raviid walked out of the room, releasing Elya as he did. "Who's this now? Are we getting another gremlin for the pile?"

"I don't appreciate being called a gremlin."

The blades dissipated. Ji scratched the back of his head. “Yeah, sure. Add more people to the pile,” he muttered to himself, before looking up towards Elya. “Look, all I heard was my name called out and someone looking like they were going to attack one of our own. What else was I supposed to do?”

"I wasn't attacking anybody, just being cautious. I was still on guard from my run in with some... civil servants."

“Pacis? There were some attacking them a while ago.” Ne’ik pointed at the Mystics.

Lyanör cleared her throat. It didn't seem like anyone but the first person she talked to had noticed her.

Ji narrowed his eyes at the newcomer, but didn’t say anything.

He blinked, then turned to see a new face. Ji cocked his head, flickers of his scowl returning. “And… who might you be?”

"Lyanör Skylan, at your service." In a dramatic, showoffish mood, she pulled a pistol from her hip, twirling it once before placing it back in its holster in one smooth, fluid motion.

"If you don't want visitors, maybe you should keep the volume of your fighting down a bit." Lyanör pointed out.
