Mckeedee123
I'm sorry, I need to regain a copy... What? Nah. These things aren't projects we need to feel pressured to work on, just little things we do for fun to catch every single possible memeable event in these stories.

Popular Post TwiLyghtSansSparkles
This time, in Memeborn….. We meet Vin, a young thief working on Camon's skaa thieving crew—which isn't good for her emotional health. Her now-missing brother, Reen, used to give her advice. Despite her wishes, Ulef invades her solitude to remind her that the boss is looking for her. So Vin reluctantly goes and presents herself to Camon. Camon has obviously taken a seminar in effective employee management. Vin does have a trick up her sleeve; however, it's not all it's cracked up to be. Camon's partner, Theron, enters the room. Hopes of a non-scumbag crew leader are dashed. Vin, who wants to survive this job, points out some glaring flaws to Camon. He is appreciative of the advice and….oh, who am I kidding. Prelan Laird enters the room, and the meeting progresses. Elsewhere, Kelsier surveys the city of Luthadel. Later, Camon takes Vin with him to the very place he told Prelan Laird he wouldn't be able to go. When Vin expresses curiosity as to what on Scadrial they're doing there, Camon smiles. Vin is a thief. She knows what that entails. But she can't change her feelings. Nor can she stop noticing little things about the meeting that make her nervous. Meanwhile, Kelsier is appreciating the Ministry of Finance. He is not appreciating the bruise he sees Vin wearing. Shortly after Camon and Vin vanish from sight, a Steel Inquisitor appears. Kelsier knows this can mean one thing and one thing only for Camon. Still, Kelsier doesn't want Vin hurt, so he drinks some metal and goes after the Inquisitor.

Bort
It's like a scene from a nightmare. The pugs... The pugs are coming!!! And when you have zero images of cats, and several of pugs, then you can definitely have too many pugs. Edited October 19, 2015 by Bort

TwiLyghtSansSparkles
I had one cat. For this installment, I felt pugs could convey Vin's sense of sorrow and hopelessness better than cats could. I prefer to use cat memes to convey mischief, suspicion, or just a devil-may-care attitude. I do like pugs more than cats (though this is due in part to allergies) but my decision to use more pugs than cats here was an artistic choice, more than a prejudice toward one type of furry creature.
Bort
Apologies, you did have one cat. And if your pug bias is due to (well reasoned) artistic choice, then I can forgive you.

RippleGylf
Seeing as my part of Memelantris won't continue anytime soon, is there any interest for The Memematist? Since I actually own that one, this kind of problem won't pop up again.

TwiLyghtSansSparkles
Twi, are we ever going to get the rest of Memeborn: The Final Meme? Of course! I'll meme it through to the end. I've just been dealing with some RL issues lately that haven't put me in much of a memeing mood, but I'll try and have the next installment up soon.

RippleGylf
And now, I present to you, Part 1 of the Memematist With the prologue, we get a nice, happy introduction to the United Isles. As we begin the non-prologue section of the book, we see Joel get really hyped up about old duels. After explaining how wonderful it was, Joel gets rejected. After rejection, Joel leaves to go spy on the Rithmatic classes to deliver a message. Looking around the classroom, Joel is appalled by the lazy behavior of the students. The class is interrupted by a challenger. Of course, Fitch loses his tenure, and his coat. Disclaimer: the above image may or may not be entirely accurate. Due to this sudden development, Joel is unable to make the delivery.
