    The Doctor is awesome, for reasons which I can't go into here. The episodes can be... spotty in terms of quality, but the great ones are great, and the format of the show is such that if you don't like the current status quo, you just have to wait a few years for the next. Eccelstone was a fantastic Doctor though. THE DOCTOR HAS BEEN ASSIMILATED. ASSIMILATE! ASSIMILATE!

However, Trixie is magnanimous enough to point out that the terms if the contract preclude your immediate invasion. There was no plans for invasion of any kind before, but Trixie has altered the deal. Pray she does not alter it any further.

Your refusal to swear allegiance to the Herd has displeased Princess Celestia, but she is concerned with teaching the Newcago... humans that there are no Queens, and the Sun rules over all. And so I come seeking a boon, rather than a bended knee. Princess Celestia commands you to observe and record her glorious ascension and conversion of this forum. In exchange, she is prepared to allow you to remain non-ponies. She has yet to decide what this not-pony state shall be be. Please her, and she may consent to you retaining hands. Mistake not this generosity for weakness. I shall expect reports, detailing the lessons this forum has learned about friendship, daily.

    Don't have the book on-hand, so going off coppermind summaries. Szeth killed Gavilar, then the narrative jumped forward five years; I'd say the sixth year is the one Kaladin spent in the slave camps. Ie: six years ago today. Which...might work, if the vengeance pact was "fresh" in the flashbacks.

    It's not war. Once the Cannon has been restored to full operational capability, the Herd will have the most powerful weapon on the forum; the nuclear option, but with rainbows, and mind-and-body warping pony rays. Yes, no doubt the cannon is already fully operational! We have our best mare working on it. We are willing to accept Newcago and the Lords of Chaos' surrender.
