Well that’s…certainly a choice. Can’t say I was expecting them to do that but ig they have been making a habit of doing the opposite of what we expect. So that leaves who, me, Mistfallen, Burnt, Doc, Hael, TwinStorm? With three elims among that? Surely we can get that right? 50/50 is very good odds.

Oh no poor Wahi:( @Doc12 I’m obsessed with all the fanart it’s so cute —————— Amora scans the tunnel ahead and behind them, searching for a way to use this second bomb flower. The first had slowed, but not stopped, the thing behind them. She needs to come up with a way to stop it fully. Maybe blowing up a leg would help? But she doesn’t know how strong its armor is. A dozen possibilities run through her brain, all discounted in an instant. ”Thistle, how many more of those flowers do you have?”
-
Amora accepts the bomb flower with a quick nod of thanks, then falls back for a moment, searching for a way to bring down part of the tunnel behind them. She spots a section of wall that looks a bit weaker than the rest, and tosses the bomb flower at it, causing the wall and ceiling to collapse in that spot, forming a blockade. “That won’t hold for long, but hopefully it buys us a little time,” she calls to Thistle. “That was a good idea, thank you.”
-
Amora runs. She stays near the back of the group, ready to help anyone who stumbles or falls behind too much. The exit is far. Maybe too far. She knows she could probably reach it, but some of the others? The ones who haven’t had the training she’s had? She doesn’t know. She hopes everyone will make it out alive, this time. But she isn’t certain it’s possible.
-
I hope exploding was fun thanks for being martyrs Anyway yeah I’ll third that sentiment ——————— Amora cautiously moves into the tunnel after everyone else has entered, making sure she’s guarding their backs, her sword drawn and ready to strike. She doesn’t like this tunnel. Low visibility, narrow, possible booby traps ahead. She hopes there’s a way out of this without losing anyone else. “We know he’s probably coming, right? So this time we can be prepared,” Amora tells Kieran. “So when he shows up, we both rush him, okay? Right from the start, try to get the jump on him. We do whatever we can to stop him from getting that mask.”

No, you’re right. I have been v reading you. But honestly a) your last few posts have been kinda weird, I don’t love how you were going really hard at Mistfallen and v reading me and then kind of as soon as I voted you decided I’m sus. So that’s a bit weird. And then b) I don’t know who else to vote here. The main two I’ve been sussing are going boom tonight so we’re not voting them. There are three confirmed villagers. There are two people who are inactive today so I don’t really want to vote them (although I still think it’s weird Hael isn’t here). That leaves you, Mistfallen, Doc, Burnt. And out of those you’re the one I think has been acting the weirdest.

Yes, I did make it a train. But what I’m saying is that I didn’t join super late which is what it seemed like you were implying. Also. 3/16 is a lot? That’s less than a quarter. I don’t know what math you’re doing there, but that just doesn’t make sense. Nope I didn’t give reasons for TJ potentially being elim in the post where I voted him. It was 5 mins before rollover and I just wanted to get it out. I explained why I thought he might be elim in earlier posts and explained more fully why I voted him after rollover there as well. It’s pretty clear to me that nothing I say right now is going to make you less suspicious of me. That’s fine, I understand. I would rather not get voted right now (for mask reasons) but I get that y’all feel very strongly about me, so it is what it is.
-
Idk, maybe stick? I’ve not been getting a great read on her, and the recent posts she’s been making are honestly just confusing that further. I didn’t want to vote her bc she wasn’t active for irl reasons (or that’s what I was assuming anyway) but now that she is here, I think I’m definitely willing to vote her. Mistfallen also potentially but three are right about the potential for a silver mask so I don’t want to lose that opportunity since there’s very few people who could. So, that’s just not accurate? I was third on Wahr. There were two others after me. I voted somewhere in the middle of the cycle and while there was already a train, iirc there were other trains going as well. So wdym I “joined late?” I don’t remember what number I was on TUM but I do feel that’s a bit of a different situation. We sort of collectively decided to vote him because if he was village we liked the idea of him being confirmed, and he needed the rupees, and there was also the possibility he was elim. I don’t remember when I joined that, but we knew it was likely a misexe and did it for other reasons. Do you not remember that being the case? TJ I hopped on because I did think he could be elim. There was a tie. I elected to remove it because I didn’t want to leave it up to chance/rupee counts or shenanigans with Bremen when I was one of the tied people as well. So no, that’s not the reasoning I gave for voting TJ, as you’ll see if you go back and look at the post where I voted him. anyway I’ll be off for a while now hopefully back before rollover, I’m so sorry but irl reasons call

Maybe not, just bringing up the possibility. Also, as has been discussed it may be more strategic for the elims to throw this loop so who knows, they actually might. But we also said that about last loop and look what happened, so. Do with that what you will ig Oof. Hope you feel better soon Also wild change but okay. (I still think you might be elim tho sorry. But going boom will probably help) The frick you mean acting the same way as people I’m voting? (No, this is not me being defensive. This is me genuinely asking because. What. I get that you probably don’t want to tell me bc you think I’m elim and don’t want me to just like change my ways rn and stop being sus or something but genuinely can we talk about this after the game is over bc I’ve been very confused this whole time about why people are sus of me and nobody is actually explaining it) No, you’re not. Congratulations on not being crazy. Yeah ig that could be the case. Hm. I think I need to go back and check your posts again. Also. Sir. Good distancing? This whole connection between us is very one-sided me being sus of you has been consistent throughout the entire game so far. This has been a thing. Although you exploding will honestly help my read on you a lot since it probably doesn’t benefit the elims to do that. Ig it’ll depend on the results of the loop as well. Yes, that would be nice. Very nice small pool. But just like last loop we can’t count on anything. So I also feel like we should just always be trying to win. Why are we assuming one of the elims gets invincibility? I don’t think there’s that many people with enough rupees for it. There’s a very good chance none or not many of the elims have enough. That seems insanely powerful for only a 50 rupee mask. @Amanuensis is that really how that would work? Hm. so. Exes. I think we shouldn’t exe Archer today so he can go boom. But I’d love to revisit him next loop. Araris I am also still sus of. But for the same reason as Archer he shouldn’t be exed today, so next loop it is. For those two the blast and results of the cycle may change my read a bit Doc I don’t think is elim. Mistfallen might be? But I think probably not. Burnt maybe, but I’m less certain about her as time goes on. Stick, not super active today bc irl? so I’m kind of hesitant to exe her. Also, why were we voting in her in the first place? TwinStorm, maybe? I do think Hoid was a bit sus but I don’t love the idea of voting them because they just got here. But if it comes down to it I probably would. Idk, I’m honestly finding it a bit weird that they joined because Hoid was inactive but now are also not active themself. I figured maybe they’d come on at some point, but they just haven’t, and at some point I think that just becomes suspicious in itself. Hael. Where is Hael today. Why is he absent? That seems weird. Ugh I’m sorry yall I think I’m losing it here my brain is so broken today. But I’m trying. Maybe I’m just digging myself a deeper hole. Who even knows atp.

Well there was no NK N3…and I targeted you with Bremen… It would look the same as there being no NK, as you said. Yeah I think we just generally trust you less than TUM. But it’s okay, now you’ve offered to blow yourself up. So all your dreams of dying can come true! I don’t love the idea of exeing TwinStorm before they’ve had a chance to actually get into the game. They haven’t done much of anything yet and while Hoid Slayer was acting pretty weird, TwinStorm has done nothing so far except a little bit of roleplay. So I don’t feel like we have a good read on them or anything to base exeing them off of. I did think Hoid could possibly be an elim due to the way he was active without actually being active, but the fact that a pinch hitter had to come in made me revise that assessment a bit. If they get on and are active in the conversation in a way where it seems like they’re an elim, then I would absolutely be willing to exe them. Yeah, Archer’s hopping between and randomly adding/removing votes with not too much context and all that is rather odd. I think they’re definitely a person to come back to next loop, but this one it seems (probably) good for them to trigger blast. Although that trigger could very well be an easy, mostly village-sanctioned way for them to throw the loop without casting too much suspicion on themselves (in the case that either or both of Archer and Araris are elims). I know you mentioned that could be a tact Archer is taking here, but it could really be either of them. Or both.

Right so I’m just dumb then and forgot that’s the plan. Have fun exploding! (ps dunno why but that’s giving “glorious purpose” a little bit) We can also assume two more of those people (or one of those and one confirmed villager) will be dead by the end of the loop as well. Which will narrow it down further. Ah yeah that does make sense then I guess potentially that means I did successfully block a NK last loop…I kinda doubt it since they only needed the one for parity but certainly a possibility. ———————— Oh right, rp exists too! Amora glances at the others for a moment, confused by what has occurred in the last several minutes. She contemplates the most reasonable course of action. They have to stop Sakon somehow, and probably try to get to the temple before he can. Following the newly transformed Ap (how did that happen, anyway? No time to try to figure that out, really) seems like the best thing to do at the moment. With that considered, she takes off down the path after Ap, calling out for the others to follow as well.

Dang the dead really hate me sorry for…uh…existing? Being hateable? Idk man I still don’t really understand where all the coco hate is coming from So you chose TwinStorm? Why? There’s so many others that are way more suspicious/likely to be elim rn Also, didn’t you say you chose them mostly to just not hit the Scents owner? So which is it, block the NK or just avoid blocking Scents? One thing I will note, this is not actually confirmed. The only thing confirmed is that TUM did not have it. It’s highly likely that Araris is telling the truth, but not fully confirmed. I rather liked that, it was an interesting play Curious what this list is meant to be? If you’re listing everyone alive right now excluding confirmed villagers, you didn’t include yourself and Araris. Why? Are you just assuming those are the people that will die? Or what’s going on there?
-
No, I didn’t need to. I’m fairly certain I would have won a tie with either of them. But honestly it was kind of a stressful moment (I got back on literally 15 mins before the day ended to find that whole situation) and I didn’t feel like leaving it up to a tiebreaker in case someone had something weird up their sleeve so I just kinda went with it because I figured TJ would lose the tie anyway and therefore get exed anyway. So idk, it was kind of a panic move more than anything borne of actual strategy. One correction to this - since all three were tied and TJ would have lost due to tiebreaker, while there wasn’t technically a “leading” train that would be the most leading of the three. (Unless I’m completely misunderstanding the terminology) Yep, I’d also like to do that. Honestly the weird mask situation has just made me even more sus of him.
-
Oh my I don’t know what you’re referring to but I can still tell that was a terrible pun Anyways yeah that is a good cupcake for thought. I feel pretty good about TJ, less certain about Divergent but still okay. Ultimately it doesn’t matter for us since we still have to exe someone, so it’s really going to be up to the elims on adding more people (which is definitely not ideal, but what can ya do, that’s just how the game is) Although ig we could always just decide to exe a confirmed villager tomorrow if we’re certain, to narrow the pool.
-
Huh. Well that seems like an issue. Ig we do have a backup musician though hey @Burnt Spaghetti does Cindra want to learn the song by any chance? We uh might need her to Ah yes, stunning rp right here. Those cupcakes better be good, otherwise I’ll be very disappointed. Um. What? Amora holds Thistle tightly in her arms, pulling them away from the edge and then down to the ground, rocking them back and forth slightly. “Hey, hey, Thistle. It’s okay. It’s all going to be okay. We’ll find Zymni. We’ll figure out a way to bring Ap back. We can fix this.” She continues talking quietly, an endless stream of reassurances, trying to pull Thistle back from wherever they’ve gone. Inside, she is not so sure that everything is fine. But she needs to stay strong. Thistle needs her to stay strong, and so do the others. And she needs to come up with a plan. Some way to reverse all of this. So she does not let the tide sweep her away, not yet. (Doc sorry if you didn’t intend for that to be Amora, I just figured that would make sense considering how much she’s been consoling Thistle this whole time)
-
Ugh I’d really rather not. But it is probably correct that TJ loses the tiebreaker anyway So ig yeah Araris TJ Sorry TJ but I do think you’re probably elim too I dont feel great about this but it is what it is Even with Bremen it would still be a two way tie, we just don’t know between who. Because it’s a vote block not an added vote. Really? I feel like there’s been at least one or two votes on TJ at some point pretty much every cycle. But maybe I’m misremembering. Hi
-
Eh, I suppose that’s fair. I will say I am kind of suspicious of Archer, I feel like I’ve been reading him as village but I also really can’t get a good read on him. I’d be willing to join an Archer train with you D3 if I won’t get exed (and yeah I know that might make you more suspicious of me, but there’s really not much I can do about that). Are you assuming we’re on a team because he keeps hard village reading me? Because I don’t think I’ve said much in actual favor of him, it’s pretty one-sided. TJ I feel like I have a slightly better read on now, I think there’s a decent chance he and Araris are elims together as I said earlier, but he is also adding some useful points to the conversation so maybe he’s not. Idk, I’d be willing to exe him. Archer I’ve been mildly suspicious of for most of the game, I can’t get a great read on him, I mainly get village but there’s some things that also throw that off a bit. ——————— Amora thinks for a moment, remembering the odd shadow following Thistle. “I can’t say I have seen her, not since the last time we spoke. But I’m sure she’s here somewhere, I’ll help you look, okay? Where haven’t you checked yet? Maybe I can help you get in somewhere you haven’t been yet, we can start there. And then we can search everywhere else. I’m sure she’ll turn up.”
-
If Archer is your stronger read, why are you moving your vote off him? That doesn’t really make sense. I think TJ is doing a good job jumping back in like this, a lot has happened and he seems to be doing a good job catching up. I like the cycle/voting analysis, that’s very interesting. However he and Araris are solidifying further (for me anyway) that they feel like elims together. Curious why yall are so sus of me? The amount of people voting/bringing me up as a possible elim just kinda skyrocketed this cycle and I feel like I still have yet to see an actual reason? Except for maybe what TJ was saying about my agreeing with people a lot (which is valid I guess but I do think I’m both not doing it that much and elaborating on why and adding to the points other are making) So if that’s your main issue, fine, I’m just curious what people are suddenly seeing that’s making me go from neutral or village read to strong elim read. Hey, welcome! Yeah you’ve missed a lot and I do not have time to summarize right now, but I wish you much luck in trying to catch up!
