Eh, I suppose that’s fair. I will say I am kind of suspicious of Archer, I feel like I’ve been reading him as village but I also really can’t get a good read on him. I’d be willing to join an Archer train with you D3 if I won’t get exed (and yeah I know that might make you more suspicious of me, but there’s really not much I can do about that). Are you assuming we’re on a team because he keeps hard village reading me? Because I don’t think I’ve said much in actual favor of him, it’s pretty one-sided. TJ I feel like I have a slightly better read on now, I think there’s a decent chance he and Araris are elims together as I said earlier, but he is also adding some useful points to the conversation so maybe he’s not. Idk, I’d be willing to exe him. Archer I’ve been mildly suspicious of for most of the game, I can’t get a great read on him, I mainly get village but there’s some things that also throw that off a bit. ——————— Amora thinks for a moment, remembering the odd shadow following Thistle. “I can’t say I have seen her, not since the last time we spoke. But I’m sure she’s here somewhere, I’ll help you look, okay? Where haven’t you checked yet? Maybe I can help you get in somewhere you haven’t been yet, we can start there. And then we can search everywhere else. I’m sure she’ll turn up.”

If Archer is your stronger read, why are you moving your vote off him? That doesn’t really make sense. I think TJ is doing a good job jumping back in like this, a lot has happened and he seems to be doing a good job catching up. I like the cycle/voting analysis, that’s very interesting. However he and Araris are solidifying further (for me anyway) that they feel like elims together. Curious why yall are so sus of me? The amount of people voting/bringing me up as a possible elim just kinda skyrocketed this cycle and I feel like I still have yet to see an actual reason? Except for maybe what TJ was saying about my agreeing with people a lot (which is valid I guess but I do think I’m both not doing it that much and elaborating on why and adding to the points other are making) So if that’s your main issue, fine, I’m just curious what people are suddenly seeing that’s making me go from neutral or village read to strong elim read. Hey, welcome! Yeah you’ve missed a lot and I do not have time to summarize right now, but I wish you much luck in trying to catch up!

Oh cool, people are actually willing to vote Araris it seemed like that wasn’t going anywhere earlier. Burnt TUM hadn’t been very active and so didn’t have many rupees. He was both someone who some people were suspicious of and someone who it was decided would be a good person to hard clear if that did happen. He also benefitted from dying because it would ultimately give him more rupees, so he volunteered (some people didn’t like that and voted him because of that, some voted him for the other reasons I just mentioned). Someone can correct me if I’m wrong on any of that, it’s just what I remember happening.

Tinfoil and tunnels is crazy I can see TJ and Araris together but idk if I see Mistfallen also in that team. But I am getting more sus of Mistfallen as the day goes on, so maybe. Out of Araris and TJ I still don’t love the idea of voting TJ until he’s at least had a chance to respond to the allegations. But I can definitely see looking more closely at him a little later on, when he can hopefully actually be active and respond. Araris has had that chance and has not taken it. (I feel very validated rn as someone who’s been sussing him for a while lol) I don’t think it’s Hoid, I think he was just genuinely not able to be active and I think it’s good he’s requested a pinch hitter. (Yes I do realize that narrows it down to me but ya know what that’s fine)

Oh, is it? I guess I hadn’t really thought of it that way, I kinda just saw people sussing her and then suddenly moving on with no explanation as to why they stopped. I guess that would make sense though. Maybe I don’t have as good an idea of how that works as I think I do haha I guess I’m kind of treating it as if we just went straight into this day when we really didn’t, so people did have time to reevaluate. I do think there was (at least some) reasoning to vote there. There is a decent possibility that Burnt is elim. I’m not entirely sure of it but I do think one of her or Divergent is. So I guess that answers your question too, it would be Divergent (though in that case I don’t think Burnt is elim since both of them being elim seems like a situation where the elims would try to change things) or maybe Doc? But I generally feel like Doc is village, so I’m less certain of that. I guess I’m not terribly suspicious of anyone on that train. Hm. This was definitely an angle I hadn’t thought about, I kinda just saw no people on a recent large train and went “huh, that’s weird, what happened to all those voters?” But it does make sense that people could have just reevaluated. So I’m going to think on it and come back with my own reevaluation as well. Are you also getting an elim read on Araris then? I had voted for him earlier but it didn’t seem like that was going anywhere. But I am very suspicious of him and would be willing to vote on him again.

I can’t speak to Doc’s reasoning but I know for me it’s because that train had so much traction on D1 and then it just vanished. I was fairly sus of Burnt already, as were (clearly) many other people, but then she didn’t get exed. Which is fine, but I don’t think we should be discounting her, I still think it’s very possible that she is an elim and I don’t think we should move on so quickly. Especially to someone like TJ who has just been inactive so there’s not really a good reason to vote for him at the moment. Maybe he’s not actually inactive, but what I’ve seen leads me to believe he is. I’m also not so certain it was a counter train, both Burnt and Divergent had a lot of votes and it was very unclear which one would get exed until right at the end. It feels more like we just had two trains, rather than the Burnt train being a response to the Divergent one. You are still my main sus but I’m fine with going back to a train I agree with especially since it feels weird it was dropped so quickly when there were so many people on it. Yeah, that is a good point. Idk, I just feel like if he was an elim he would maybe at least make an effort to look at the thread a little bit? Or say something, since the inactiveness is clearly not in his favor here. But if he continues on as he is it definitely seems like something to look into. Also. I’m curious your thoughts on Burnt? Since you were on that train D1. —————— Amora racks her brain, trying to remember this person. They had been there…in the evacuation, before. Yes. But then they vanished in the night. She never did find out what had happened to them, there had been too much going on. “Er, yes. Hello. I do believe I remember you. But we never had a chance to speak. And I never did ask where you went? I’m afraid I got caught up in everything that was going on. Glad to see you made it out, this time.”

Oh I’m not talking FD I know that’s not possible anymore. I just meant a silver, since in a perfect scenario (no mask buying, no PMs, max rupees every cycle) someone would start loop 4 with exactly 100 but I don’t think anyone is getting that perfect scenario anymore, so the extra from bunny/postman will be needed

Right, so I’ve been going back through previous posts and while I was originally only going to include those whose names are mainly being tossed around right now, I decided to just put in everyone, because idk, maybe that’s helpful. Since this will be very long, I’m going to put it in a spoiler box Wow that was a lot I just spent like 2 hours on that post, yay effort I guess I definitely agree on the Burnt train, it was pretty big and now has just immediately vanished? Very odd. Especially since it’s pretty clear TJ is inactive due to irl stuff, I’m not really sure why people are so sus of him. So Araris Burnt ——————— Amora helps people get settled in, finding food and blankets, just as she had done the last time. As she is assisting a small family get settled in to finally sleep, she sees Thistle running by in distress, and follows. “Thistle! Hey! What’s wrong?”

Well, that’s an interesting choice of kill. Not really sure what to make of it. I’ll have to maybe go back and look at some of his posts, see if I can figure out a reason. Agreed on this. Something feels pretty off about some of his posts. Feels very posting without contributing very much to me on a lot of them (not all, but many) I might also go back and read some of those. Also, I’ve directly questioned him on some stuff in the past and he either didn’t answer or answered without really answering (does that sentence make sense? I don’t know) and that felt like a very strange move. So for now, Araris

Amora smiles sort of wistfully. “I’m…really not as brave as you think I am. I’ve just had to be good at faking it. All the same, thank you. That…means a lot. And besides, cuccos can be strong in their own way. Don’t discount yourself, yeah? I don’t think we would have won that fight without you. You don’t have to be a fighter to change the course of a fight.” She notices Thistle’s blush, and the change in their tone, but doesn’t comment, just smiles slightly.
-
“It’s always easier, not remembering. And when something happens like this, we can choose to face it or run away. And you didn’t run. You kept fighting, even if you weren’t literally fighting. And it’s hard. It’s hard to keep going when we’ve lost everything. But you did, and you still are. I don’t know how many times this will happen. I don’t know how this will all end. But I know you’re going to keep trying. And I know I’m going to be right here with you, okay? Whenever you need me. You can do this, Thistle. I think you’re a lot stronger than you realize.”

That would be absolutely hilarious. Incredibly cursed but can you imagine an entire vote train just going boom I do feel like it’s a bit weird how big it got. Yes, I did vote on that train. However, I did that vote when (I think) there were only 2 votes there and I wanted to make a tie, as I was curious which of those two would go out in that case and didn’t have particularly strong feelings either way. Then I left and when I got back after rollover there was a huge train and a bunch of last minute changes. So yes I do agree with you I don’t love what happened there either. I know you’ve been pretty consistently wary of me throughout the game, it seems to mostly be based on votes, but I do feel like that’s a bit weird since you’ve also voted on two of the trains I’ve been on. So what about how I’m voting is making you wary? Or is it something entirely different? —————— As the convoy progresses, Amora stays near the back, watching out for any danger approaching from behind them, or for stragglers who may need help catching up. She had once again collected a sword on her way out of town, knowing all too well she may need to use it before the night is out. She had taken the news of Vicsen’s death stoically, but it had hit her harder than she’d like to admit. He was a good man, and his expertise and leadership had been instrumental in their survival the first time. She is sure Danna is competent, but being thrust into leadership like that is difficult, as is losing a mentor. Perhaps Amora can help her through that, when the moment is right. But for now, she simply walks, hand on her sword, and watches their surroundings alertly. She does not want to be caught unawares again. Last time that did not end well, and if she has a chance for a do-over, she’s going to do better.

Huh yeah that is an interesting count. I think the ones I’m most suspicious of would be Burnt or Divergent atm, Burnt has been semi-active but not all that mechanical/solving minded it seems like? And then Divergent has also been active but idk something feels a bit weird about some of their posts. Stick I feel pretty good about since both Mistfallen and I scanned them and they weren’t doing anything. And Mistfallen I think I’ve made my thoughts pretty clear on. So ya I really just haven’t voted yet bc I don’t know who I want to vote for. Right so considering this I think I will actually go ahead and vote on Divergent, I feel pretty equally suspicious of both. And I’m actually not sure which would win in a tie at this point (I have not been doing a great job tracking rupees, I gotta work on that lol).
-
Yep, the train is a bit weird considering the number of people (both today and in the last loop) saying they had village reads on Mistfallen and are now voting for them? It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. Anyway, here’s a new vote count: Mistfallen (4): Ashbringer, Wahr, Stick, Burnt Dive (1): Araris Burnt (1): Archer Wonko (1): Doc Stick (2): Mistfallen, Wonko So yeah Stick is behind by two, you’re right on that! And both of those votes actually happened after the most recent vote count. I don’t know if that’s interesting or useful information at all, but it’s what I just learned, so now you get to know!

Well that’s good to know. And rather annoying. I (along with most people, I would imagine) had assumed the bonus (with full posts) was an extra 15 but it’s only 10 extra instead in that case, unless you don’t post at all during the day and do all 10 of your posts at night. Oh that’s a lot better. Also, I agree with whatever’s going on with Mistfallen, he’s just been sitting there accruing votes this entire time and basically not doing anything about it. There’s a full 24 hours left in the day, a lot could change in that time. And nobody is talking about it either, except to add votes? This just feels weird to me. Wonko, I did think your original vote was a little bit suspicious (since you basically came right out the gate with the first post this cycle voting on them) but I think you just explained it well. I do think Mistfallen is probably village, but I also understand your vote better now so I don’t feel like it’s as much a cause for concern anymore. I think a lot of people were thinking and saying that, it wasn’t just Mistfallen. I think the general assumption was either Wahr was elim and they killed to widen the pool or Ash was elim and they were trying to frame Wahr so we wouldn’t look too closely at Ash. Obviously, we now know both of those scenarios are wrong, but since we didn’t before I don’t think going off that is going to be super useful. That was my take as well. Nobody really knew, we were all just speculating and most of it turned out to be wrong. Seems like pretty much nobody is doing that today.

“No, no, I’m just pretty full right now. And in a hurry. But uh, you’re not going to leave me alone, are you? I can tell.” She hesitantly takes a small bite off the edge, hiding her grimace, then gives a thumbs up. “Mm, yes, quite good. Thank you. I shall be going now.” And with that Amora is shoving the remaining food into her bag and rushing off down the street, still intent to find either people who remember the last few days or the Clock Ward commander. ———————— Very much agreed on this. He’s kind of being active but not really doing anything useful. And he tied the vote D3 but didn’t seem to realize that wouldn’t matter? Idk if it’s actually anything to do with his alignment, but it’s a bit weird. I think Mistfallen is probably village, at least they’re leaning that way for me. I do agree they backed off the “let’s exe a confirmed person again so they can get a silver mask” thing pretty quickly, but I also don’t think that indicates they’re elim, I think that was just not a great idea and they realized that when others told them as much. I also think it feels really early to have such a big train going on someone who we all were saying is village during loop 1. When did things change?
