    It screws in to the end of a syringe in place of a needle, and the other end is perfectly fitted to x brand housing. Much more efficient (and hygienic!) than a bulb flusher.

    I always thought it was kinda funny when people would censor themselves online by saying "God dang", because I'd genuinely rather they say "Gosh damn". 

    Side note, sometimes I wonder about using substitute words like gosh, golly, or jeez--they're all just slight alterations of the original blasphemy, so is it really any better?

      I personally like the way the Strange Planet TV show did it. Characters say "Oh my Lorb" and "Oh Rorb," which sounds blasphemous, but it turns out the planet the series takes place on is orbited by two moons, Left Orb (Lorb) and Right Orb (Rorb).

    Nice! My favorites are Gura and Mumei, personally. (If we go beyond Hololive then Ironmouse, Monarch, and a few others also make the list.) Mostly I just watch clips and songs, though if I see a particular game I like I'll stick around a bit longer. My own offering to keep the thread on topic:

    Indeed! I don't really pay attention to livestreams on the whole, but I have some favorites who I keep an eye on from time to time.

      I think a lot of the reason we hate this is due to every human being at least slightly asymmetrical. When you see yourself in the mirror, you're reflected, and that's what your brain has latched on to as "what I look like." But in pictures, you're not reversed, and you get an Uncanny Valley effect from your own face.

      I've seen this same issue in Zoom and Discord video calls where for whatever reason, your own image doesn't start out mirrored. It's DISTURBING until you can flip it back to "correct."

    Oh, he did, didn't he? There you go. Anyways, it's like I said. I really don't mind. I remember those essays, and having very similar troubles with them. In my experience, it's not that you're boring, it's school being overly pretentious and one-size-fits-all.

    I shared this over in the Scriptures thread as well, but my favorite scripture is Alma 37:32-37. Somebody actually shared it in church today as well, which made me happy!

    Took my sister to see Owl City last night as an early birthday present! My friends, the vibes were immaculate.

    FanX has started today in SLC, which means that the train was full of nerds, many of whom were in costume. It was amazing and now I'm consumed with regret for not going.
