  1. I personally think it's most likely going to elarge the size of the breaths, rather than produce more, which would definetly help, as it would mean 1 breath to 1 bullet, but it doesn't mean 1 breath infinite bullets. Forger would be tough to make a bullet for - each forger has different stamps for protection. (Though a stamp bullet could be useful) Elantrian, Dakhor, & Rithmatists (Non-cosmere) would just be aluminum hollow tip, though bullets won't help against chalklings. Shades would be silver and/or aluminum, prefrerably rubber coated as not to hurt something on the other side. Alternitively, Raysdium with a container. I can't think of any for aviar bearers beyond normal bullets. If needed, incendiary to burn the burds feathers, but its rare to need to take out the aviar itself.
  2. It may be an issue, but a seperate effect. I personally think the highest (lowest?) cause is the identity, and if Sazed's actions/views have anything to do with it, cause the identity issue. And what rules did Leras change? The 16 metal thing was a human category / perception thing, not a literal change.
  3. Anti-tones are better due to letting you effect your bullet. Wax can easily pop plate without worryt of RL/Division/abrasion, Windrunners don't need to worry about creating anchors, etc.
  4. I'd say it's ossible if you cna get it there in some other way, say using cohesion or friction. Alternitevly, you could go the H-bomb route and have less impactful explosions heat the harmonium to the required temperature before the trellium impacts.
  5. I meant specifically to try to enlighten him. I agree he could that to kill someone.
  6. That is a separate effect, not due to the underlying rules of the magic. I highly doubt that. If it worked that way, then someone should be able to contaminate another's metalmind identity enough to tap it by simply filling it enough, or perhaps it would contaminate it such that neither could tap.
  7. We know that separate hemalurgic spikes and users don't interfere with unkeyed metalminds, though we don't know which combanation of natural/hemalurgic aluminum and natural/hemalurgic other was used. Burning a metalmind should have the same rules as tapping as far as identity is concerned.
  8. Not on me, I'll look it up in the arcanum when I've got a second, but I have to go now.
  9. Just because we think we know he didn't, doesn't mean it isn't possible. Miles also specialized in gold and experimented, and had much more available at a moment due to having more implants. The thing is, if miles cannot be decapitated, then radiants cannot either. His healing is the best we've seen so far other than Rays.
  10. 2. The reason is identity interference, from the spikes. Whether it's interference on the filling and/or the burning side, we don't know, but it being unkeyed means no identity can interfere. If it's only the burning side, you could fill normally and burn while blanking as well.
  11. Except miles has plenty, and radiants struggle. Also, Are you sure about radiants regrowing? The whole reason Miles can is because he is constantly tapping enough, a radiant's healing is slow enough that her cognitive self separating should prevent the head from regrowing completely. I'm pretty sure no-mags on Roshar are less invested than Mistborn. Could be wrong though. And Soulcasters have trouble with no-mags. Pushed coins have 2 issues: Pushing contest, and spread. If you get defend a pushing contest, you've already lost. And even if you win, the spread of the coins will slowly increase, and cause casualties around. Lashings pretty much send one thing at a time, and due to the origin of force, you won't be flung back, suddenly flung forward, etc. Some stones are metalic. If it isn't metallic enough to be puched, then you dodge. Which he was, all the time. He had enough.
  12. Very Lite, Miles can heal from a complete decapitation, I'm pretty sure a squire can't. Aditionally, Miles heals faster and can carry much more, and is experienced with their powers. A squire is inexperienced, by the time their as experienced Wax, their no longer squires. I would think the best defence against being soulcasted is flaring steel and tapping wheight or having a large number of inserted metalminds messing with their targeting. Still not much, but distance soulcasting is tough for even some radiants, so squires would have to prohibitively specialize to do so, and even then, their likely to become radiants before then. A stone lashed at the head is actually manageable at distance, and basically a punch at non-managable distances. Blow it up, push against it, or even simply dodge.
  13. I Know I've been gone a while, but I recently made a connection I hadn't seen before. In the Alloy of Law, during the courting negotiations, Steris mentions that her preferred Adulterer is the coachman, which later becomes Hoid. Is there any reason why Hoid couldn't have children the conventional way, or other reason why any of Steris's children couldn't be Hoid's?
  14. Thanks for the rephrase, and other than the extra control, there are 2 things. 1: I only brought up the identity-less allomancer burning other's metalminds because a similar thing was theorized by Wax and Co in BoM. I personally disagree with it as well. 2: If an allomancer can burned unkeyed metalminds made by someone else, why couldn't a hemalurgic allomancer burn an unkeyed metalmind made by someone else? And if they could, why couldn't they burn unkeyed metalminds they made?
  15. Todioum is smart enough to realize he can drop the shard, have nightblood consume inves from the empty odium, then hop back up, if he worked with Saja Anat.
  16. In Era 1, Vin felt strong (TLR's) EA through a coppercloud due to her single spike. I doubt that they could take control quikly enough to survive, but it is theoretically possible, even with his copperclouds.
  17. I think he was asking what I see if you summon your live or dead blade in the PR while I'm in the cognitive. I personally don't think anything would happen, because deadeyes can be captured and cared for.
  18. I wonder if that's it's ambient effect, but amplified since the person doesn't have allomancy upon burning the bead, similar to raysdium's ambient.
  19. Fine. Just don't go to concrete buildings. For space: C-tin allows one to selectively get to Spook levels of perception without worrying about loud sounds. Even if you go deaf/blind/etc, you can tap for it back. If Windrunner doesn't enter building, then the fullborn can leave inconspicuously. No airstrike happens on fullborn. Then it turns into a game of cat and mouse. If we say a year for compounding, I get 2 years to master every 2 and learn 6 others. that's 1 year for every 4 powers you have. An aditional year for for the final mastery, and you get 6 years of training. that's about what you got for windrunner. I agree that max skill fullborn vs max skill windrunner is disingenuous, but this isn't. 6 years for training is all that's needed.
  20. Really? Intresting. True. No, but the force cannot be stronger than the sight. I doubt that the wall blocks the force near as much as the sight. I'm trying to talk in 2d, but that's not working. I'll get something to you, if not here, then in my next post. G-forces shouldn't apply to either of them for slightly different reasons, but do to one. I really doubt it applies to the other, but it's basically a non-issue for both parties anyway, is it not? C-tin is much better than F-tin or A-tin. If the fullborn sits in a building, waiting for the windrunner, and the windrunner refuses to enter, the fullborn wins eventually. I don't think that is unreasonable at all if it were that simple. Dodging and RL have their own issues. Used together, probably enough in a white room, but it isn't in a white room. Not all powers. Only normal levels of mastery for steel, iron, and F-chromium; higher skill levels for F-zink, Electrum, F-tin, F-gold, and F-iron; and very basic understandings of bronze. I probably missed 2, but even then is only 9 they even need to understand. You don't need Kel levels of steel/iron, just enough to trigger RL or move and push/pull through walls. Healing might not take higher skill levels. Electrum and Zink are the 2 main ones needed to have fine control over, seconded by tin. Kel was average skill (or better) in 2(?) years, and had 8 that he needed to have at least regular mastery of, and got to higher levels with 2. If that is what's required, another 3 years gets your other higher skill levels, and lets toss in 2 others in case of distraction by unneeded powers. That's seven years. If compounding takes a year to learn, (I believe it only took so long for inquisitors due to discovering the method, not literal difficulty learning, so a month or 2,) then thats only 8 years. If we give them 5 years before they start, and another 8 due to distractions of regular life and for practicing the combos, then that puts it at 21. After that, it's compounding and extra training. Kal has had a few years to practice, and isn't much compared with our theoretical for windrunners without his special shenanigans.
  21. That is partially because he hasn't decided on all of the atium alloys effects such that he cannot change them and partially because there are over 16 and less than infitnite atium - base alloys. I personally think that was brandon being sneeky and they have the same effects as varying pewter alloys, as there is limited axions there are limited alloys, but it could be over 16 different effects.
  22. My bad. Rereading with that understanding that's what you were talking about, that was the amount for each metal assuming the sum of each metalmind of a metal are equal.
  23. Their not necessarily pure since their alive, the bodies of a splinter rather than a shard. However, I don't think that would be an interactive difference. That does raise the question of why lerasium alloys are possible to be burnt.
  24. I thought ccs were volume, my bad. I was looking up volume of a hand, guess I found density.
  25. With prep and with slower healing (not elantris but still arelorn) they can set up the sheild aon, and then code for blasts to pass through.
