    Antin shook his head. "Not attack you. I can't really attack anyone, at least not very well."

    "Right. You do that. Or, do you need me to come with you or something?"

    Antin glanced at Quest, unsure whether to pursue it further.

    "Well, I think we would rather stay here. Unless you give us a good reason, we will probably do so."

    "Oh, yeah." TAAron complied. "Immortal, huh?" Lerac shrugged again.

    Lerac shrugged, as though this were regular enough.

    Lerac did not comment on this, looking a bit uncomfortable.

    "Who knows? Maybe we could help you with it."

    He did so. "I give you permission to sense my location and communicate. "Huh." TAAron looked a bit troubled, but said nothing. Lerac tensed at the gesture for a brief moment, then relaxed.

    Antin raised his eyebrows. "What kind of pressures?"

    "Do we take those?" "But where did you get the Stacis? It was all destroyed." Lerac squeezed her shoulder gently, almost imperceptibly to anyone else.

    "I'm afraid I don't know what you're talking about," Lerac said.

    Lerac stepped back to the bed and put a hand on her shoulder, flooding her with the warmth of healing. "Yeah. I'm not entirely sure what her plan is, but it involves a very large chunk of Stacis." TAAron's eyes widened. "How did you get that?"

    "Are you feeling any better after... whatever it was that happened yesterday?" "I'm sure you could be somehow. I'd appreciate it. He's the one that got me involved with this group in the first place. Possessed me and tried to kill them." TAAron was staring at Lerac, a little shocked. "You... died for me." Lerac laughed. "Yup, and look at me now!"
