      it’s not official, none of the 17th shard staff are involved. (well some of them have played on the server, but they don’t run it.)

      but yeah it’s open to anyone on the shard. there’s a discord too, link in my About Me.

    What's going on with the Sharder minecraft server? I tried to join and it says that the server has "Insufficient Credits" and can't be started.

    You would need to wait for each essence mark to wear out first, so you would have to make intentionally bad marks. Also, eventually it would stop being realistic for you to be that good. So there would be a hard limit on the scaling, but you could totally create something crazy powerful with it.

    I know, I play D&D :P. If we were translating it into 5e, it would probably be something like taking 1 less damage per hit from physical damage.

    I talked with friends in my playtest group for Stormlight RPG today, and we joked about fan theories, which could refer to speculation about the release of Dragonsteel. Clearly a reference.
