Mistborn vs KR direct confrontation is 8-9/10 KR victory? That’s fair enough, So let’s use a different scenario so that we can even the playing field. Average KR let’s say an edgedancer. (Only non op KR that I could consider average enough) tho we could argue any of the orders if we really want to. (Don’t let this scenario restrict the momentum) has to survive one week (not kill the Mistborn tho their is no punishment if it happens) mistborn has to kill the radiant, may attempt it as many times as they wish and at any time as long as it’s within the week. All scenarios are actually 2, one at the third ideal and one at the 4th in all scenarios they have a week prep time(if they know) scenarios: 1) no prep time time starts right away and the mistborn on roshar. radiant doesn’t know about the attempt 2) same as 1 but the radiant knows that someone is coming 3) prep time+ mistborn having access to all Scandrian metals. Radiant doesn’t know 4) same as 3 but radiant knows of the coming attack 5) bonus round they both know it’s a week but the radiant thinks it’s a roshar week but doesn’t think it’s 7 days. How does this play out? @Frustration and @Nameless do y’all think this is fair?

Also isn’t mistborn considered on the low end of investiture usage. So they will most likely pass out like gedoki did in RoW

isn’t this basically a full born now? Standard radiant load out. If fighting a mistborn. I think, especially when people talk about a week or two prep time, that the fabrial that would be used is the diminisher. To knock out the mistborn. Basically an easy win, but that’s not fun or fair so let’s ban that. No other fabrial comes to mind to be used except maybe the personal lift belt format. Maybe a weapon (but it feels counterintuitive for the radiant.) ah tho not in mass production a rysium dagger filled with anti-preservation light could cripple a mistborn and possibly take the powers away permanently. Or at least stabbing them with it can have the same effects as leeching and prevents any metals from burning.

I’m using examples of healing in both stormlight and other cosmer works. Like when Sazed healed the rings in his body, shallan healing a bolt around her head.
-
Well fabrials just got even more powerful.

Lol maybe a way to immortality? a death damper? -
Wouldn’t busted gemstones be great also, it’ll get into the mussel and creates infection even with regrowth, (as we know the body grows around the items not pushing them out)
-
Also Jezrien just laughed the stabbing off like, “bro you just started a desolation”

Idk about rock, Dalinar being an unknowing dawnshard would make sense considering his borderline psychosis with uniting everyone
-
I don’t think kill more like abandon and cut off the dampening of his emotions. So that he suffers. also I think kaladin dying idk I feel he as a bunch of stuff to do with the mental health healing szeth I can see dying honestly his part is kinda over, Dalinar is going to live forever as a shard or a fused. Funny, people kept saying how odium never made another fused for 7,000+ years but he wants Dalinar so much it could make navani Jealous

Stormfather inconsistency [Spoilers SA5 prologue]

He flashbacks she see the painting that holds a secret safe as a blinding light That’s definitely fair -
How about being able to operate an oathgates. If he is a radiant then he could be the person to help his organization invade roshar or at least capture the tower

Shallans mother soul behind a painting? wel I’m of the mind that’s a seon behind the painting but other WoB have me convinced it wasn’t planned to be -
Made me laugh considering how insane and true this is. I mean for crying out loud how many times has a radiant been stabbed/broken something and shrug it off after healing
-
Flacks vs loads of stormlight? Yeah seems like you are using incompetent data
-
How would a mercy based magic system work? Or at least the merciful excel at.
-
A 10 v 10 would be fun but extremely unfair lol
-
If they can get to them. Bunch of if they can

It goes without saying but any corrupted spren as well. Also I think most odium spren is emotion yes but also in a hateful way.

When kaladin and syl are falling in the highstorm looking at each other holding hands and syl tells him she doesn’t know the words anymore, but kaladin reassures her that he does and swears the 4th idea? -
One plate is mentioned as always their, just because it’s hidden doesn’t mean it’s gone two if one side gets unlimited atium the other gets unlimited stormlight. (Only fair) and in that fight no matter how long it goes the radiant will win: stabbed in the neck? Don’t worry it’ll take a second to heal. shot in the head with a crossbow? Just pull it out. literally the only for sure way to kill a radiant with unlimited stormlight is to completely destroy the brain like with a shotgun. And even then we don’t know for certain if that’ll kill them. Atium makes a mistborn slippery but it’s only a matter of time before they fall. In fact I think they would sooner ascend as ruin (an atium salvant) then kill a radiant.
