Heirs to the Final Empire: A Generational RPG
Wonko the Sane replied to Wyrmhero's topic in Inactive RPs
Okay. For the record, as the greatest rulers of the world, I think we're all in charge of at least one city. Actually, I think Khlennium might be a city; Alendi calls it "that great city of wonder".- 141 replies

Heirs to the Final Empire: A Generational RPG
Wonko the Sane replied to Wyrmhero's topic in Inactive RPs
Aredwyl woke up to find the world on fire. He stared with the others in apprehension at the door of the shelter they had constructed to keep them safe from the Deepness, as one brave soul opened it and looked out. The volunteer let off a grin and opened the door fully, revealing what he had seen: the mists had gone. There was not a single trace of them. The man stepped gleefully out into the world, into the sunlight. He did not get far before collapsing, letting out choking, gasping breaths. Suddenly, to the horror of the onlookers, he burst into flame, screaming as his flesh was seared away. They did not open door again. Hours later, there was a knock from the outside. Some superstitious lout declared it to be the ghost of the dead man, come to tempt them to their deaths. Aredwyl was shaken enough to offer little dissent, however, and the door remained closed. A second knock. This time, more insistent. The terrified refugees once again ignored it, though some clutched anything they could use as a weapon, their hands whitening as their grip tightened. That was all they had here, no soldiers to defend them. Alendi had insisted that this be a peaceful gathering. Three knocks. This one dislodged some of the earth at the top of the portal to their sanctuary. The group as one took a step back, their collective gasp drawing them together in their trepidation. No-one spoke. On the fourth knock, a crack appeared in the stone slab. It spread outwards radially, forking into tens and then hundreds of small breaks as it spread across the door. It reached the edge, and it held, briefly. Then it shattered into a myriad of pebbles and dust, a dull light bursting in from the outside. It was hidden slightly by a shadow in the doorway; a man. It’s the Terrisman, Aredwyl realized. That packman of Alendi’s. “R-Rashek?” One of the others asked, incredulous. “It’s… It’s you! But how? What happened?” “Where is Alendi?” called Aredwyl sharply. Has something happened? A scowl flittered across the packman’s face, but before long it was replaced with a sigh. “Alendi failed,” He said. “That is the truth of it. The prophecy was a lie, as Kwaan said. My uncle saw far more than any other Worldbringer ever did.” Aredwyl’s eyes narrowed, studying the packman. What was he insinuating? With a start, he realized that the Terrisman wore the piercings he had so often seen adorning Alendi; the piercings of the Hero. Alendi had spoken of this man, he remembered; nephew to the traitor Kwaan. As the others spoke on, dark suspicions began to form in his mind… He was snapped out of his reverie as he realized what he was hearing. Minor adjustments? A world to forge? Outraged, he cried, “You think to simply seize power over the rest of us? The Worldbringers will never agree to this!” The Terrisman spread his hands, almost apologetically. “We are in a new world. Each of us must evolve to face it, or die with the old one. The Worldbringers have already made their choice.” He put his hands into his pockets as a new silence descended, before being shattered once again in an instant. “You’re insane!” Someone from the crowd exclaimed. Aredwyl was inclined to agree. “I’m going to bring an end to your madness here and now!” the dissenter declared, before rushing at the packman with a sword in his hand. He swung it at the man’s head, an untrained but heavy-handed blow. The arrogant fool did not move, did not even acknowledge his assailant. Suddenly, the sword was flung from the attacker's grasp, soaring across the room to embed itself in the wall, still oscillating from the sheer force behind it. Aredwyl stared at it, dumbfounded. What in the Deepness was this!? “I’m insane?” the Terrisman asked, looking at the man finally. “You attacked someone who was very recently an avatar of god. That makes you the mad one from where I am standing. No, not even that - It makes you treasonous and heretical.” He drew his hand back and struck the man across his face. There was a crack as the neck snapped and the man hit the floor. Aredwyl shivered. Rabzeen preserve us. But he could not, of course; this man had seen to that. Aredwyl noticed that a small metal bead had slipped out of the packman’s hand and onto the floor. “Ah yes.” The man put his hand out, and the metal bead willingly obeyed his command, raising itself into the palm of his hand as though it had a mind of its own. He closed his fist around it, then turned his hand out so his palm was facing the roof when he opened it again. Within were eight more similar beads as well as the ninth he had dropped. “I know that not all of you feel the same way. We have new opportunities here, a chance to rechart the course of the world according to what we desire,” he sneered, “not what some philosophers prattle on about in their pathetic dotage. There is power here, and glory and wealth, for those of you who want to seize it. Allomancy is a strength beyond Feruchemy, beyond anything you could ever dream of. I offer you this gift if you help me.” “I count many of you here as my friends, and so I trust you will make the right decision. Know that I say the truth when I say that the only way for humanity to survive is together, as one people. You followed Alendi when he said the same thing. Will you follow me?” As Aredwyl looked on, the rulers of his world prostrated themselves, one by one, before this packman out of Terris. The other rulers, he reminded himself. Khlennium is mine now. This fact was called into focus as the Terrisman turned to face him. “And you, Aredwyl? Will you unite the world with me? It was always Alendi’s dream.” Aredwyl looked into the man’s eyes and he knew. He knew that this man was evil, knew that he had spat in the face of the prophecies and taken the power of the Well for himself. He knew that he had murdered Alendi. And he knew that he was powerless before him. Aredwyl made his choice. Slowly, he knelt before the vile creature and began to speak. “I, Aredwyl, hereby join my name to yours, Rashek of Terris, in –” “No.” The accursed man spoke chidingly, condescendingly, as though to a disobedient child. “I am not your equal, Aredwyl; never think that I am. I am the Lord Ruler of the Final Empire – I have no equals. You will give me Khlennium, and I will determine what reward you deserve.” Aredwyl shuddered; the name ‘Final Empire’ had a darkly portentous sound to it. He glared up at the self-proclaimed ‘Lord Ruler’. He couldn’t do it… He wouldn’t dare… But Ruin take me, I will. For Alendi, and for Khlennium, I will. He gathered himself, and spoke, each word feeling as though it were being dragged out of him by iron hooks: “I, Aredwyl vo Khlenn, first of that name, King of Khlennium and Guardian of the West, do by Preservation and by the Alum Crown swear fealty and servitude to you, Rashek, Lord Ruler of the Final Empire, henceforth unto the end of my days and the days of all those who follow me. In the name of Khlennium, I swear.” He collapsed to the ground, reeling from the horror of what he had just done. He looked up hatefully at his oppressor and added, silently, This also I swear: I swear that you will face justice. I swear that one day you will suffer for your crimes against Alendi, against Khlennium, and against the world. By Preservation and upon my own life, I swear it. Aredwyl vo Khlenn has joined the Empire! I have a quick note about my House name: There doesn't seem to be a consensus on the pronunciation of Khlennium. I intend to mimic the way it is pronounced in the Graphic Audio version. There, they pronounce the 'kh' like the 'ch' in loch (I think; I'm not a linguist). It's like a strained sort of 'h' sound, or like someone clearing their throat. It's sort of important that it be pronounced that way, for reasons I'm not explaining right now.- 141 replies

Heirs to the Final Empire: A Generational RPG
Wonko the Sane replied to Wyrmhero's topic in Inactive RPs
Okay. I was just saying that her being that Lutha could be a viable explanation for why this particular servant is going to suddenly get made into a high-ranking Noblewoman. If you've got your own story, then go with it. EDIT: So I've been reading up on Pre-Ascension Scadrial for some background information, and I happened upon a WoB that I hadn't seen before: So I guess we're more advanced than I had assumed. I knew that TLR's reign halted technological progress, but apparently, it also caused it to gradually regress.- 141 replies

Long Game 12: Shadows of Elantris
Wonko the Sane replied to Herowannabe's topic in Sanderson Elimination
She thinks the Cultists didn't like that bandwagon, since we now know that both of the standing lynch targets were Villagers. Furthermore, Wilson believes, and I suspect that she is right, that the Prince/Princess who moved Spencer's vote is a Cultist. If that's the case, then that player's last-minute maneuvering takes on the light of a desperate attempt to get the Lynch back on a Villager. Admittedly, that's just speculation, but we know for a fact that, pre-bandwagon, that lynch was beneficial to the Cultists, so they have no reason to prefer the bandwagon; even if old Fel/new Mek's a Villager, they were trading a discussion leader for someone who'd barely posted. (By the way, if they're a Villager, that's exactly what ended up happening).- 1221 replies

Heirs to the Final Empire: A Generational RPG
Wonko the Sane replied to Wyrmhero's topic in Inactive RPs
In that case, I am insert name here (I'll come up with one soon, I promise!), first in line for the throne of Khlennium. With Alendi's death, I am now king -- though, as we all know, my reign is destined to be the shortest in the kingdom's history. I'll write some RP later; I just didn't want someone else to take Khlennium before I posted it.- 141 replies

Heirs to the Final Empire: A Generational RPG
Wonko the Sane replied to Wyrmhero's topic in Inactive RPs
So I guess the biggest problem is this: since we are going to have Terris founders, is a Twinborn or Fullborn Noble possible? Because that's the 'logical problem' Brandon was talking about: TLR was willing to turn all his closest friends into monsters and betray and enslave his entire people to keep the Allomantic and Feruchemical bloodlines from mixing. It would've be fairly ridiculous to then turn around and make Terrismen the genetic foundation of his entire civilization. These are the possibilities I see: Rewrite the story to match canon, meaning that the starting characters are all rulers of various nations, who subject themselves to TLR slowly; the randomly selected Mistborn are described in RP as having been the first nine to do so. This has the obvious issue that everyone who has already submitted a character would have to rewrite their RP almost entirely. Slightly adjust the story, retaining the cave, but making its inhabitants all world leaders (perhaps by Comatose's suggestion that this is Alendi's emergency backup plan). Some adjustment would have to be made to the RPs, but not as much as you'd think. See below for details. Allow some of the characters to be Terris, and TLR is for some reason unaware of this fact. This has the issue that there will be feruchemical bloodlines among the Nobles, but that could be worked with; it could be a deep, dark family secret or something. Just don't think about it too hard. I'm personally not a fan of this plan, as it could all too easily lead to serious inconsistencies and plot holes, but it's the only one that doesn't require any adjustment of existing RP. Of these, I favor number 2, with Comatose's royalty cavern. It may seem as though this would require a lot of alterations to the existing story, but it's not actually that bad. The changes that would need to be made for this to be a viable option are as follows: The Write-Up: This is where the most changes would be needed, but even these are minor. The following would need to be replaced: "terrified Terrismen", "That was all they had here, no Feruchemy to help them. The Worldbringers of Tathingdwen were safe in their own shelter under the city, and could not help them now.", and “You’re talking about conquest. Of war! The Terris people have never been warriors and warlords. The Worldbringers will never agree to this!”. My suggestions for their replacements are, respectively, "terrified refugees", "That was all they had here, no soldiers to defend them. Alendi had insisted that this be a peaceful gathering.", and “You think to simply seize power over the rest of us? The Worldbringers will never agree to this!”. That last can be kept, as the Worldbringers were a well-known group, and whether or not it was actually the case, we can pretend that they had some authority for resolving international conflicts. Maybe Alendi set it up; he was on good terms with the Worldbringers (aside from Kwaan). There's also the issue that here, and in many of the player RPs, the refugees are clearly familiar with Rashek, but I think this can be more or less handwaved away; perhaps this Rashek was just a bit more important than canon Rashek. Player Characters: Wilson/Kyara would obviously have to change her RP, but she is actually the only character who is clearly identified as Terris, and most do not even reference it indirectly. Other than that, Adamir/Mennet introduced his character as a priest of 'Terr', but judging from the kandra, the Terris people likely worshipped Preservation directly. So Terr and Jeherian don't actually have to be Terris. He's not a king, but perhaps Jeherian was a theocracy, or perhaps Mennet is simply the highest-ranking Jeheri (or whatever you call it) present in the cave. Lastly, Comatose/Lutha is clearly not in a position of authority, but given what we know about the real Lutha (such as it is ), she can probably be considered a special exception. That's it. To recap, I don't think we need to make any changes besides the following: Replace "terrified Terrismen" Replace "That was all they had here, no Feruchemy to help them. The Worldbringers of Tathingdwen were safe in their own shelter under the city, and could not help them now." Replace “You’re talking about conquest. Of war! The Terris people have never been warriors and warlords." Rewrite Wilson's RP.- 141 replies

Long Game 12: Shadows of Elantris
Wonko the Sane replied to Herowannabe's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Okay, Bort, I think you're misunderstanding what happened Day 1. The bandwagon should have changed and potentially ruined the lynch discussion; I've admitted and apologized for that. However, that's not what actually happened. Fel wasn't lynched. Due to GM error, your 'perfectly good' lynch wasn't ruined; it hit Mek, just as predicted, and he turned out to be a Village Keeper. We still have absolutely no idea what Fel's faction and role are. Fel, the player, left the game because kicking Mek out on an error would have been unfair, but his character -- with its original alignment -- is still in, being played by Mek. So, while I admit that it may have been a bad idea at the time, I think that, in retrospect, this result was better. Not only did the bandwagon not damage the lynch results, it also enabled us to keep the more active player; we got to have our cake and eat it, too. I agree that Spencer's death was unfortunate. I admit that I was all for it up until the last few hours, when he started posting, but even his first, unhelpful post pushed me back into neutrality, and by the time he revealed his role and item, I was fully willing to give him a shot. At that point, though, I was extremely reluctant to get involved; can you honestly say that if I started another last-minute bandwagon, it would have lessened your suspicion of me? I held back from putting my vote on him; what else would you have had me do? Wilson, I agree that someone needs to talk to Phatt, but I'm going to wait until tomorrow (Day 3) to send my Seon in; the Elantrians will have found another secret by then, so they'll have more to tell me. Maill or Spencer's heir, if you aren't willing to wait, feel free to do it tonight. I would add that if anyone wants any questions answered by Elantris, they can post them in the thread; remember that the Elantrians can see us, so no matter who contacts them first, they can answer publicly announced questions. Since I'm not doing it tonight, does anyone have any suggestions or requests concerning what I do with my Seon? Or should I just send her to another semi-randomly selected player again, hoping to find a priest?- 1221 replies

Heirs to the Final Empire: A Generational RPG
Wonko the Sane replied to Wyrmhero's topic in Inactive RPs
Wyrm, Joe's right. When the Lord Ruler took power, he turned all the Feruchemists into mistwraiths, spiked his closest friends into the First Generation of kandra, and made the rest of the Terris people into slaves. The first nine allomancers were actually a collection of the world's most important rulers. It wasn't until later that the Lord Ruler created the story about turning his closest friends into the original nobles, to obfuscate the truth about the kandra. Here's the Hero of Ages Annotation on it: So are we sticking to canon, or going with your Terrisman story? Regardless, I think this is going to be amazing, and fully intend to sign up, once I have a character sketched out. Finally, the cosmere has an answer to those Reckonersverse RPs!- 141 replies

Long Game 12: Shadows of Elantris
Wonko the Sane replied to Herowannabe's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Kas: Just the general principle that more information is good for the village. Should I have kept it to myself? It's only analysis of information that was already publicly available. You said that the only reason to talk to Elantris at night was to keep my identity secret; since I'm public, should I wait until day to send my Seon in, and PM someone else tonight, or contact Elantris now?- 1221 replies

Well, I guess I'll leave it to fortune, Spencer. No vote from me. Out of curiosity, why are we communicating with Elantris at night? They get their information about Elantrian secrets at the end of the night, so wouldn't it be better to do it during the day, and find out what happened?- 1221 replies

But that requires that I find on first. What should I do until then? I feel like I'm just stabbing in the dark, and it's not getting any easier as the game goes on. Kas, corrupted Seons don't work. No one can PM out of Elantris; we have to go in. Also, I'm pretty sure that since Maill dropped his vote on me, Spencer is the dominant lynch target. So yeah, a little danger.- 1221 replies

That makes sense. I was looking at it as dead convert vs. living convert, where I should have been looking at it as dead convert vs. dead non-convert. The point stands, though, that killing converts doesn't hurt the Gyorn; it just keeps us from helping them. Running out of time on my Seon. Anyone have any idea what I should do with it today?- 1221 replies

Long Game 12: Shadows of Elantris
Wonko the Sane replied to Herowannabe's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Sorry about lack of activity. I'll try to get on more in the future, but can't promise anything. At the very least, I'll get on well before the lynch each day, to keep from a repeat of Day 1. Well, blast. I was all set to vote for spencer, when he finally comes on to talk. This means that it was a Prince/Princess who forced Spencer's vote. I don't have a lot to say in my defense that I haven't already. I have apologised for the last-minute activity, and don't intend to do it again, but at the time, it seemed the best of bad options. I wasn't as confident in Mek and Orlok as Luckat seems to have been, but I felt that every argument against either had been the result of a misunderstanding, and they hadn't made any suspicious choices under the pressure. So I was more convinced of their innocence then their guilt, and they were two of the most active players in the game. Lynching an inactive was a safe alternative, which still had a potential chance of hitting an eliminator. People seem to think we should be trying to hit converts. Why? A dead convert is better for the Gyorn than a living one, in all but one case. The Gyorn doesn't win by preserving his flock, but by eliminating every player who isn't a member of it. The point about the transferability of Seons has convinced me to come out and say that I have a Seon. I'd been thinking that the Seon makes me a target, but since my death doesn't eliminate the Seon, I'm actually no more desirable a death than anyone else. I was in contact with Elantris Night 1, but they didn't have much to say. I intend to try again Day 3, after they've had a chance to search two areas for secrets. So far, I've sort of been at a loss as to how to use the Seon effectively. I haven't learned anything from either of the two PMs I've made. My inactivity means I still have the ability to use it today (sorry!), so if anyone has any suggestions as to what I should do with it, I'm listening. For what it's worth, other than the Seon, I'm a vanilla Arelish citizen.- 1221 replies

Long Game 12: Shadows of Elantris

I actually agree with you, Kipper. I included them because they were among the concrete facts I had managed to deduce from the lynch, not because I anticipated they would be useful. Really, the most critical thing to take away from that post is the list of King/Queen suspects. Winter, I'd say that that's absolutely possible. After all, Hrathen had the poison and a Seon. -------------------- These Arelenes were crazy! Len had shown up at this speech because he thought it might be interesting; even without Forgery, it had been a simple enough matter to fake an invitation. Well, it had turned out a little too interesting -- Two people were dead, and from the looks on everyone's faces, this was only the beginning. Len winced as he recalled his own part in one of those deaths. Everyone had been yelling at everyone else; he'd just panicked! How was he supposed to know that they would all suddenly stop and listen to him? He walked casually by the exits, covertly taking note of the armed and alert guard at each. How long do they intend to keep us in here? Until the killers, these cultists, were caught, he supposed. He sighed. I may as well get to work. He found a seat with a good view of the other guests, pulled out his book and charcoal, and started writing.- 1221 replies

Long Game 12: Shadows of Elantris
Wonko the Sane replied to Herowannabe's topic in Sanderson Elimination
To be fair, I think that Wilson meant it as a poke vote. I didn't like the lynch options, though, so I called for a last-minute vote switch to an inactive player. Fel just turned out to be the inactive we were able to settle on in the 15 minutes we had left. I think it was Dow who actually chose him. I understand that this sort of last-minute switch is a terrible idea, and I don't intend to do it again. What happened was that I had IRL commitments yesterday, and I couldn't get on until the time had almost run out. At that point, I saw myself being forced to choose between two of the most contributing players in this game for the lynch. I made a choice, but offered to switch to any inactive player who could possibly win the vote. I'm going to make an effort to contribute more consistently from here on in, throughout the cycle. Sorry about wrecking the lynch; although I think it turned out all right, all things considered.- 1221 replies

Long Game 12: Shadows of Elantris
Wonko the Sane replied to Herowannabe's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Well, as I mentioned in my post, Monarchs and Keepers could potentially mess with that; it's just not likely. Also, I realized that I mixed up Mek and Feligon there; I'll edit my post to fix it. I'm not claiming that they aren't Keepers; I'm saying that at least one Keeper cast a secret vote last night, and that Keeper is guaranteed* not to be among the players listed. So at least one of the players who isn't on that list is a Keeper. *Nearly. Monarchs and secret votes could mess with this, as well.- 1221 replies

Long Game 12: Shadows of Elantris
Wonko the Sane replied to Herowannabe's topic in Sanderson Elimination
NOTE: This took a long time to put together, so I’ve been ninja’d on some of the more obvious conclusions, but I think there’s enough new thoughts that I should post it. So, there were some shenanigans on that vote. Maybe not as many as I had thought, since the biggest has turned out to be a GM error, but still plenty. I’m going to attempt to sort them out here; hopefully that will help us figure out why the vote manipulators did what they did. Here’s the way the final votes should have looked: OrlokTsubodai: 1 (Mailliw73) Mckeedee123: 2 (OrlokTsubodai, Araris Valerian) Kipper: 1 (lord Claincy Ffnord) Araris Valerian: 1 (Kasimir) Lord Pifferdoo: 1 (Metacognition) Feligon: 5 (little wilson, dowanx, Wonko the Sane, Mckeedee123, phattemer) Wonko the Sane: 1 (twelfthrootoftwo) Here’s the way they actually looked (post-correction): OrlokTsubodai: 1 (Mailliw73) Mckeedee123: 4 (OrlokTsubodai, Araris Valerian, spencer12347) Kipper: 1 (lord Claincy Ffnord) Araris Valerian: 1 (Kasimir) Lord Pifferdoo: 1 (Metacognition) Feligon: 6 (little wilson, dowanx, Wonko the Sane, Mckeedee123, phattamer) Wonko the Sane: 1 (twelfthrootoftwo) So the discrepancies are one extra vote on Mek, one extra vote on Fel, and the addition of Spencer’s name to the list. Next, I’ve assembled an exhaustive list of ways that the voting outcome can vary from the prediction: The Dula: Any time the Dula is voted against, the number of votes is reduced by one. The Lovers: If a player attempts to vote for their lover, it will count as if they did not cast a vote. Prince/Princess: The Prince or Princess can a non-voting player to cast a vote. Duke/Duchess: The Duke or Duchess may change any one voting player’s vote, or cause a non-voting player to cast a vote. Duke/Duchess Partner: The Partner may change the Duke’s/Duchess’s vote, cause them to vote if they do not, or cause them not to vote, the turn after they are selected. King/Queen: The King’s or Queen’s vote counts as two votes. Keeper of the Secret Tunnels: The Keeper may choose to cast a vote in secret. If they do, their vote will count invisibly in the tally, while any vote they make publicly will be listed, but will not be tallied. Elantrians: Votes cast by Elantrians against other Elantrians will not be made public until the write-up. Of those, we can immediately rule out Elantrians and Partners, for obvious reasons. Additionally, we know no Duke/Duchess changed a player’s vote, nor did any player vote for their Lover, as all names besides Spencer’s are where they should be. Spencer’s name was added by Prince, Princess, Duke, or Duchess. No tally is lower than predicted, so any votes on the Dula or negated public votes by Keepers must be balanced by a vote by the King/Queen or a secret vote by a Keeper. For now, I will allow Occam’s razor to rule that possibility out. That leaves votes by the King/Queen and secret votes by Keepers to account for our two extra votes. I find it likely that the King/Queen would choose to vote, as their vote is highly significant. This leaves one vote to Keepers, barring the unlikely possibility that we have multiple Kings and/or Queens, Narnia-style. Finally, on the subject of Spencer’s vote, I find it interesting that it was not included on the first edition of the final tally. This is obviously a GM error, and there’s a good chance that it was caused by the same issue as the Mek fiasco – last-minute actions. So I checked it out, and found that a number of players were not online late enough to cause an issue; these players are thus unlikely to be the noble who made Spencer vote. I’ll conclude with a summary of the things I’ve worked out from that vote. NOTE: in the following section, I use Feligon’s name to refer to the Village Keeper of the Secret Tunnels who was lynched by a vote of 6, and Mek’s name to refer to the player who came in second place, who went by the name of Feligon on Day One. MY DEDUCTIONS The following are NOT Lover pairs: Orlok and Maill, Mek and Dow, Mek and Wilson, Mek and Phattemer, Mek and Wonko, Kipper and Claincy, Araris and Kasimir, Piff and Meta, Twei and Wonko. The King/Queen is among the following players: Orlok, Dow, Araris, Wilson, Phattemer, Wonko. There is at least one Keeper remaining, and they are NOT among the following players: Orlok, Maill, Dow, Araris, Claincy, Kasimir, Wilson, Phattemer, Meta, Twei, Wonko. The Prince/Princess/Duke/Duchess who chose Spencer’s vote is probably NOT among the following players: Orlok, Winter, Bort, Kipper, Spencer, Kasimir, Ostrich, Rainspren, Seonid. That’s all I’ve got for now. I’d like to ask Spencer to reveal to the group whether or not it was a Duke/Duchess who forced his vote (if it was, then he has been informed of it in a PM). EDIT: removed the pairs Orlok and Mek, Mek and Araris, and Mek and Spencer; added the pairs Mek and Dow, Mek and Wilson, Mek and Phattemer, and Mek and Wonko.- 1221 replies

Long Game 12: Shadows of Elantris
Wonko the Sane replied to Herowannabe's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Sorry, Maill, but I think most of the suspicions flying around right now are based on misunderstandings, and I didn't want to eliminate an active player because of that. I'd have rather hit spencer, but that wasn't going to happen. Hopefully the rest of my discussion isn't last-minute blind voting.- 1221 replies

Long Game 12: Shadows of Elantris
Wonko the Sane replied to Herowannabe's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Wilson switched off of Clanky and onto Fel, so with me, her, and Dow, we had three; but that only tied the lead, which was why I was so desperate for another vote. Now, we have five votes, and Mek, the second-placer, has three.- 1221 replies
