Okay. I'm not condemning you -- it's your win condition, after all. We just needed to know. I am now starting to wonder if the Eliminators even have a kill. I suspect we'll find out tonight, though -- there are no less than thirteen players on Scadrial, giving the Haters a better chance at an anonymous kill than they will likely see for the rest of the game. EDIT: Oh, and just for the edification of the public, I'm about 85℅ sure that Stink was Lightsong. He died by giving his breath away -- which was a win condition for him, by the way -- and was carrying a Lifeless squirrel.

You know exactly what she meant. And it's important -- we need to know if there was an Eliminator kill.

He's not able to touch or appear to Kelsier once he leaves the planet in SH. It's not 100%, but I'd take that as evidence that he is incapable of acting off-world.

There is definitely a fundamental difference to their presence in the Cognitive Realm. Jasnah and Hoid both need magical means to traverse the Cognitive Sea, and when Khriss and Nazh set up camp, they do so on a lake-island. Kelsier, on the other hand, is just able to walk straight through. He seems far more a part of the Realm than the others do. Also, keep in mind that we've seen Shadows in the Physical Realm, too -- on Threnody.

Why does Nightblood drain investiture?
Wonko the Sane replied to CosmereQuestioner's topic in Warbreaker
These are the best I could find. So, Nightblood's consumption of investiture is not used to power himself, it's due to flaws in his construction. He leaks investiture, and needs to replace it. -
Hm. I've actually been wondering why a Skaze would be inclined toward Aonic pronunciation, given that they make there home in Fjorden. Your theory explains that as well as anything.

If you'd announced that from the beginning, we might actually have let you do it. As is, it's unlikely you'll survive the turn. I will nevertheless throw a vote on dowanx to aim for a tie. You are in the best position to save Clanky's life, and I have no desire to see him go. @little wilson, that seems reasonable. I have not got a Lifeless myself, but I have run across two players who do. I will see what I can arrange.

It's difficult to say what would help you, though. I might be willing to strike a bargain, if it was within my power, but since I don't know your objectives, I can't. What would it take to convince you to give us a scan of Bard?

Wow... Can we get someone to protect Wilson, people? She's apparently the most useful player in the game. Did you target anyone with that last night?

I do. I think starting worlds were more or less randomized.

I won't need an admin -- I'll be able to get on a PC tomorrow. I just have more regular access to mobile. That doesn't appear to work for me. Thanks, though!

That write-up looks to me like there was an attempted Eliminator kill, which failed somehow. Does anyone want to come forward as the intended target? In other news, Wonko continues to struggle with accidental quotes.

From the rules post, I would guess that Syl is an item.

I don't remember that. Maybe you're thinking of a different game? Lynch victims didn't die in LG18, they just got expelled. It was actually still possible to communicate with them. We just didn't get their alignments.

We stopped relying on the Lynch much -- it ended up more a tool for the Eliminators than for us. Luckily, there were a number of investigative powers available to us. I'm not sure how to handle it here.

Not according to him. He claims to be part of a third faction. He tried to make contact with them early on in the World PM; it was he who prompted Nyali to make that clarification on using faction goals as passphrases. I... Don't know, actually. I thought that we had already settled that Straw was probably a Child. He gave a long list of info from his PM, just like he did in the thread, but that's hardly damning. On an unrelated note, does anyone know how to delete quotes on mobile?

This implies to me that there is at least one Eliminator faction, spearheaded by Rayse. Also, just because the game defines Evil by what Nightblood would do to you, doesn't mean it isn't using it in other ways. Just look at Vasher's sample character -- he explicitly needs to kill Evil characters, or protect non-Evil characters.

Based on what's present on the Common Powers list, I would guess that it is very difficult to directly learn a player's role in this game. The only ability I saw that can do it is Feruchemical tin, and even then, there's only a 1-in-6 chance. It's possible to infer someone's identity from their actions, items, and such, but that's hardly foolproof. It's gonna take a while before anybody figures out the role of anybody, private communications excluded.

Gotcha. I'm probably letting my own sheet blind me. Still, I think the clues revealed for even the most isolated character would be far too risky. So, Straw, I'm not suspicious of you, but I still don't think it would be a good idea.

But it may as well be a role-claim. I cannot think of a single other character whose sheet would mention the same names as mine. If I complied with this plan, it would be immediately obvious who I am.

Seconded. Straw is experienced enough to know better than to say 'why don't we all just roleclaim'. Straw, can you elaborate on why you think this would be a good idea?

That bit was RP, but if I were to hazard a guess, he needs to end the game alive and with all the other Shards dead. Something like that. As to followers, the rules post specifically refers to Rayse's accomplices, so I think he must have his own faction.

I'm with you guys -- Rayse is planning to cause the deaths of far too many people for my comfort. On the subject of uniting Rayse's followers, though... Who's to say they aren't already in touch? I would guess that they have a doc, if anyone does.

I'm willing -- I also have countrymen I'd like to speak with. However, Joe's worry is valid. What if one of us is Nazh? He's innocent, more or less, but he can't go home to Threnody.
