  1. means everything and nothing at the same time.
  2. Did I hear someone ask for a long win? Guess that means that I'll have to avoid posting less than an hour after them. (By the way, is a marvelous emoji. Almost every time that no common emoji fit the emotion that I'm trying to communicate or I don't even know the name of the emotion that fits the sentence, fits right in)
  3. Hemalurgy
  4. Luckily, the ship has a cat and you know a ritual to turn cats into birds. You set up the second ritual and realise that it requires you to sacrifice a mouse. However, you have no mice, though you do have a spell to turn a drop of cat's blood into a mouse. You do the third eldritch ritual, use the mouse from it for the second, and use the cat from that one for the third. The seagulls are calm despite the many rituals. Unfortunately, it seems like they have associated eldritch rituals with calmness and are now addicted to blood sacrifices. How do you appease them? 1. Constantly drain somebody's blood into a ritual circle 2. Get to work fishing for sacrifices 3. Write a book on how to overcome blood ritual addiction 4. Try to escape from the blood seagull horde (Edit: Ninja'd. Which person's version will be the official one?)
  5. Kaladin? Dalinar? Teft? Wax? Miles Hundredlives? Shan Elariel? Shai as Shaizan?
  6. I've read through a bit of the thread, and so far I think that voting for Gears is the only option that has any real reasoning for it, at least from what I've read. I agree that Gears could have removed the parts of their post that advise the elims, and I think that we shouldn't discuss elim strategies at all so that the elims are unable to coordinate by blending in their planning in the thread.
  7. @StrikerEZ, would this be the number of living elims at any given moment? Because if so, then the elims would automatically win when there is just one left even if they aren't the head of an order of Radiants.
  8. Happy pi day! I'm so close to having ~100pi posts. I've been planning to get to 314 today for pi day for months, but I've been very busy this past week.

But the important thing is, sqrt(-1) 2^3 summation pi  (i 8 sum pi)

  9. I like it. I especially love the way that "evil" gets shaded in!
  10. I love this! How are the plans for the full cast recording going?
  11. Leshwi: Are we flirting right now? Kaladin: I AM LITERALLY STABBING YOU Leshwi: That doesn't answer my question Alternatively, Raboniel: Are we flirting right now? Navani: I AM LITERALLY STABBING YOU Raboniel: That doesn't answer my question
  12. If you want to know all of the glyphs from the books and their meanings, you can go here:https://coppermind.net/wiki/Glyphs/Index
  13. I just finished watching the show for the first time and it was amazing. I love all of the characters, especially Aaravos, even though he's basically a living ulterior motive and he'll probably be the final villain. He's just so mysterious and looks so awesome and beautiful.
  14. I've never even pulled a single all-nighter. TPBM has watched The Dragon Prince
  15. I nominate the concept of anarchy.
  16. I should watch wandavision at some point.
  17. The strength of a segment of LoW in the book is based on its curvature, which could be calculated with a bit of calculus to get a different strength value for every point in the LoW. The real problem will be chalklings. How will you make them work? The glyphs for controlling them seem like they'd be around as complex to implement as the other lines, but how would the game judge how good the chalkling drawings are?
  18. It was great. The plot was interesting & pretty creative and the soundtrack was wonderful, but there's just one little tiny detail that interrupted the flow of the movie for me. At one point, it goes from midday to sunset to full-on nighttime in what should only be a few minutes, probably because they wanted to line up a cool sunset shot and then have the spaceship come at night.
  19. This game was really fun. @Archer, I think that you've discovered the key to player motivations - silly joke titles. The moment I saw that I'd get a silly title for completing my bonus goal, I was instantly five times more engaged in the game. I loved making a character for which "not the butterflies" would be a perfectly normal thing to say or think.
