What happens when you watch Silmarillion fan trailers? You fall in love with the music. Audiomachine: Dusk of War (Link in the title of the song.) It has everything I want from an instrumental: Drums, incomprehensible voices, and epic crescendo!

I won't post pictures, because my Chromebook's camera is The Worst, but I got a Middle-Earth blanket! (I kept typing blankey, which is really just as accurate. :P) It has a map of Middle-Earth on it, it's super soft, I love it. I also got a Tolkien calendar for 2021, and it has art from the Unfinished Tales! By Alan Lee! And Ted Nasmith! !!!!!!!!!! It's amazing! I'm a nerd! I didn't get any Sanderson related things because I didn't make my list until it was a little too risky to try and get anything shipped in time, (and I'm pretty sure my parents weren't sure where to get the Sando Merch,) but I did get some money, so I'm gonna buy Warbreaker or Elantris! (I'm not sure which to get, because I don't have either of them, but I'm most willing to get the Elantris leatherbound, which I would need to save for... so maybe Warbreaker?) And of course, books. I really need a second bookshelf now... One of my friends found me The Stolen Moon, which I've been wanting for a while, and I'm so greatful!

Out of curiosity, where can you find fountain pens locally? What kind of store? I've been thinking about getting one for Rosharan glyphs and for titling/dates in my sketchbook. Along the same lines, what would you elders in Fountain Pen Lore recommend for a newbie?

Well, it's been a day. (This post has been in the making for most of it.) I decided to take a break from the Internet as a whole and just read, and it's been wonderful. I finally finished The Kings of Clonmel! I've been reading it off and on for a few weeks. I also read most of and finished The Two Towers and guess who's back? My favorite character, and first crush, Faramir of Gondor. There's still lots of little references that I've been picking up. Names and such, and also one incredible line that I'll put in a spoiler box below, because I need to share this. Silmarillion events and characters will be mentioned. I think next I'll pick up either Starsight or Storm Glass by Jeff Wheeler, both given to me by @Truthwatcher at the Rim. I'll be reading The Return of the King as well.

I finished The Fellowship of the Ring! What a book. To expand upon my other comment from a previous post, Sanderson's worlds feel real, and Tolkien's worlds feel like home. Gosh, I love it. On to The Two Towers!

Yup! I'm really curious to see where BOBF goes, and I have no idea what will happen in season three, so I'm really interested in that. Especially what happens with Bo'Katan. I'm curious to see if they take a bit of a political route with that, though it doesn't really fit with what we've seen so far.
