False. Blue is the color of sadness. Therefore it can only be the best if you like being sad (I mean if that’s your thing though no judgement). Red is the color of anger and passion, and Passion is hot, So red stars are hotter.

Yes! I’m hoping Gavinor, Oroden, and Shallan/Adolins kid (if that ends up working out) will be important or at least be friends. If not main characters then at least “side” characters, like Teft. Mostly I want to see the current main characters kids have a part in the story because that’s rare.

The hero's journey It taunts me from its not-so-humble abode in every story ever. Can I top it? Crumpled papers pile around me as I brainstorm. Then an Idea comes to mind. Frantically I lay out my plan. I dot the I's and cross the T's. "What is it called?" "The Villains Ruin."

Sorry I messed up. I put the Shardplate quote in another Topic, cause I got really excited. I hid it now, so don't worry, but i'm sorry about that . It mentions the Shardplate is Content. Would that be because Shardplate is used to protect rather then kill? Or because they are lesser spren, and as such don't completely understand what happened? Or something else entirely.

Mostly I hope Tarah will come back for Kaladin (Taladin... kalarah... taladarah?). I have a lot of problems with shaladin. It’s mostly personal, I love Kaladin and I’m not a huge fan of shallan. My biggest real reason is Shallan doesn’t treat Kaladin very well. Most of it is sarcastic or teasing, but to a person like Kaladin those little remarks can add up and really hurt his self esteem. Shallan is perfect for Adolin. Someone who grew up courting women who were proper, and did what was expected, to have someone like Shallan in his life is perfect for him. From the little we have seen of Tarah, She doesn’t seem like the type to take him for granted. He was head over heels for her in his own Kaladin way. She left because he couldn’t stop living for the dead, which is something he will probably overcome in Rhythm of war (considering the way the end of OB went). Mostly Kaladin needs someone who will be kind and loving toward him, someone like Tarah. Shallan is kind and loving in a different way, that’s just not the way Kaladin needs.

I’d love to! That is... incredible. I... how? The audio book is like 50 hours . If only I had your reading skill. it took me weeks to read it (though admittedly I got a tad discouraged in the middle the first time I read it)

I loved it! It was the first time I’d seen it, and I was not expecting it to be funny. Thomas Jefferson was my favorite (or just Daveed diggs in general). But I agree, King George was awesome! His little sassy "I'm better then you" walk was the best.

Pretty sure Lift has it? It was mentioned in a recent Stormlight reading. I hope so. I want to see what their relationship is with Kaladin. And i'm hoping that they will help Shallan with her ghostbloods work.

And now, the weather. Security I spray the baby powder into empty space, and the grid comes to life. Motzart plays in my ear. I go up, under, sideways, twisting through the lasers. Sweat drips from my brow as I emerge from the lights. They fade behind me as the baby powder settles. I bow.

I don’t think it means much. Dalinar is called “Son of Honor” many times by the Stormfather as I recall. And Honor = Tanavast (at least right now). I think it’s simply because Roshar is heavily invested with investiture associated with Honor.

Personally I give Elantris as the introduction to the cosmere, just cause it’s the first he ever published and kind of light on the cosmere references, but still gets people hooked. I get his reaction to the beginning though, especially since the first 5 prelude/prologue/chapters jump around so much. He’s still reading though, so that’s a good sign.

Transparent Slowly, I wake from sleep. I move to get ready, but the knob to the bathroom wont turn. I try harder, but it wont budge. Then my hand suddenly goes through the door, then the rest of me. I look in the mirror. Nothing is there. Am I a ghost?

A really really good Sci-fi is Cinder and the rest of The Lunar Chronicles. There arent love triangles, and its clean, and all togeather just a really good book. (The description on the back of the book is a bit cheesy but trust me its amazing.) Another good one is Uglies by scott westerfeild. I don't have any book I'm looking for yet either so, I'll leave it open for someone.
