Interestingly, particle that are they're own anti-particule exits in reality, photon or gluons for example, so it's a shard being it's own anti-shard is not out of question. We're not sure how this promises thing works, Shards had agreed not to settle on the same planet but that was not a strong enough promise to make them OSable by Odium

Painspren is the spren for Warform and Taln is the Herald of War so it makes at least some sense. Honestly we don't have much information on Truthwatchers' Willshapers' and Stonewards' spren at this point, were Venli and Renarin reported to often attract a specific type of spren?

Welcome to the Shard I don't think they would be able to do machine guns quite yet, insanely efficient crossbow should happen on the other hand. Also, are you talking about using the gemstone as the munition? It doesn't seems like a good idea the gemstone would break whenever you miss/hit armor, you would probably prefer to use the gemstone to project a bullet or more likely an arrow

Brandon Sanderson published a chapter of the unpublished Sequel of Six of the Dusk. Are we allowed to use unmarked spoiler of that chapter in Full Cosmere Spoiler zones or not? -

I didn't read Sequel of the Dusk but from what I heard it implied Harmony had become Discord, removing the need for Roshar's Shard to be War. Also I had said if Dalinar took it, it's likely he won't. And Sequel of the Dusk is far enough in the future that Honour's bearer could have changed. It's the post that start by "spoiler for unreleased Cosmere books" right? Thanks but no thanks

Conquest is more of a part of Dominion than of War+Honour. Maybe Vengence or Strife? Also we know two Shards combinations can become more than one Shard (Harmony could have been, and could still become, Discord) I'm pretty sure if Dalinar ever fuse Odium and Honour it will create something in the lines of Peace.
