"Say what you wish, I won't bend in my conviction." Barioth continued his attack, swinging his Shardaxe with great skill.

Barioth laughed. "An obvious lie. Why would a monster like you go to all this trouble protecting something so useless to you?"

“That’s right, you’ve lost! The benefits of that immortality potion will be freely accessible to all, as soon as we’ve used it to save our loved ones.” Barioth strode forward, smiling. “We’re almost there. I’ve been skeptical about this quest since the beginning, but even I have to admit at this point. We will succeed. I will save my granddaughter. And I am still capable of being a hero.” Silvery mist coalesced in Barioth’s hand and formed into a gleaming Shardaxe, which he swung towards the Once-Author’s head.

They spun on the Once-Author, weapons drawn, faces filled with determination. Barioth was the first to speak. "So you're the one who's been keeping the juice locked away for yourself. I'm glad to get the chance to make you pay for your selfishness."

Indeed, by the time the Once-Author could arrive, the Tragedy Squad had reached the final door that separated them from their prize.

Fortunately, they were very quick. Propelled by the motivation to save their loved ones, the Tragedy Squad bypassed the castle's defenses in record time.

While the Once-Author is thusly distracted, the Tragedy Squad began their sneaky attack on the castle holding the The Real Nameless juice.

The adventurers took those rumors as confirmation that The Real Nameless juice granted immortality and continued plotting to break into the castle and claim their prize. The most prominent group was made up of some of the most incredible and famous obscure adventurers of all time. It included members such as Barioth, an old man who wanted to claim the juice to save the life of his granddaughter, his only living family, Emery, a woman who wanted it to save her childhood friend from a terrible and fatal disease, and Praeth, a young man who wanted to save his true love. Their plan was simple. They, some of the greatest and most powerful adventurers ever, would sneak around the back while Imbiama Jombes distracted all the defenses with his frontal assault.

Every adventurer in the land heard the story of The Real Nameless juice and came to the logical conclusion that it really did bestow immortality, and that the Once-Author just didn't want anyone to become immortal. So they all began plotting to storm the castle.

The Said Some People happily chugged the entire jar of The Real Nameless juice. They promptly exploded.

The jar filled with The Real Nameless juice was a very valuable item. Some people thought that drinking it would bestow immortality.

Unfortunately, the puddle of Real Nameless juice was simply too toxic.
