  3. Welcome to the Shard, @Killuthion!
  4. I've been behind this theory of what's the totality of his Intent for a while! Very well articulated, @Confused!
  5. Strange to see Braize on that list Huh, the continents of Sel have fallen to their bigger neighbours and seem to have had a resulting stagnation or regression of knowledge. Nalthis did have the Manywars, major conflict involving all the major powers. Yeah, non-Shard world could be far ahead in the technological curve but wouldn't some of the Shards interfere, trying to halt their progress or copy their tech? In the event of a conflict Shards are once again in a very high weight class. Eventually these worlds would need to tap into Realmatics or Investiture systems, there's just too much potential there.
  6. I'm a Rioter. I agree.
  7. The Ire are Worldhoppers from Sel, their upper echelons are composed of Elantrians. In Mistborn: Secret History, their skin tone is mentioned as being silvery, they speak of Devotion, one of the Shards on Sel, whose Vessel's name was Aona, from which comes the word Aon. Their name, 'Ire', is the Aon for age. They seem to be capable of a lot, Khriss said they'd had been at it a lot longer than she had. They knew how to overcome the biggest problem with Selish magics: that they get weaker the further one goes from the region they call home, They seem to be using giant pipes to draw energy from the Dor. They knew how to traverse the Cognitive Realm safely, they knew things about the Shards, how to manipulate Connection, etc. We know that were pre-Reod Elantrians, that is they were from before the earthquake that created the chasm which caused the city to fall, the Shaod and Aons to malfunction, and affected the Seons, especially those who were bonded to Elantrians. Yet the Ire didn't intervene, so they might not have been affected by it. I have a theory that the Ire were the original builders of the city of Elantris.
  8. Already used smothered
  9. 2) We know this character's immediate family
  10. Who's your least favourite character, Null? And which Shardworld would you choose to live in, if you had the choice?
  11. This topic was double-posted, @Kon-Tiki, could you copy and paste your response? I'll hide this comment afterwards
  12. Exactly! [Pau-tae-toe], btw, how about you?
  13. White Sand prose is better than the Graphic Novels
  14. I'm not fighting you, we're brothers-in-arms then!
  15. Art is much more than that. And back to the topic, what I've been trying to say is much more than what others tried to boil it down to near the end.
  16. Corpulent Edit: ninja'ed Edit: Wait, what? "Thor"? Edit: Marvel, eh? I'm more of a DC guy, though the film franchise is fun
  17. Most cats I've met have been very well-behaved, can't say the same about dogs. But I'll still pick dogs. They're just so... guileless though naughty.
