It is not Anti-investiture, it's inert, the Coppermind is the Wikipedia of Brandon, it's useful, but only as good as it's sources, never has aluminum been destroyed when in contact with Investiture, as we know Anti-investiture is. I'm not entirly understanding what you mean.

Connection is how things relate, Identity is what it is how is that inseperable. I used evidence, that is the difference, you say "I think Identity and Connection are all but inseparable" And when asked to back it you just say, "That's how I read it" When I say "Shardplate is always on" I back it up with "In text it says that Shardplate is always there, and Brandon felt the need to Italicize the words "always there" so obviously it's important." See the difference?

Honorblades are noted as having shallower bonds, so maybe the instant summoning worked for the Heralds because they had a stronger bond.

Well look at it this way Kaladin a soldier knows how important sight is in combat, so he tries to increase his line of sight and his helmet turns invisible, so he thinks "oh, it's always on, that makes sense, you can't get ambushed that way." While on the otherhand Jasnah who is not a solider thinks about it like deadplate either it's on or off so when she dismisses it it stops functioning.

There are multiple reasons and I don't think any one particular one is correct. Jasnah is unusually skilled When anyone soulcasts Air they are ususally turning it to stone, though one time it was oil, bith of which are pure essences and are thus easier to soulcast A lot of people don't overly think about the air so it's possible that it has a much weaker cognitive acspect than other things. -

No you have my ideas right, as to why you can feel through it, we know From Dalinar PoV's that shardplate let's it wearer feel things through it, so it would just be that both ways, as for why making it visible a number of reasons It looks cool, it's an easy way for their subbordinates to recognise them I think it would be increadibly comforting to see your armor when you need it rather than just knowing it's there but that's just me.

That's why it's italicized, I could see that interpretaion being what happens but the italicisation makes me think that it should be taken at face value. And how would it be obvious to an outsider? Just based on the functions we've seen it's within the limits of plausability to say that it would be indistinguishable.

Spren are at least partially physical, Pattern and Syl can't go through walls or anything like that.

It makes sense to me at least. I don't know on that, what I do know is that it seemed to be saying that Kaladin's plate was always on, wether that be due to perception or it being a theorised Order specific thing, or something else to do with being a Son of Tanavast, I can't say.

I don't entirely understand what you mean. There is a (in my opinion) simple explanation for this it's the same reason that Szeth needed ten heartbeats to summon the Honorblade, or Kaladin's brands didn't heal Perseption, Jasnah thought that if it was dissmissed it wouldn't protect her so it didn't.

I read that as a comparison to make understanding it easier. It doesn't say that it doesn't interact with anything physically, just that they couldn't feel it, but you can feel through plate so I don't see why that's an issue, you can also somewhat see through the helmet of deadplate so it being invisible doesn't seem to be a problem either.

Brandon felt the need to Italicize the phrase "Always there" and Blades are never given the term invisible, it also points out how Rlain can't feel it, which doesn't make sense if the plate disperses.

Shardguns are possible We know that blades can physically touch aluminum, there is nothing to indicate that plate cannot adding the ability to burn metals is an increase in investiture An invested individual would resist being soulstamped, so your agent would be just as difficult as a normal person even when storing Identity. it takes five days to bond a blade no indication that identities merge for Radiants+spren no indication that the spren would retain identity, especially after both a broken bond and death. Again all speculation so it doesn't help you a thrown hammer is not a reliable way to break plate Why heavy armor? that doesn't help you at all. I don't think it would lock up, otherwise a Radiant past fourth oath would have to always have stormlight or they would be stuck, the armor is always there after all. If aluminum was so good Fused would use it instead of Raysium as their weapon of choice. Identity and Connection are different things
