Hhhm, what about the spren turning into a "shardarrow" and then shooting it out of a grandbow or even just a longbow
-
To make sure I'm understanding 1 turn your primary spren into a bow and 2 shoot a minor spren as an arrow (on the assumption plate is formed from minor spren) I'm not sure it work cause I don't see the minor spren being as adaptable.

Thought I'd make a little timeline for everyone. SL 4 Nov 17 2020 W&W 4 2021/2022 SL 5 2023 Also I'm surprised Aether is still in there. It'll have to go through some huge changes so it doesn't feel like reading a combo of Mistborn and Stormlight (which to be Aether of Night does).

I think it's very likely, especially since Maya is a Cultivationspren and Adolin would make a perfect Edgedancer. Unfortunately all WoB end in RAFO. As a side note the blade not disappearing when you release it is a matter of training though Adolin is particularly skilled at it so who knows? For me that biggest point by far is the fast summoning.

I think the theory is correct, but you would have to be the kind of misting who can already burn that metal. So a gold misting would be able to burn the unkeyed goldmine and get healing.
-
Plot twist: Jasnah already has worldhopped. She spent an awfully long time missing and could of made a trip to Nalthis. I don't really know why, but it seems like a Jasnah sort of thing to do.

Any KR and F-Nicrosil. This is assuming that you could breathe in stormlight and store the stormlight in your nicrosilmind creating a store of stormlight that doesn't deplete with time and has an infinite capacity (as far as we know). Spend a couple of high storms outside and you'll never have to worry about running out of stormlight again!

F-Copper stores a memory in a metal mind. While in the metalmind it does not degrade but while in your head it does. You cannot remember it if it's in the metalmind. So, would compounding copper give you a perfect memory never degrading and always in your head?

That's sounds . . . really viable, congrats on the theory. Only limitation I see if being the proper kind of misting.

Favourite Order, and the Order you think you would be
Elsecaller_17.5 replied to Ixthos's topic in Stormlight Archive
Elsecaller or Truthwatcher. We don't know much about either order but I do think I'd lean towards Truthwatcher (obviously). That being said Elsecallers have a MUCH cooler power set. -
I think this is most likely, I'd probably qualify her as Agnostic at this point.

adolin Will Gavinor have an influence on Adolin becoming Rafiant?

Which death rattle? -
Please explain I'm very confused.

"A journey will have pain and failure. It is not only the steps forward that we must accept. It is the stumbles. The trials. The knowledge that we will fail. That we will hurt those around us. But if we stop, if we accept the person we are when we fail, the journey ends. That failure becomes our destination."

Welp I'm back. Unfortunately I had to return early from my mission because of health. On the bright side I get to hang with y'all again. I can't say I'm happy to be here but it'll be fun to be in the community again.

Welp, I'm leaving on a LDS mission tomorrow so all see you all in two years. It just would have felt weird not to say bye. I'll enjoy catching up when I get back. Happy discussion and may all your theories be correct. (I chose to do this in cosmere discussion since this is where I spend all my time).

I think Tanavast tries to do what Leras did. Unfortunately he just sucked at it. Vague hints and 0 physical evidence is not going to cut it so Dalinar will need to do it himself.

There can be mistakes in the chart, but there are definitely 16. I’d bet just about anything he was referring to Cadmium alloyed into Bendalloy and Chromium alloyed into Nicrosal.
-
Oh, that’s a good point.

Here’s the most detailed WoB on the subject I could find. Questioner What would happen if Hoid held Nightblood? Brandon Sanderson Uh, Hoid would not do that. Hoid would stay very far away. Stormlightning Not even hold it?? Brandon Sanderson He would stay really far away. There are very few things in the Cosmere that Hoid is afraid of, and Nightblood is one of them. Stormlightning I thought he'd be afraid of the blade end. Brandon Sanderson So let's just say if very, very, very few things in the Cosmere had a chance of destroying you, you wouldn't even pick one up. You'd try to be in a different room entirely. R'Shara and Sunbird and JoyBlu *Whispering about Nightblood being able to destroy Hoid* Brandon Sanderson I didn't say, I said theoretically.I said "had a chance of", I did notconfirm. Hoid doesn't know. But there's a chance, and so he is not going to risk that. Skyward release party (Nov. 6, 2018)

I agree that if anyone can it’s Hoid, but Nightblood is the one thing he fears. To me that indicates that it would be a near even match. I also agree that there will be some counter. If I had to fight him I’d go with aluminum plate mail.

I don’t think you’ll find many people that argue they are Kandra, but that still leaves the question of what they are. Stormlight
-
Wit wins against everyone, except maybe Nightblood. He’d even beat Szeth because I’d argue Szeth wouldn’t have Nightblood since that would be 2 v 1.
-
Great find, but I wonder if it’s a does not or cannot situation?

I’ll start off with a bold statement. The strength of double pewter is not compounding. The reason for this is because unlike most feruchemical traits strength does have an upper limit how much muscle can fit on the frame of your skeleton. The strength of double pewter is just that the powers work great together much like a-steel and f-iron. F-pewter physically gives you more muscle mass and a-pewter makes every fiber of muscle stronger. With both you have an impossibly large number of muscle fibers that are each impossibly strong. Is there any flaw in my reasoning? And for those that are wondering, pun intended.
