For at that time, everyone felt.... something... coming. It was a dark night, the moon absent from its normal position, and a storm came down with the wrath of a thousand highstorms.
A man began to walk towards the door, struggling against the wind. He was drenched to the bone, and found it hard to keep going forward. Each individual raindrop pounded against his skin like a small dagger. He finally reached the porch, and made a small attempt to shake dry. It was a fruitless effort, and he remained shivering in wind.
The man walked towards the door about to open it, but hesitated. He had been gone for what felt like an eternity... what had changed? When he opened this door, the world as he knew it would warp into something else.
So be it. The man would have to learn of this new world, begin his quest for knowledge.
The man opened the door, light from inside flooding his features with a glow. A long, unkempt beard streacthed from a worn and wearied face, plastered to his chest from the rain. Legs trembled from the trip to this location. But he was here, at long last.
”I have returned!” Truthless cried, throwing open the door.
