YESSS But actually, I have seen multiple places and heard several recording where Brandon said that he didn’t do anything important. He said something about how he didn’t do anything important, he just writes books for fun and want other people to enjoy them. He doesn’t do it for the fame and the money, those are just positive after effects. He genuinely loves what he does.

Well, this raises an interesting argument. I personally would view Kelsier as one of the heroes, unless it is revealed that he committed some atrocious crimes. As the Cosmere gets more widely traveled and character interactions occur, all the people that were viewed as protagonists will begin to take sides on issues. People are going to need to choose whose side they are on.

Dude, I listened to the audiobook immediately, waited a day, then started reading on Kindle, and then I also read the physical copy once my library got it. All at once. I finished my fifth physical copy reread last week.

All of my books are in pristine condition. I read them carefully, I don’t dog eat pages, the books don’t get bent, the spines look like I just bought the book. The only exception is Era 1 Mistborn and Elantris, both of which I bought from “Well Used” on Amazon. Those were the first Sanderson books I was introduced to, and I wasn’t going to buy expensive new books for an author that I might not like. After I read them, I kept them with care and they have not degraded at all since I got them. Also, lots of people are saying that they they have eBooks or hardcover, I am told that I am odd. I buy exclusively paperback books. I will not own a book if it it hardcover.

This is awesome, I don’t know the difficulty, and this is probably more work that it would ever be worth, but a virtual reality Mistborn game is something I have been wanting for a long time.

When Kelsier picked up Preservation, he was unable to fully control its power because Ruin was holding him in check, but also because he had his Connection to the physical realm severed when he died. When Taravangian killed Rayse and took up Odium, why did he have full access to the Shards power? Szeth had just killed his body with Nightblood, which severed his Connection. He was in the same boat as Kelsier, but he got full power? Theories, support, discussion, or criticism are all welcome.
