Yes. Rosharans are used to symmetrical names. This is one of the few things we are certain of from the chapter. Exiting!

I am aware Brandon thinks he should have done better. I personally remember believing that Jasnah was fine at the time although I could not explain exactly why or how. -

All godmetals are viable at least in theory. So it should do something. Unfortunately spren have identity so I don't think they will work very well. It might not be interesting but something will happen. Not to mention the extra power.

The spren know a bit. Also Nightblood should recognize Nalthis.

It might feel awkward sure but I don't think the human body considers the state somehow wrong. Spren are not born like that normally. Being created is more like being shaped to them. It does not take too people. Also even if two people were involved she would still be a regular honorspren unless they were specifically trying for something else. According to Notum Syl was one of the 10 honorspren created by the stormfather. No other parent required.

This probably has to do with whatever Odium's objective in shadesmar is along with whatever Captain Notum was unable to tell them.

An interesting possibility. I think that the person at the other end is actually trying something else. Navani is carefully studying some interesting phenomena. These include soulcasters, surgebinding, perpendicularities, and the sibling. What happens if she figures out the principle behind them? Once something is known it cannot easily be unknown and humans are a little too good at weaponizing concepts.

Your armchair psychological assessment is inaccurate but your understanding of Shallan as a character is spot on. Kudos.

A child alter seems the most obvious. In WoR Shallan showed pattern a helpless girl that was buried in her. That girl is carrying most of Shallan trauma from her time as a child.

Not really, sorry. Polstones and essences are more of a philosophical/theological construct(at least from what we understand). Color is very important as are metals in the cosmere. We don't yet know why. Would you like me to dig up the WoBs?

Aluminum and as such deralumin would not be a problem. The same can be said for gold and electrum. We know that they have pewter, brass, zinc, tin(we don't know but that one is easy), steel, iron, copper, bronze. They might not have deralumin and electrum yet. I think that most likely if we want to stay in 10.
