    I do not think that Hearthstone is going to be liberated any time soon. It is currently in the middle of Odium's territory. How can Kaladin do anything to protect it?

    I believe that spiking a spren does not remove that spren's agency so they could just leave.

    I believe current plan is to finish the first 5 stormlight and then do the Elantris sequels in conjunction with Mistborn era 3.

    I am guessing that it shields his mind like many Aviar do. I also think that it allows him to detect investiture similar to bronze(he would have wanted it so he could seek out any usable or potentially dangerous magics in Urithiru).

    The Deim was built after the tradition had already started(when the sand masters joined Lossand society). The just kept their old traditions.

    I find it odd to enjoy a graphic novel more then someone else but I suppose that it is because my visual possesses are so poor that I basically just ignore the artwork and read White Sand more like a novel.

    I think Soulcasters are better off creating toxins or explosives in a combat setting(if they can get the range correct).

    They had quite a few more then a few hundred people but I think that Yoman's organizational skills and the respect that he held over such a large segment of the population would make him to important to alienate on purpose.
