Now that we are expecting White Sand 3 we are going to have a bunch more Cosmere knowledge. Any predictions on what we might learn over the course of the novel?

This still feels wrong. What if Shallan had also killed a couple of her brothers for entirely different reasons? The entire truth progression gets thrown out of wack as now she will effectively be swearing 7 oaths.

But we have to go absolutely over the top. This is Kaladin we are talking about. He can't just be betrayed, assaulted, endure attempts on his life as a matter of course, have people he cares about put in places of sure death, and then not be able to take vengeance on any of them. He must endure more.

I believe that the spiritual surge of adhesion might make Kaladin's group better at fighting as a unit. The gravitation aspect may be the reason that Kaladin is so good with a spear(so much of fighting is about balance and momentum).

Well first of all humans hunt them. Second of all I believe that many herbivores become territorial or agressive if forced to live to close with others of their own species. Both of these will lead to blood being shed and that will keep the population stable.

Except most religions have requirement arms. The fact that this one is unusually successful and exceptionally good at administration does not make it evil in the slightest. It may be antagonistic but that perception is due to the bias of the characters we side with not anything inherently wrong with the religion itself.

We are talking about introspection as a method for self actualization. Not everyone is going to need 4 truths. In fact most people probably need more.

Lift has some odd abilities in terms of communication. We see her pick up slang rather quickly. This is in line with the WoR quote that Edgedancers were the most refined of the orders. Perhaps spiritual adhesion greases social interactions?

The armor could also be an illusion. It would be just like Shallan to give one of her personalities something she can't have.

Also I want to say this. All the surges work. They are a fundamental part of the Rosharan system. Some of them may work a bit differently but they will still work.

Agreed. Odium has had 9 Unmade for some time now. Also Shallash does not associate Taln's breaking with the creation of the everstrom even when thinking about both of them in the same chapter.
