  1. He saw himself as an observer. A watcher. My personal theory is that while growing he saw too much.
  2. Or that their shardic intent prohibits it. Spren are sort of avatars. Nohadon was almost certainly not one.
  3. Right but what I am saying is that you are pilling up too much uncertainty. I may with some convincing be able to agree to your first theory provisionally but I don't think I can use that provisional acceptance to support another theory on top of that.
  4. au contraire, I discuss this here. It seems the Fused are using Honor's system - the idea of binding surges by infusions in the spiritweb. Except, theirs was granted to them by Odium, and comes with all the benefits and pitfalls of his mentality. Too much of that is theoretical for me to except. Perhaps I am just picky if so sorry.
  5. The singers were created with a specific purpose to fulfill in Rosharan ecology. We have no evidence of any similar thing happening to the Sho-Del. Also from what we know of them from Dragonsteal Prime they look nothing alike.
  6. He did not have Pewter for very long(only a few weeks). Resonances take time to develop.
  7. Perhaps but I think encouraging nature would be an excellent use of bondsmith connection powers. Maybe a bond was forming and they just helped things along or maybe they started the bond but things evolved differently then they expected from there.
  8. What if they are using aluminum bodies? Also its not like bone adds to mussel strength. You can still strangle or disarm someone with one.
  9. Sigh. Really Captain America? Your like everyone's grandfather.
  10. Color metaphors. Azure's hair changes color a couple times. When talking about herself she describes her story from Warbreaker. She moves cloth around and has it cut into a lot of shapes. Then she helpfully IDs Vasher for us by saying that "he is an old friend". Vivenna's friend list is fairly short and he fits Vasher's description perfectly.
  11. They are still realy hard to kill. Cut off one arm and they just grow another or two.
  12. Horses were not on Roshar before humans got there.
  13. I suspect everyone who reads of them has a soft spot for the Ryshadium. The magic horses who bond their riders, can bear a man in plate, and are intelligent enough to have a conversation with. How were these made? A statement by a lighteyed groom in WoR gives us a clue. Apparently Vorin cultural distinctions do not effect horsemanship because horses were rare but the Radiants had Ryshadium. Ryshadium have their unique abilities due to their bond with a spren potentially a music spren. What if that bond was created by a bondsmith who decided he do not want to walk everywhere and decided to do some smithing? Perhaps Daliar will figure out how to do this latter. Thoughts?
  14. A chull dipped in crem would be immobile not lame.
  15. I don't have just one but I do want a massive team up scene.
  16. They can be summoned or dismissed even if the gemstone is dun. Navani and Dalinar talk about it in WoR.
  17. Reread the section. The energy is strangling the world. Harmony seems to be preventing it.
  18. Welcome. The 17th shard is a great place to get your fix. Along with fresh backed goods...
  19. I never said you only wrote it thirteen times. I said I saw it thirteen times.
  20. Another one is that they leave her trapped somewhere in the tower hoping she won't get out and maybe planing on checking up on her every few decades. The tower is a remote now abandoned location away from people and largely inaccessible. After the Radiants die no one is there to check the prison and she eventually escapes. She has no one to direct her so she just sticks around. This is my understand of the events.
  21. Not trying to be snarky trying to prove your theory. If we can't come up with a reasonable alternative then it indicates that you are correct. As such it seems like a good idea try and think of alternatives especially because your theory makes so much sense.
  22. I recently learned that colder flammable stuff may actually burn more readily then their hotter counterparts provided they have enough activation energy.
  23. What else could be happening?
  24. Odium is not Passion. Brandon was going to name him hatred. Also their are still a great number of widespread misconceptions that we do have evidence or even proof are wrong.
