  1. Welcome.
  2. This cite provides limited emojis.
  3. I am with flute. You have to split it first. The ramifications are that the spren has not been split only the gem.
  4. Never mind. I can't convey tone correctly through text.
  5. But Pattern was trying to kill her?
  6. And you can't destroy something without changing it but that does not make Ruin the shard of change. Also I find that the realy scary kinds of anger are the calm kinds not the I am off the rails kinds. You should add the quote to this post for clarity.
  7. Taking a blade offworld is problematic assuming they follow the same rules as living spren. I personally think that some are kept safe in shadesmar by their spren relatives, some were lost beneath the accumulating crem(drop a shadeblade and a couple highstorms latter no one will find it), and that some are owned by secret organizations(like Nale's Skybreaker's, the ghostbloods, and the Shin Shamanate).
  8. I actually kind of agree. In Amaram's mind not taking an opertunity is a sign of weakness and unworthiness if Kaladin had strait up claimed the shards Amaram would have had a harder time rationalizing his superiority.
  9. Has the Rosharan Kandra spy locked into one persona or are they changing between several?
  10. You are welcome.
  11. What is wrong wit hpaperback? I personally prefer hardback but they are not terrible. Granted you get half a slice of veggie with added pineapple and anchovies but it is moldy. I wish for a decent upcoming DCEU movie.
  12. Could you copy the correct passage?
  13. Warbreaker has a bunch of sexuality that I personally do not think would be a good idea to give to a ten year old although obviously everyone is different. SA is a bit slow and she might get bored but I see no reason for her not reading it if she has already enjoyed Mistborn.
  14. The origin is in the opposite direction as aimia.
  15. Grace from shardcast loves to talk about the Puuli interlude connecting it to just about every theory on the show. This got me thinking as I reread Oathbringer and got to that portion. In a recent reading of S4 Venli mentions that the fused know how to build towers that highstroms can't blow down for some reason. Puuli mentions that his lighthouse has stood for a good century. What if the purse of the interlude was just to show us that correctly constructed towers could survive highstorms somehow?
  16. Do you have Word Installed? If so is it the correct version? Sometimes its the simple things. Go over it with someone at least mildly tec savvy.
  17. You are likely correct. Agreed. I think this is supposed to be a joke. I am not personally convinced Nohadon in Dalinar's vision is actually Nohadon the writer of way of kings.
  18. Or just lastclasping around the blade with the remaining mussels forcing the wielder to dismiss it.
  19. I apologies for being a star wars fan in advance but Lightsabers are not actually lasers. They are a contained beam of ionized plasma. I have no idea which surge you would use to make one.
  20. I know! And this does not account for most of us as humans don't generally fit in the right proportions so either you have the right size and your sleeves are loose or too tight...
  21. He could be a Bondsmith and a real historical person. I am not sure weather I like that but that is also fine theory wise. The truth is that just about any theory is still valid as the things we actually know about him are minimal.
  22. Does anyone actually understand shirt sizes? I always feel like Wayne when looking at them suspicious that the rich people are randomly assigning numbers to the clothing. YKYASW before going online you have to tell the Wyndle part of your mind to shut up.
  23. I don't think so. It is certainly possible considering how little we actually know about the guy but I would personally prefer a reflective human.
  24. We do not know much about Hoid but we do this. He goes around the Cosmere and gains access to the local magic systems wherever he goes. On Nathilis he bought breath. On Sel he stole the moon scepter to help understand the Dor. On Scadrial we see him steal a bead of Lerasium from the WoA. We also have WoB confirmation that he also went after feruchemy. This indicates that he goes after the entire magic system not just one part of it. It was not good enough for him to access one of the metallic arts. He wanted to know all three. He is now on Roshar and he has bonded a Cryptic but Cryptics are only one of the 10 spren bonds and this does not count the Voidbinding or whatever Cultivation's magic system is called. Also to get all ten bonds Hoid would have to bond one of the three unique Godspren and become a Bondsmith. I think people on Roshar would notice if either the Nightwatcher or Stormfather was bonded too Hoid so does that mean he has to bond the Sibling just to get away with this?
