Paradoxically if you were to try and run a society by Windrunner ideals you would get into trouble as Windrunners would be unable to administer punishments that stop abuses of power and their rulings would be wildly inconsistent.

Star Wars belongs to the fans not the man who created the first movies and especially not to the man who created the prequels.
