Mmm, I understand that. My advice is to just keep trying. Keep moving forward. No matter how much you stretch, torture, or ridicule yourself and your art, you always fight back.

I've been in the place where I just gave up on my creativity; actually, it was pretty recently. Anyhoo, what I'm trying to say is that I know what you're feeling and it's real. It's not a switch that you can easily turn on and off, but it takes work. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here. You're not alone, man <3

Don't know if you're still stuck, but this happens to everybody. One thing that helps me is to get a big stack of cheap printer paper and just draw some random shapes, and then turn them into something. Or use a medium that I haven't drawn as much with, again on cheap paper, realizing that hey this is going to be fun, and it doesn't matter what it looks like because it's destined for the recycle bin.

Another thing you can always do is set up a still life (like a flower in a vase) and just draw that, again on disposable paper.

When I was younger I used to freeze looking at a blank page of my sketchbook, getting tense and thinking "I don't want to mess up my drawing". But any drawing that you do where you're having fun and learning is never a mess up, and it's liberating to know that not all drawings are worth keeping. 

Another fun thing to do is draw on the newspaper, a white prismacolor colored pencil is especially fun to use.

Another thing you can do is just practice technique things, like shading 10 tints of gray, from 5% to gray to black, using any medium. Or practice cross hatching, or look up pictures online and try and draw the base shapes for different poses, and then maybe draw one of your OC characters in that pose. Fun stuff.
