Well, we don’t know that. We have seen four people enter the pool: Riino, Saolin, Raoden, and Hoid. we know that Riino and Hoid were transported to the CR, and Raoden got back out in the PR. We have no idea what happened to Saolin. I believe that the pool actually did not kill Elantrians at all, and Raoden interpreted the picture wrong. I think it is just a perpendicularly, and served no function other than transport to the CR. However, my theory depends on what happened to Saolin.

Let's see here. I think my favorite order is the Edgedancers, from a Surge standpoint, because I like the idea of having Abrasion. From an Ideal standpoint, my favorite would have to be the Windrunners, because the idea of protecting others from harm is something I already try to do. However, because I lie to myself, and in general, I would probably end up as a Lightweaver, which I am fine with. They have cool Surges, and few restrictions since they speak personal Truths instead of swearing Oaths.

I think you're saying that each Dysian has Connection to every other Dysian in such a way that they all naturally can merge and separate, and procreate(?), and not really feel a distinction between the states. So, I've been thinking about Sleepless breeding ever since I read this WoB: I didn't have any idea how they might make a new Sleepless, but then I read Starsight. Now. what do Sleepless have to do with Starsight? (Starsight spoilers): So my idea was that Sleepless might reproduce by meeting up, and combining for a period of time. this is all just conjecture, since we don't know much about Sleepless, but I think that the act of intermingling most or all of two Sleepless's hordelings causes an intermingling of their minds and Spiritwebs. They then breed new hordelings, who are only connected to this mingled spiritweb, then separate into three Sleepless, the two "parents", and the third, smaller new one.

considering that, although it takes a Radiant to activate the Oathgate, anyone can be transported by them, you'd think there would be more Rosharan worldhoppers, since travel to the Cognitive Realm is relatively easy compared to many planets. Radiants might have difficulty leaving, but other people could leave just by being transported to Shadesmar.

In the cosmere: as far as I'm aware, just travelling to a different planet's subastral is enough to be considered a worldhopper. Also, travel through a perpendicularity most likely requires intent. (Elantris and Oathbringer spoilers) On earth, who knows? it's not part of the cosmere, so earth-worldhopping would be ordinary space travel, I guess.

personally, I've been thinking about a five-power Metallic Arts combo that would be powerful, or at least interesting. Compounding Brass, Compounding Gold, and A-Pewter. if you wanted to be more worldhopper-ish about it, replace Compounding gold and A-pewter with Rosharan Lightweaver or Elsecaller. Brass compounding would make you really warm, definitely enough to burn things you touch, but you can hurt yourself compounding warmth, so gold or Stormlight healing would be useful. Also, I'd imagine near-infinitely burning yourself with brass would still be painful at first, until you were numbed from the gold compounding, so A-pewter would make you pain-resistant. Stormlight might reduce pain as well, since we see Radiants take wounds that would be very painful, yet still be able to function until they healed. And the reason I chose Lightweavers and Elsecallers is because of their shared surge, which would allow you to soulcast the metals for compounding. Elsecallers also have Transportation, which is useful for worldhopping.

I feel like this could be interpreted to mean that pulling any location-based investiture to a different location would take extra time. So maybe an Elantrian could pull the Dor across the CR to another planet's subastral, but it will take time. The Elantrian would have the connection, but since the Dor is location-based, it has to move manually.

not likely. The spren were mimicking the Honorblades, which are swords. Swords are the natural form of a Shardweapon, because that's what they are mimicking. A Radiant can change the form, but sword is automatic.
