Lena listened to their words, considered the places Alask had named. Dwig's place - most abandoned, but with some luck they might find something useful there. Back to the roots it seemed. "At the Forge." She wrote down the adress and pushed the slip of paper over to Aln. "We live there." She turned to Alask, made a gesture with her head, wordlessly asking if they should leave.

I like my character. I'm up for this.

Sagitta shook her head without looking away from Zura. Remember a conversation with Sensation? No, there was nothing. They had talked about the gods, about the way they cared and - she lifted a hand to her head, knew that there was something but couldn't pinpoint it. Something had - happened. Price hand. She remembered taking it, because it was important, because she had wanted to make a point. But why? What had been so important, that she's crossed that line? So many things she didn't know, that confused her. So she went with those that she knew for sure. "If try to harm Price, I will escalate the situation." She stated calmly. "We all fight for our countries, and I can respect that. I can respect what you do, and what you believe in. I can understand. But I won't let you harm-" Sagitta hesitated and then finished, "a friend." @Lunamor

Jessy nodded in agreement. "We don't know a lot about them." She explained, looked at John. "So, do you know about them?"

She sat there for a while, fear and anger at herself fighting each other in her chest. Her fists were clenched and she longed to scream, to go to the training room and hack something to pieces, but she forced herself to stay here. It was Jace wedding. For once she had to put her own stuff back, had to focus on making this day the best in his life. Everything else she could deal with later. She took out her mobile and glanced at it - they already had taken long, too long if they - she paused, then put it down on the ground, hugged her knees. He hadn't invited her to his wedding. He had only asked her to organize the party, but the wedding itself - she wasn't welcome there. She had only assumed that she would be there when they said yes, had worried about a dress, but she didn't even need a dress. It was only the party, no watching their promise. Taking a picture of them exchanging rings. She felt stupid for assuming that Jace even wanted her there, and with the embarrassment came more anger, anger that pooled in her stomach like molten stone. It was his day, why should he want for her to be there. It wasn't like she was family. She was just - a friend. She buried her face against her knees. She felt shaken, yearned for someone to talk to, to take up some of their time and just talk to them. To disturb Ben was out of question and all the others - the one person she wanted to talk to, because he just looked at her and maybe nodded and then said a single line that calmed her down was busy, with Ashlyn. Shana knew she should be happy for him, that it was her duty as a friend to be happy for him. He was her best friend, she had even tried to get them to spend time together. It should be easy, shouldn’t it? But if she was honest with herself, she was envious. That Ashlyn had changed him so easily. That the moment she had shown up, Shana had stopped existing for him. He had promised to train with her, but he hadn’t even looked her way when the two of them entered the kitchen. She was dramatizing, knew that she was, knew that it was great that Rob had found someone who seemed to honestly liked him. It would be logical to be happy for him. But logic and Shana had never mixed that well. Mostly she was angry right now. So angry that she smashed her fist against the ground until it hurt. Angry because it was easier to be furious, than to face the fact that she was scared of their pool, easier to admit that she regarded Ashlyn as an intruder. It had been impolite not to offer her some cloths, but she had stayed silent. Because she wasn’t sure how she would phrase it, if she could stand talking to her. Her anger flared when she hated herself for being petty and mean, when she knew that her behaviour was wrong. She was supposed to be a hero, she was supposed to be strong and to save all of their lives and like a knight in a story step back one the fighting was done. But she was no knight. She was no hero and most certainly she wasn’t one to step back demurly. She was like fire. She burned, changed, laughed and then cried, hated and then loved. And here and right now, she wished she would be like James, controlled but friendly, always with a smile on his lips. Never freaking out, while she was over the top all the time. He had talked to Cass and he had solved it, while she had panicked. James, Cass, Evelyn, Doc, Edwin, so many names so many faces and they all were able to control themselves. All of them would laugh at putting some candles into a swimming pool. None of them simply killed, they all had tried to solve the situation another way. Only she had taken a knife and killed them. She was a monster, not even able to be happy for her friend for finding a girlfriend, hurt because another one didn’t invite her to his wedding, and she was responsible for a third one to kill her spren. "Void take you." she hissed at the candles and wiped her face clean. Then she headed back to the living room, started to search for table cloths. Most were in the kitchen - if she was lucky she didn’t meet someone, she could seethe in her fury, in her envy and just be in a bad mood for a while. She had promised a party, she would deliver a party. It was something she could do. And when they all dressed up - she could always sit on her tree and hope nobody checked up there. She definitely wouldn’t attend a wedding party in a pair of dirty jeans. A lie. But for now she went with it, imagined herself sitting alone on her tree, while the rest partied. Maybe they would search for her. But no, there was no need to.

Mike paled when Lusk adressed him, called him out his brave words. "I don't know." He shook his head, held the spike up for Mari, Tena and Seom to see. "Did you see something like that before?" "We could also try to find the Violin Player. I can describe their face." Nervously he looked to the ground, then up at the ceiling. The balkony. It should be easy to climb up there, ignore the situation and just jump, like when he jumped from tree to tree, using his tail to steer, to fly between the clouds. @kenod @Sherlock Holmes

Lena shrugged when the guild member basically told them that she wouldn't be able to help. It had been worth a try, although she wasn't sure how Alask would take it. For a scholar the woman was slow - both she and Alask had explained what they needed, why ask after it again? "I don't belong to a guild." She replied to Jale, ignoring the Thief's Guild for now. They hadn't met for over a year and besides it wasn't his business. She was the nice one here, helping the poor. The irony of the situation made her smile. Slightly bored she leaned against a wall. This was futile. Alask had been right. Guilds never bothered, unless they could profit from it. Which was understable - she wouldn't bother without the advantages either. "What we need, are people with knowledge about architecture, plumbing, maybe electricity. Practical knowledge and ideally they are good teachers as well. Reading can follow once the people stop sleeping in rubble with not much more but plastic above their heads. Managing money can follow when they stop trading in goods. We had hoped that maybe someone in this guild could offer that knowledge or has connections, but if you can't," she shrugged, "maybe you could mention the Forge in your newspaper, otherwise I'm not sure what else you can do. The people need homes and food. An education is important - but they have to be able to survive their days for an education to pay off."

She heard her sword hit the armor and prepared for the impact, for the jolt that would threaten to rip the blade out of her hand. Instead her sword moved down, the arm falling to the ground with a strange clatter. Temeria stumbled forward when the impact she had prepared for never came, felt the knife scrap over her arm, shortly afterwards something warm ran over her skin. Pain raced along her arm and she recognized it, but pushed it away for now. She took a step to the side, regained her balance again and memorized the way the impact had felt. She had expected the armor to offer a lot more resistance. Quickly she moved backwards to get more distance between them again and swung her sword in low arc, aimed for a knee.

She inclined her head in agreement and then started to walk over to the elevator. "Yes, let's head over there. The first ones are already down below." Karin was already gone. Althea continued to try to keep track of everybody, but realized that here with the other ACE employees around it was hard to keep an eye on everybody. She walked carefully over the uneven ground, tried to make sure that she didn't trip, or hurt her ankle. Nothing she couldn't deal with, but still something she'd prefer to avoid. If only to continue to appear strong. It would be hillarious if she stared this journey with brown mudstreaks in her hair. Now that the time was close when she would actually descend into the caverns she felt the knot of anxiety in her stomach. The last times she had been below the surface had ended with pain and destruction, with someone ripping into her mind and breaking it apart. Given that,it was easy for this journey to end up better. As long as nobody controlled again, it would be a lot better. She looked at the elevator waiting for them and stayed outside, waited for Adren to catch up.

Shana nodded. "Alright. Then I'm off spreading the candles." She grinned at them, put some more flowers down next to the table and took the bag with the candles." Looking at James she added. "I've got no real plan for the decorations, as long as it looks good at the end, we should be fine." When Rob spoke up as well, she smiled at him. "Jace and Axe are getting married. We host their party today." She explained, because she felt like it would be impolite to rush off again, with the question in the room. "Cassie can fill you two in on the details." She gave them a quick wave and almost hastily left the kitchen again, taking the candles with her. Something was different about Rob, and later. First the party, then she could try to figure out her feelings towards Ashlyn. Taking her time she spread them on the tables, realized that they hadn't any tablecloth, and decided to look for some later. She made sure to leave some smaller candles on the stairs leading to their rooms to be able to illuminate the staircase later at night as well, in case somebody needed something from their room. She returned to their dining checked the candles there again, back to the living room, checked the candles there and then there was the point when she had no excuse to continue to avoid the last candles in her bag. She left the house, saw the wet streaks on the floor Rob and Ashlyn had left and for a moment she considered to turn around, leave it be. But it was Jace wedding day. And at night the candles would look beautiful on the water. It was quiet outside, all were doing things, or were inside and so she stood there, looked at the mirror like surface of the pool. She should ask for help, reveal to someone else that she was scared of this, that the pool seemed like a monster to her, ready to grab her, to drag her down. She should. But Cassie had enough troubles, she'd decided against bothering James with her issues, Ben was asleep and Rob, Rob was busy. Slowly she unpacked the first swimming candles and walked over to the water. One step after the other, her eyes never left the even surface, only disturbed by small ripples when the wind gently pushed the water around. It looked peaceful. Peaceful like a plant waiting for an insect. Peaceful like a curse ready to destroy her. It looked evil. Her hands started to shake when she neared to water, when she realized that she was indeed alone, that nobody would be able to help her out of the water if she slipped. Her mind screamed at her to run, to flee, instead she made her way to the ladder leading down into it. She might be able to climb out of the pool again using the ladder. If she managed to get back to the ladder. If she didn't drown just whereever she landed. At some point she just stood there, frozen in her place, heart beating as if it was about to burst any moment. Water. She tried to convince herself that nothing could happen, she only had to kneel down next to the water, and place the candles in there. No pushing them to the middle, no spreading them evenly. Just get them into the water. Slowly she moved forward until her hand could reach the ladder, held on to it in a death grip. Her throat constricted when she looked at the clear, huge amount of water, at the blue tiles beneath the surface. Slowly, carefully she knelt down, took a candle in her freehand and reached out for the surface. She made sure to keep her weight on the solid ground, she could do this, she was strong. She was the one fighting for them. She had to be strong. Her fingers touched the water and she jerked back, remembered how it had closed around her, how it had filled her nose and mouth. Her fingers opened, let go of the candle when she fled, stumbled away from the pool, candles scattering on the ground. Shaking she continued to moved away, until she was pressed against the wall of the house. Breath, she tried to calm herself, but when she inhaled, she felt something wet around her nose and panic surged. Instinctively she reached for her throat, nothing, it was dry, her nose, wet. Tears. She wiped them away, forced herself to take another breath. It worked. Easily. It had only been a tear. Shaking she sat down in front of the wall, stared at the pool. She couldn't do it. It was as easy as that. She just... couldn't.

Shana looked up when Rob entered the room together with Ashlyn. Both were dripping wet and she shuddered inwardly at the thought that they had been swimming. Rob. She had hoped to ask regarding the candles, but instead she stayed quiet. Disturb him and Ashlyn felt wrong, she could always take care of the candles herself. "Do you still need help cooking?" She asked Cassie. "Otherwise we only need to decorate, then we're done." @AonEne

Temeria grinned and stormed forward, before he had finished speaking. The ring, get him the ring. She could do that. Her weapon was a familiar weight in her hand and she felt her armor move with her steps. She knew nothing about the armor, so she discarded it in her head. Until she learned if it had any special features, she would treat it as an armor. Her feet hit the ground, small clouds of dust covering her shoes when her steps threw it into the air. The thrill of a fight made her heart beat faster, the joy at moving, at controlling her body, at doing instead of questioning, of wondering filled her completely. A fight meant pain, a fight meant possible death. But it was that prospect that she loved so much. She obviously aimed for the stomach, made sure to look there as well, then quickly changed the direction her sword was going and went for the joint of the left arm instead. In her experience armor was weaker at the joints and it was worth a try. If her experience fit this world - she would see that soon. @Nohadon

A lifeless. A strange one, but she knew about lifeless. Armor and a dagger. Keep it at distance, use your advanced range and hack it to pieces. Lifeless were hard to defeat, they didn't feel pain. Usually getting rid of some limbs worked best. If it couldn't walk anymore, then she had almost won. The familiar anxiety before a fight made her stomach churn and she felt her breathing get deeper, calmer. Finally something she was used to, something she knew. Without hesitating she brandished her sword and stepped in front of Mac. He had hired her to fight. Not exactly here, but if he had seen the need to do that - there had to be reason. Still she hesitated to rush forward, although she urged to do so, she hadn't lied when she told him that she liked a good fight. It was keeping her alive, it was keeping her sane. The moment when everything became unimportant. Keep back, keep back. Claim it then. A challenge, but it hadn't been for her. Not that she really cared, itched to give it a try, still she owned Mac so much. And a challenge was a challenge "Can I?" She asked instead, eyes never leaving the skeletton. @MacThorstenson

Shana climed out of the car and grinned as well. She grabbed some of their bags and started to walk to their house. "I think we should start with moving the tables. Then we can decorate them and afterwards we can decorate the rest of the house." Including the swiming candles. She paled slightly at the thought, but figured that someone here would most likely be happy to spread them on the pool. "We keep the confetti for their arrival and throw it at them, what do you think?"

Confused Sagitta listened to Price claim that the strangers were Gods, but as they weren't acting in an agressive way, she only tried to monitor them out of the corner of her eye. Instead she focused on Zura. She acted strangely, as if they hadn't talked, hadn't - the stars. That was it. In awe she slightly lowered her knife, but made sure to stay between Price and Zura. Unconcious. Zura claimed that she had been unconcious, but she hadn't been unconcious. Not as far as Sagitta could remember. "Sensation blessed you." She whispered and could see the stars on the sky behind Zura. The stars. There was a new one, somewhere above was one with Zura's memories. "She took your memories to the sky." Could she try to solve the situation? Should she fight Zura again, show her her place? Her hand moved to the handle of the Tomahawk, when she considered what it might mean. If Sensation had taken her memories, then there had to be a plan, a reason. Maybe it was a test, a test to see if they were able to look past their cultures past their different ideas and remember what they had just a few minutes ago. No friendship, but enough trust to talk without holding a weapon in their hand. A smile touched her lips. Remember. Make sure some things stayed in the present. She could do that. Had done it so often. "Your name is Zura. You came from a village that way." She pointed in the general direction Zura had earlier. "You kill Tühine soldiers, although you don't like to do it. You believe that it is right, because they kill for a living. Your instinct is probability."

Jessy gasped in surprise when they changed places, when they suddenly appeared somewhere else. She was used to travel in a space ship, but this - this was different. Silently she walked to the window, looked down into the endless space below them. Faintly she could see some water, or something that looked like it. The room smelled like forest and she sighed when she realized that his civilization was like the Asari. More advaned than her own. Still it felt in a strange way familiar, foreign technology was something she had learned to deal with. The moment you visited the Citadel you were confronted with it. Quietly she rested her forehead against the window, closed her eyes, listened to Cheh asking about the materials. "Did you ever heard something of the Reapers?" She asked after a while, wondered if maybe he knew what they were.

Shana laughed and leaned against the door, watched James, how he sat there driving. She had to make sure, to hide her memories better from him. He had so many problems already and he'd made it clear that he didn't want to be bothered with them. She could do that for him. Be silent for once. She could do it for a friend. She had quite the number of songs in her playlist when she looked up, saw that they had arrived. "We should ask the others to help us." She proposed.

Shana clapped her hands together, and connected her mobile to the car's sound system. "Let's work on a playlist while you drive." She told him and started to add fitting songs to a playlist, now and then starting one, asking James for his opinion.
