  1. “Yeah, like a knife, or a sword.” Rob breathed in some more Stormlight. “And then there’s Tension.” Rob never understood the appeal of keeping things. Some people collected shells. Others coins. And now she wanted a rock he had moulded. “Sure,” Rob said, scratching his head. “Though I can make a better one, if you wanted to give that to Ben.”
  2. I will take Harmony’s Patented Slideshow Device. That stuff is legendary.
  3. “Sort of, but really no. It’s Cohesion.” As an example Rob picked up a pebble and melted it, turning it into a liquid, clay-like substance. “It’s not really water, we just remove most inner cohesion within the rock and it becomes loose and liquidy.” He shaped the clay-rock into a little circle and solidified it again, dropping it to the ground. “Though, if you had a large pool of water, you could harden it to stone, but it would still be water. And you can’t just do it with a few drops.”
  4. “No drowning,” he said in agreement to Shana. He turned to Flid. “One of our surges is to turn stone to some sort of liquid. Try not to direct too much of it to that girl,” he pointed at Shana. And she’d said he was great. Which was the first compliment he’d gotten in, what, 3 months? Compliments were nice.
  5. “I can use my hands,” Rob said, looking to Flid. “What about you?” He waved to James. And then he walked over to him and patted him on the shoulder, whispering. “It’s okay, I won’t judge if you’re Ben’s boyfriend.” Asking Shana to defend for them had been smart, but Rob had obviously thought it all through.
  6. Wilhelm turned to the man. “I do not lie.” That was a lie. “I tell people what is happening in frank, truthful terms. And the first people to go outside will probably live. And I would prefer for the weaker people to go first, as I am not a selfish man who threatens random women with swords, am I?”
  7. Rob looked at Ben and Shana for a second. And then it all clicked together once again. He’d seen this on TV. “So, then, who is this random man you’ve brought into our backyard?”
  8. Rob looked at Flid. “I can team up with him. Teach him Stoneward stuff,” he stepped to Flid’s side and looked at him again. “And Philosophy if you want, though you don’t have to.” He looked to Shana, Ben and Ben’s not-boyfriend James. “You three can team together if you want.”
  9. Rob nodded, his skill at perfectly analysing emotions (:P) coming into play. “I see. So you haven’t formally proposed for engagement. That’s perfectly alright.” He walked over and tapped Ben on the shoulder, whispering. “I’ve got some great relationship tips of you need them. I don’t know if they work on men, but still.” He looked up at Shana’s sparring idea. “That would be great,” he said. “Better practise for large battles.”
  10. “I walk quietly,” he mentioned in stone cold seriousness and turned to Ben and Shana and the other person. And then everything clicked. “Ah, I get it.” He nodded to himself “Yes, all the flowers, Shana is here, and you are here too, Ben, and this other man.” He nodded to himself. He could understand completely. He’d watched enough romcoms to try and understand this very thing. “This was an odd time to introduce your new boyfriend, Ben, but all is good.” He nodded, his face neutral, completely serious
  11. Wilhelm stopped, planting his feet in the ground. “It seems you only have one ettmetal. I have sixteen. It seems I am the stronger one.” He did not remove the man’s grip, but as the cellar door was currently closed, he leaned against, not being pushed out.
  12. “Sure is,” Rob mentioned. He was standing next to Flid. He had seen Flid walk to the vackyard and had followed him. Rob saw Shana and Ben and some other guy was here too. Rob waved. “Hi,”
  13. “You’re right,” Max said. They hadn’t actually accused him of anything. “Gathering information is probably most important right now.” He waited for a moment, tapping his plate idly. “I’m sorry,” he said to Devaan. “This was supposed to be just inviting you to dinner, but things got more serious. I hope this all didn’t ruin your night or anything.” @Nohadon
  14. “That’s a good idea,” Max said, leaning back in his chair. “Diagramists and Keepers. They’re both allies, any sort of conflict between them is not to going to end up good for us.” He sighed tiredly. Today had been a long day. “And PlasmaCore, well, who knows with them. All I know is that they have an opening party, and parties in general around here tend to break down pretty fast.” He paused for a second, thinking. “Do you think we could find Vesuvius there?” He shook his head. “No, probably not. He’d be arrested, i imagine.”
  15. A fly buzzed through the air, and it slapped the rasberry man, before dying as it had a laughably short lifespan.
  16. “I don’t,” Redatrick noted, looking towards the ocean. Well, if was on this ship, he might as well, talk to the others. “Stayed in one general location my whole life, in one nation, on one... planet, now that I know there’s more.” @xinoehp512
  17. Abel was taken aback for a second, that she winked at him. Which, which was pretty nice, actually. Abel shook his head. “Um, what exactly is that wink supposed to mean.” He heard the order for civilians to leave but he stood his ground. If anything was going to be inspiration for his music, it would be this.
  18. The agony was so intense Csilen dropped to his knees. And then it was over, and he slowly stood up. “Ready as I’ll ever be,” he said.
  19. Max nodded. So, the children of Ghostblood members. Max swallowed his cake. He and Althea had thought that even with high positions in big guilds, they would be able to defend anyone who was threatened because of it. But this was terrorism. Now any relative of a Ghostblood would feel unsafe. And rightly so, if this Vesuvius continued. “I wonder if we could pull more guilds into this,” he said. “Killing children is bad enough, doing it against a specific guild is bad, if we convince other guilds they might be next, they might feel obliged to help, especially when they see what he did to the children.” He paused.
  20. so, something like EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE三三三三 ?
  21. R00d I can draw a really shaky stick figure. The Right Hand Regime is back! Now stay still while we handcuff to this desk... Muahaaha!
  22. Max nodded, feeling her hand and tightening his own fingers around it. They had discussed children, only a short while ago. The thought that they had discussed having children, and then this... there was a bitter taste in Max’s mouth. He burned zinc, feeling it’s metallic warmth inside of him, the Allomantic power flowing through him. But instead of using it, or even enhancing a Riot, he stored it in his Nicrosil-mind. For later. He’d need it. “That’s good. We’ll have to see where he went. Maybe send a Canton taskforce to meet him.” He looked to Althea. “And a Ghostblood one, if you think you should.” He sighed, taking a bite of the chocolate cake. Work always seemed to invade home life.
  23. Wilhelm looked at the two men talking to him, one of them the man with the blade. “I should not go first,” he said in his accent, removing Hellbent’s arm from Wilhelm’s shoulders. He had dealt with bigger creatures before. “The weak should go first, and the strong, who can survive for longer, should go last,” Wilhelm liked his idea. If it worked, the weak would be killed, the strong surviving. Just like the wild. He paused. He didn’t like it when he delved into that part of him again. @Snipexe @Ark1002
