  1. If Mistborn are an example i really think that this will have a more bitter end =) Fracturing ? Not Fracutred? Made me wonder what are happing. Skybreaker powers ? Or let's say some countdown hiting zero ?
  2. Calm down folks nothing are lost. "His son" aren't necessarily death, maybe just injuried...... It's is time to forget the glimpses, no more spoilers to me=( Woudn't him? I wonder. PS: I sure hope that for Lady Feather sake Renarim aren't in trouble =)
  3. One direct hit of a catapult would be enough to kill any Shardbearer, Szeth bold to the face prove this just right. The thing is that it would be almost impossible to use such weapon to kill a Shardbear because catapults are made to attack big stationary targets not a single person that could move with almost inhuman speed =)
  4. I second that. The best boss that you could have It's yourself. =) March 6 I gonna put a notice in my office door (That by some chance are also my bedroom) saying: Closing to Balance. And will only emerge when I finish the book =) Nice one too Very Lightweaver of your part =)
  5. Like a fenix more powerful than everrrrrrrrrr =) From the ashes to a new wolrd of wild teories and crazy especulation =) That remembered me of my youth when The Order of Fenix are released and for two consecutive days I worn my school uniform taked the bus and stop in a park nearby to read the book at a shadow of a tree =) Not that I"m saying to you do the same but man that was fun =)
  6. Artwork, well someone could try ask Ex makina and Botanica in this departament both are nice girls( and awesome artists) I think that they could provide something give little time if one asked in the right way =)
  7. Folks from ouside USA unite to put down this horrible discriminartion against us!!! Let's make clear that we intenational readers derserve read Mr; Sanderson books in the same day that everyone else. It's time to Revolution!!!! More serious it's is in times like this that I love my Kindle. I will have to wait only two days to read my copy. Two days where I will hate every bastard that read the book before me (amazon why you do this to me) but hey better that than nothing =)
  8. Nice thank you for the aswer. I really I hope that Szeth don't kill you all until the end of the book I keep close track of the movement of this 4 bridgemen Drehy - He was blond and well muscled, and was from Rianal - He was quick to learn the resetting exercise Kaladin taught Bridge Four. Leyten - Leyten was formerly a blacksmith's apprentice before being put into Bridge Four, he was vital in the production of the carapace armor suits used by the Bridge Crew. Peet - was a member of Bridge Four on Roshar. He was balding. Kaladin considers Peet to be quietly dependable. Skar - He was short and wiry.He was one of the first to join in and eat Rock's stew.He became one of the bridge's subsquad commanders.
  9. Looks one of Mr. T to me, by the way that he talks him are a much more probably suspect. Kaladin don't believe in the "greater good" like Mr. T does. And sacrifice something to save the rest looks much more a thing that Mr. T would do. Kaladin probaly would try(and succeed) save the hand, he woundn't give up. this is kind his theme (i see him as a "determinator"). Mr. T would sell his mother if that would help him succeed =)
  10. Now it's pretty 100% clear that The Hoid letter about a old friend that he are looking for are about Odium. Also Odium are looking for Hoid and him are hidding himself. What Hoid want with Odium?
  11. *Ashamed* Well..... you see.... this is. I mean... =( To be honest this should be pretty easy to notice(but i think many people didn't notice). After today every time that I read the book i shall imagine Peet with your face (minus the tan and Alenthi eyes) =) PS: Aside Drehy, Skar and you Brigde 4 have other cameos ?
  12. Sorry, but if you approved this made you an accomplish Kind Sir. You can't evade your share of responsibility
  13. I second that. When the book are released I will do a list with all quotes to see how close our guesses are. Will be nice sport see how well we guessed =)
  14. This is exactly what I believe. If you look at the list of pontential flashback character you got Tal and another Herald as pontential focus character. Both are immortals. I readed in some place (ask kurkistan i think he know what i'm talking about) that the second trilogy would be about a different characters with minor appareance of the first arc main cast. Probaly will be something like cameos where they say "Kalaldin/Dalinar how raised back the Radiants do this or that" or" The first female warrior radiant in centuries(Shallan) did this or that before she become Immortal after a acquiring a oathshard/dawnshard." In one of he veryyyyyyyyy old interview - 2004 ( Brandon still called this serie the "Oathshards Series") he also said this: "KINGS was the book I was working on when Moshe first called me to buy ELANTRIS. While we were in contract negotiations, he asked to read a bit of my current work. I sent him KINGS, and he decided he wanted to purchase it as well. I don’t think, however, that he knew what he was getting into. The OATHSHARDS is a massive war epic centering around ten angelic beings who have been driven insane—each in a slightly different way—by millennia spent protecting, fighting for, and dying for mankind. The first book, THE WAY OF KINGS, follows six separate viewpoint characters (one of them an immortal) during a time when the three peninsulas are thrown into a massive war. It is an intensive character piece coming in at over 300,000 words, and can be quite brutal with its characters. ( *Natans Personal Comment-NPC* Yes people many people will die. It still does the things I do well—it has several original magic systems (though magic isn’t a focus in the first book.) It has a very interesting setting (which is one of its strong points) and has an array of interesting characters from all walks of life. (One a young peasant soldier *NPC* - Kaladin, one a middle-aged sister to the king *NPC* - Jasnah, one a battle-hardened nobleman general *NPC*-Dalinar , one an honor-bound assassin serving an evil master *NPC* - Szeth, one a young lady-in-waiting *NPC* - Shallan, and the final one being an immortal protector of mankind who is slowly breaking beneath the pressure of his station*NPC* Taln). The central theme of the book is that of leadership, and each of the six viewpoint characters are defined in one way or another by how they lead others. KINGS has a lot going for it. It’s the kind of story that people remember—it has a grand scope, meaningful characters, and an expansive plot that would have to cover at least five books. However, I don’t know that it’s the best thing for my career right now. The book needs a lot of work before it could be published—at its current length, it would have to be cut into two pieces or slashed by a third in order to work. I also have to do some serious revisions to the plot. I like how all of the characters work, but I worry that the book is too slow (even for me) at the beginning as I establish six viewpoints and six separate plots. I need to find a way to combine some of the plotting so that several viewpoints can work on the same problems." To me it's probably that the first arc will be about the character that we know and the second will be about "Roshar of future". Maybe even a sci-fi Roshar with fabrial hi-tech spaceships and such(to me this would be awesome). Sanderson said that the others planets in the Roshar system would take part in the plot in some way, well a good and nice spaceship to travel there moved by fabrial coredrives would work for me, and this would fit with Scandrial having a sci-fi serie too. Dream on peolple Allomancer X Surgebinder with Magitek weapons and awesome powers =) PS: In times like this i believe that Mr. Peter must suffer with Sanderson releasing all kind of information that he shouldn't . I almost can see Peter scolding Sanderson when him talk to much( one problem that thank god I believe Sanderson have) and Sanderson saying "I did tell that eeehh... sorry Peter. Could you go out there and confuse everyone a little bit =)
  15. The woman's skin had hardened to something like stone, smooth, with fine cracks. It was as if the person were a living statue. Another thought. Brandon said something about a Stoneward surge that could make things hard like stone, maybe this is related to this surge. The woman could be a Radiant fighting in some kind of "Golem form" given the fact that plenty of the voidbringer had hardskin his could be a good tactic to boast defense. So maybe this is one of Dalinar visions ? PS: Doubled ninja'd o.O
  16. The woman's skin had hardened to something like stone, smooth, with fine cracks. It was as if the person were a living statue. Jasnah or Shallan fighting ?
  17. Well that are to be expected =) Kaladin dilema about vegence and honor will indeed be his focus on this book =) PS: To the moderators, Hey guys could you put the alenthis in the fonts pool. Would be very nice to use Alenthi in some posts just for the fun =)
  18. There are always anothers secrets? Like the hoid anagram Sandeson put very well hidden tidbits in WOK, this could be another one =)
  19. "Drehy, a member of Bridge Four, is gay. He’s based on a good friend of mine who is gay" Peter said that Skar are based in a friend that are going to Iraq. And now Peet are a cameo. Sanderson are filling Bridge 4 with his friends =) Anyone that know Brandon friends suspect of another bridgeman ? Because if alll bridge 4 are based in Sanderson friends that would be a awesome homage =) Just a question Peet died or are alive? I always forget of the minor bridgemen =(
  20. Edit: Ops my post was in blank. Someone know how painted this cover and if this artist will do a Words of Radiance one ? I liked his style ! =) PS: Not a Glimpse of Radiance but given the fact that Tor most likely will not post any new image I'm taking the leave to share this one because i belive that few peoples had the pleasure of look at this cover art (For example i discovered just today) =) PSS: If someone had another cover example exclusive of your country plx share =)
  21. My take on the matter. Only the Stormfather talks IN CAPS - So It is him or other divinity( the only beings that have Brandon rights to talk in CAPS) For what are speaked I believe in the Nightwatcher or a powerful spren "the little traitor" are a kind, let say, feminine and affective way of speaking, that fit my impression of Cultivation. The litle traitor, to me just two person fits. Syl and Lift. So some powerful spren or the nightwatcher are talking with Syl. Or we could have a second Lift chapter =)
  22. HE COMES FOR YOU, LITTLE TRAITOR. I AM SORRY. Stormfather will punish Syl ?
  23. If Elhokar see Liesprens and that spren are attracted by secrets(trues) what Elhokar are hidden. Shallan have her secrets(deep ones) so make sense that Mister Elhokar must be hidding something too. I like your idea =)
  24. If so someone plx could explain how we use investidure in earth ? I really would like, let say, fly in the sky or soulcast one thing in another =)
