  1. Every time i attempt to switch up my playstyle people somehow still want to kill me, so I'm going to tell the person who told me it would work that they're wrong and go back to normal. I suppose I just have one of those "stabbable" faces
  2. Is it worth it to try and engage with you, Kat? if so, then: I know the answer is no, I've been in this situation, and I know there's no use trying to engage. Hyena seemed to find it funny when I mentioned during N2 that I'm a PoE player, but here I am even though there's a claimed scan on me that is probably true regardless of Hyena's alignment. But somewhere, if hyena is an Elim, someone's goal is to flip me first, and then call Hyena village off of my village flip. With that I'm taking a break from thread. PM me if you have any questions/comments/concerns, though I don't anticipate getting any.
  3. Eh, we have a Hyena-Me-Meerkat PM where we were talking, and then after Amber posts this post about his Hyena-Me Theory (which, by the way coinshot, means you should kill hyena first. Just so everyone is on the right page) Meerkat posts walls in the PM about how he's been betrayed and both of us are evil. I comment in a personal PM and then he just says something like "it's my word against yours anyways, wish we were on the same side" And then yet you post an update on your findings from me and post more about how I confuse you and you don't know why I did those things. That should have been resolved. I either see Amber vulture as a Villager who hasn't been right yet and that's hurting his Ego, when he should have been right about something. He latches onto me as his vote that he stuck through on and calls yesterday E/E because he doesn't want to think he could have been completely wrong. Or Amber is an Elim who didn't manage to keep the lynch off of his teammate, but hey! The village has been killing exclusively counterwagons, so this might work. Especially since Hyena knows I'm a villager it's only a matter of time until Hyena flips and then people see that I'm a villager. What bothers me most about the Villager theory is this: Anyone remember this post? the long wallpost where he ISOs both me and Gorilla, and then proceeds to (despite the more reasoning on gorilla) vote me? If you don't remember it go take a look. He has three big points. The nonchalance on D1 leading up to EoD, their vote and reasoning on Magenta, and their interactions with meerkat. And then we go look at his reasoning for me, which- pretty much just completely revolves around the ISO i did of Mauve. then comments on 1) my view of coral which personally I think was a very villagery moment that shouldn't have been seen as suspicious, and "2) and 3)" which are random things that he even says that he doesn't know how to read. He calls his vote on me more "gut" than not, and then still votes me? Despite me being a "gut" read that he still "doesn't know how to read" ? EDIT: Also Meerkat, I've said enough stuff to you both in our PM and in the PM with Meerkat that should be obvious village. Such as me commenting on my motivation at start of N1, or my stream of consciousness thoughts in the group PM at the beginning of the night here. Or my comments to you about coral in the PM. It's hard to think that people like you and vulture are playing in good faith at all
  4. Your whole post is about where a potential rioter is. that's a little E!AI because he's doing the bulk of the work in something that isn't solving alignments. You reached out D1 to me to supposedly try to see where I'm coming from, but after my inital reply you don't respond to me or try to follow up? My only thing here is the perhaps passion i get from Amber answering Hyena's question to Fuschia. EDIT: Okay? Meerkat just used the phrase "It's my word against yours, anyways" In a PM with me which is equal parts offensive and ...something else that I haven't decided yet.
  5. Out of this I think one of my more solid village reads is Amethyst, with the interaction on D2 between them and Gorilla. 32 [P] Amethyst Scorpion votes Turquoise Gorilla ^ 1 33 [P] Turquoise Gorilla unvotes Magenta Albatross - 2 34 [P] Turquoise Gorilla votes Amethyst Scorpion ^ 1 It was a view that Amethyst had talked about before, I believe? And their immediate counter onto Amethyst didn't seem partnered to me. I don't see how this would come from a partner when there's three other people they could look at and practically 0 pressure being applied on Gorilla. I'm going to try to edit my more coherent thoughts into a post later today when I have time.
  6. I like that they were vanilla, that probably tells us something about role composition on the Elim team/game. Probably. Not that I'm going to look into it.
  7. El I love the naming conventions I knew this was gonna happen bc it's always the MO that the moment I wanna not kill someone they die and flip Elim, so. You're obviously welcome.
  8. To be quite honest, I haven't been /trying/ to cause confusion at all this game. I've been actively trying to play more lawful which I thought should have been obvious, and yet here we are Edit: Honestly, I think I have to side with coral here. Like, yes, we're talking about me so I'm biased, but justifying my vote on croc wasn't necessary at all in that situation regardless of my alignment. I can't help but think this interaction moves amber down in my reads.
  9. I think it's funny, because I've been trying to keep my chaotic tendencies at bay. Then I forget for a moment and claim PMs with coral and mauve, or slide into Ostrich DMs and try to convince him I'm a teammate of Kat's
  10. @Oxblood Beagle I didn't place a vote because I didn't think it was necessary. I strongly felt that we should be exploring other paths, so I didn't want to build the wagon on Kat more than it needed. I will say that even though it isn't AI, your take on me is perfectly valid- the condemnation without a vote and whatnot. I don't follow the reasoning based on the seeker people and you seem to have, I assumed it was clear I was playing off of Kat and even clearer if you read the summary of mine and Kat's PM. @Charcoal Hyena I haven't read the whole thing yet but skimmed and I don't recall Kat saying I was in village meta? In his readslist he states that he...has no read on me?
  11. Someone called out tonight, So I'm going to be at work until almost Rollover today. Was hoping to get out some stuff but I'm just not very proficient in mobile posting.
  12. One can only try so hard to put out content that should be easy to engage with. Also Meerkat is Lassie and I am Shawn, I take no criticism (constructive or otherwise) Ostrich can be like, Juliet or something idk. Interacting in PMs is fine and dandy if you all are doing that but remember that it supplies the other members of the village less reason to village read you really for everything you say in PMs and not in thread. This is why I dislike PMs.
  13. - The tineye message says "regular spiked" and not "vanilla spiked" despite the village flips saying "vanilla" EDIT: Coral, what's your read on me rn?
  14. That along with the age old mistake of using "Regular" Instead of "Vanilla" But anyways, irrelevant. A quick look at D1 votes - I had a whole lot of motivation for this earlier in the day when I was on my phone... Bolded are people who are confirmed. Not bolded are my strongest reads, and blue are the people who I think are probably village. Italicized then are the most suspect based on process of Elimination, I suppose. Most of my positive read on Coral comes from our PM, where I bounced a readslist back and forth with them. I didn't play it right honestly, but nonetheless they still seemed to be hesitant about clearing people for certain things, and only did so once I did. That's what gives me most pause about them. At this point, I think I'm going to say that Meerkat and Coral are most likely the same alignment here, regardless of what that is. We flipped Mauve D1 and then Saffron the next, and I genuinely think we shouldn't be flipping Gorilla today. I do think Gorilla's vote here wasn't very good. Immediately more suspicious of everyone who is off the two main wagons. The Elims killing Scarlet though is just. Confusing to me. Supposedly weird kills like that make sense only in the situation where the Elims are losing, and kills don't really matter because they're going to die anyways. My other theory is that all the Tineyes are village. They're all village and the Elims figured out that Scarlet was one of them, and need to limit communication. If which that is the case, that would help narrow down possibilities for Elims potentially based on their views on PMing vs. Thread. If anyone has any questions on any of my reads or actions throughout the past days I'm more than happy to comply, though I believe i have been transparent in my thoughts throughout. Oxblood Beagle
  15. I have been playing like lassie all game and we all know how that worked for Shawn. I haven't thrown out a single bizarre theory yet. This needs to change, and soon.
  16. Anyways, back to business Coral wolf equity rises here, regardless. They're not the seeker but they claim to have fooled meerkat in PMs. If so, why didn't he try to thunderdome? All he had to do was fake confusion for a minute, then claim this was an attempt to kill him without wasting a NK. The question then gets raised, why coral then? What danger was he in before? Which would potentially backfire back to Meerkat but the point still remains Giving up here doesn't reflect well on coral. I'm not taking anything Meerkat says at face value. Tired? I still believe him capable of looking. Why wouldn't coral just out a red check in thread? Because that's what you do. There's no point in interacting in PMs with a re-check (that you have rechecked, to see what they have to say) there's no role in this that would change the results of a check to spiked.
