  1. Let's see... Determination, memories, senses, identity, breath and nutrition. I don't know about determination, though...
  2. Hrathen and Reen are both Blue agents. @Scion of the Mists
  3. The island felt the touch of the other. She reached out and linked with the woman. Welcome, little one. Do not worry. You are not hurting me.
  4. Ok then. Gyorn 1 link to the game board.
  5. Rekaerb turned on his distractor, then drew a circle on the edge of the water. He stepped back as the circle silently powered up and a ship appeared. The ship slid into the water. On its side, silvery letters spelled out VOYAGER. Rekaerb tied up the ship to the dock, then deactivated the distractor. This ship would take anyone who asked to the other side of the world. Anywhere in particular, in fact. That wasn't the most interesting thing about this boat, however. He laid his hand on a metal railing that ran around the ship and stored.
  6. @I think I am here. @Sorana
  7. Rekaerb appeared from nowhere in the audience section and waved cheerily at the couple.
  8. The island spoke through the link. Tell the others... touch the heart. I wish to speak with them.
  9. The island felt the touch of the woman. She reached out and formed a link just as the woman pulled back. She reached out to the link, calling across it. Hello, little one. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kate the storm raced across the waves, shortly ahead of her first-brother Michael. She relished the thought of the upcoming battle. Those birds would pay.
  10. Nekorb looked up. The poisoner was walking away. "Hey," he cried as he ran after her. "Hey, wait up!"
  11. Nogard toppled backwards under the invisible force, falling around the last corner into a large cave. He hurled the offender off of him and stood up. Suddenly, he realized that it must have been the poor invisible guy. He must have tripped, or something. His mouth opened to frame the apology when he suddenly realized where he was. He turned around slowly. In the center of the cave, a pillar of stone rose up from the ground. And on the pillar a silvery gemstone glimmered. Nogard took a step towards the stone, mesmerized by the swirling patterns of light that ran beneath the surface of the gemstone. The party had reached the gemheart cavern.
  12. Nogard smiled back and followed after her. ~~~~~~~ Kodeka hovered far above, frantically trying to get through to Nogard. Something was blocking him. It wasn't breaking the connection; it was just blocking communication. He could only guess, but he was becoming more and more certain of his conclusion. And it wasn't good.
  13. Nogard looked up and met her eyes. "I don't know."
  14. Nogard shook his head. "You would need a link, and that takes time. Usually." He tossed the rock up in the air and caught it. "I am worried, however. Those people we saw earlier? The ones with wings? They're not from around here. And they've been here long enough to form a link." He shook his head. "This island wouldn't have been the most stable to begin with, but now..."
  15. Doesn't the other team need to guess?
  16. Rekaerb shivered. Soon... Idly, he fiddled with one of the dials on his watch. Suddenly, he got an idea. He closed his eyes and created a clone. Inside the barrier.
  17. Nogard shook his head. "I'm not from here. Not even from this planet, really." A wistful look came into his expression. "I thought, coming here, that maybe..." He blinked and shook his head. "No, I don't come from this island. From what I understand, very few islands have intelligent creatures living on them. It does... interesting things to their psyche. This island does actually have natives, but they're a bit strange." He scooped up an interesting looking rock from the tunnel floor and rolled it between his fingers. "Human, I think, but I'm not sure. I don't know as much about the actual flora and fauna of the islands." @Sorana @Ark1002
  18. Rekaerb pulled down the cloak of his hood, popping into view. This was not going to end well, but what could he do? He had orders not to interfere, after all. And they came from the very top. He had watched Alum these months with a sense of growing horror. The man cared nothing for the effects his dream would have on the lives of others. Rekaerb didn't know how Voidus Prime felt about being trapped helplessly in a barrier of his own designing by his own guild, but he could guess that he wouldn't be happy. And, of course, there was the whole "End of Era" thing to think about as well. They could've made it peaceful, like a wedding or something. But the interests of the readers had to be considered after all. Not all plotlines could be like ToH, after all. In fact- Rekaerb sighed. Oh well. He turned to face the barrier. This world was about to face a catastrophe beyond anything the last seventeen years had brought. It would be painful. People would die. But the world would go on. A year would pass. Another Era would start. Maybe there was a lesson to be learned from that. He could hide, he knew. Turn invisible- and maybe more, now. Who knew what changes had been wrought upon him when... but he would not think about that now. He could hide, and watch, as he was doing in so many other places. But here he had taken a stake. Here, he had interfered. And he would interfere again.
  19. Nekorb stared at his share, his eyes widening. That much? All he did was fly a plane! He'd never seen that much money before in his life! Granted, he hadn't seen any money in his life. But he could still tell that was a lot.
  20. Rekaerb appeared from nowhere. Sometime. Anytime. He didn't know. He pointed what looked like a laser pointer at a figure in front of him and pushed a button. There was a flash of green light, and both figures disappeared.
