  1. Soothing is not passive. It happens automatically if no other orders are submitted, but it still takes up the Soother's action and can be roleblocked. An elim Soother can Soothe or kill but not both.
  2. Since none of the top four people on the list have said they're prepared to run the LG, Elandera will be the GM for LG 94.
  3. With the LG over, the list for the next one looks like this: 1. @StrikerEZ - Would rather not 2. @Ashbringer 3. @Random Bystander 4. @The Known Novel - Running the next MR 5. @Elandera - Is available
  4. So Archer was the Cord kill Stick was the elim kill probably. That's reasonable enough that publicly identifying Cord isn't beneficial. Wizard claims not-Huio which isn't really relevant. Alpha's e!read on Archer appears to have been way stronger than every other read, which are all ambivalent.
  5. Ash was never quite doomed since he was often only 1-2 votes in the lead with lots of trains that could be made. E/E Wiz and Ash doesn't make a lot of sense with the late vote then unvote, but Alpha and Araris are closer to being protective of Ash. Odd that e/e Ash/Araris doesn't lead the latter to voting Sart though since he was village and had more votes than TJ. Maybe if Archer or Stick were on that team but recent elim teas have been okay with stacking votes so I don't put this as strong indication of saving e!Ash.
  6. Why did so many people vote for Ash? That doesn't make a lot of sense given his few posts. @TheAlpha929 what were your reasons? Xino follows Kas but doesn't like Wiz's switch. Araris wanted to vote for someone who already had a vote. Kas preferred killing Ash to xino which isn't the pressing concern now. TJ just thinkg e!Ash ->e!Wiz + v!Xino. The people who voted Ash then retracted are more likely evil than those who stayed if Ash is evil or they didn't want a runaway train on a villager since nobody else has been in serious danger. So Wiz, TJ, Araris. TJ and Wiz are voting for each other. Don't think Telrao's vote for Xino was very safe since so many people showed up to criticize it, so not sure about Araris's vote. I'll go with Araris then. TJ and Wiz can sort themselves out. I won't be around for rollover. Not going to do anything with RP characters either since they keep slipping away from their intended characteristics.
  7. Reading posts doesn't mean having the time to respond to 7-8 pages of them. Perhaps something will happen eventually, but this is becoming a concerning trend that I'm not able to put concerted effort into games. We'll see.
  8. Confirm grey patch from Awakening. Supposed to be Aon Reo.
  9. Every player has five unique methods of murder and five unique pieces of evidence. For instance, yours are 12 Archer Cliff, Aon Tia (Transportation), Aon Sheo (Death), Poisonous Sting, Shades Cracked Gemstone, Footprint, Ancient Text, Rotspren, Child's Toy The assassin picks one clue from their methods of murder and one clue from their pieces of evidence. Araris then provides clues leading to that specific combination of assassin identity + murder method + piece of evidence.
  10. Everyone's free to post pictures of the spreadsheet edited to show which clues they think are/aren't likely.
  11. @Random Bystander are you ready to submit your LG rules? @Ashbringer and @The Known Novel, how prepared are you two to run your games?
  12. Congratulations to the village for winning a second Tyrian AG in a row, and thank you to Elandera for running the game! As always, if anyone would like to try their hand at running a game, please get ahold of Wilson, Devotary of Spontaneity, Elbereth, Araris Valerian, Elandera, or StrikerEZ, or post in the GM Signups & Discussion Thread. Not only will we get you added to the list, but we'd also be more than willing to help out in any way we can. You can also ask questions and get some hints and feedback from everyone in our Art of Game Creation thread. With all the games that we've run so far, we have plenty of experienced GMs that can help you refine any game you're thinking about. If you would rather keep some detail secret, or are self-conscious about posting in thread (there's really no need to be; while we do slaughter each other, we are very polite about it), then I'm sure one of our fantastic committee members (Amanuensis, STINK, Sart, Fifth Scholar, Straw, Archer, and Kasimir) would be more than willing to help you out in private. Thanks again to everyone that played, and we look forward to killing seeing you in future games!
  13. If you have the rules done, send them by PM to [Amanuensis, STINK, Sart, Fifth Scholar, Straw, Archer, Kasimir, little wilson, Elbereth, Devotary of Spontaneity, Elandera, StrikerEZ, Araris Valerian]. You only need two people from that list to approve your game before posting signups.
  14. JNV scanned Mat as village early so e!JNV is very likely given e!Mat. Even if both are evil we could afford to exe Araris first but I'd rather kill JNV and then Mat first since 2-1 against e!Araris is also winnable.
  15. Still curious about @The last Fae in the Woods claim that Wizard could prove their innocence. There aren't any more role and alignment scans besides PM spider, which both Wizard and JNV have claimed.
  16. The votecount right before Sart's claim was allegedly Steeldancer (7): Archer, Channelknight Fadran, JNV, The Wandering Wizard, The last Fae in the Woods, DrakeMarshall, Orlok Tsubodai Channelknight Fadran (4): Matrim's Dice, Araris Valerian, Steeldancer, Biplet Sart (3): Amanuensis, Ashbringer, TJ so if the goal was to exe v!Fadran, Sart voting for Fadran and then one Steel voter switching over makes it a tie, and if they really want it Tani could vote. That doesn't seem like a good plan though since it throws away Sart, Steel + one more player just to delay Steel's death. The actual result of Sart sacrificing himself trying to delay Steel's death doesn't make much sense either. Getting a claimed scan out on Bip was more important/plausible than killing Fadran.
