  1. On the off chance that the elims can tie the lynch, I will vote for Ornstein. Six votes really should be enough to ensure his death.
  2. First of all, I will retract my vote on Seonid. Excluding Seonid, we currently have 5 candidates for the lynch with only one vote and then Steeldancer with two votes. I think Steeldancer is acting more like an overly defensive villager than an elim, so I'm not going to vote for him right now. I'm not going to vote for anyone yet, but I would like to ask @Drake Marshall to explain why he would be surprised if there were more than three elims with no vote manipulation, as the Mistborn would oppose a GM lynch and there may be other village vote manipulators.
  3. If we find an elim, through a snoop scan or other methods, then a tied lynch gives that elim a 50% chance of surviving. Ties should be used only when multiple people are equally suspicious.
  4. Randuir. We can't just have all the lynches be ties, and Kynedath's reasoning is better than Alvron's.
  5. Joe's opening post for this day indicates that we need three votes in order to lynch someone today. If we're poke voting everybody, I will vote for Seonid, who has said that he looks forward to being active this game. I would also like to add on to Steeldancer's post and mention that seeker 1 cannot necessarily trust their results as they may have been redirected by rioter 2.
  6. The cycle ends at 8 PM EST, which is almost two hours from now. Also, Joe is currently being lynched. Updating Randuir's vote tally: Arinian(0): alv Roadwalker(1): Steeldancer, Darkness Walin(1): Alv, rand Joe(2): livinglegend, Megasif
  7. It seems that its too late to change my name back. Oh well. In terms of a D1 lynch, I think that we should try to lynch someone just to prevent someone from dying to an RP vote. It's a little odd that Alvron is the only one to have placed a vote despite saying in his signup post that he's playing because of the tied vote mechanic, as it appears that the only reason for the vote is Arinian's name.
  8. MR 26 is accepting signups for one more day. It needs at least 3 more people, if anyone wants to sign up.
  9. Signing up as Varun. Can the assassin use their one kill at any time? If the assassin uses their unblockable kill on someone protected by Thug 1, will the Thug attack the assassin? Will Thug 1 retaliate if the person they are guarding gets lynched? Why can the Mistborn target Elend? Can the seekers detect passive use metals even if that metal isn't used that cycle? (Seeker 1 targets Lurcher 1, but Lurcher 1 does not get attacked.)
  10. Rule Clarifications: How many players do you need to run the game? Can bodyguards self-protect? Will bodyguards be informed if they successfully defended someone? Will successful protections be revealed in the writeup? Can bodyguards protect someone from a gun attack if it happens at night? If a snoop observes someone who makes multiple night actions against different targets, would the snoop learn the identities of all targets? Are all Black Sand members considered to have taken an action against the eliminator kill victim, or just the person who sent in the kill order? Will the roles and alignments of all dead players be revealed, or does this only apply to players who have been lynched or killed by Black Sands?
  11. Signing up as Erdon, a beggar with an irrational fear of rich people.
  12. There was no way in this game to tell the difference between an inactive, a lurker, and someone who just didn't want to vote. There were six living players who had voted in the previous cycle, and livinglegend and The Young Bard had voted in cycle five. It's entirely possible that some or all of them would have come back to playing next cycle. I know that I would have voted next cycle, I just didn't know who to vote for and didn't see any reason to not let Steeldancer get lynched. I don't think players should be banned for missing one or two cycles. A pattern of inactivity would be more of a reason to prevent players from participating in future games, but a few days should not disqualify someone. I hope to participate in MR 26 and AG 4, and would really appreciate not being banned. Edit: Devotary of Spontaneity
