I do get that it can be difficult when you're waiting on a character but we have had a lot of activity recently and until today Meeker was handling that solo, hopefully things can start moving a little faster now but sometimes things will just take a while, we haven't forgotten. As mentioned in the PM, 130 points for the Epic abilities. As long as you keep the fire manipulation and projection to the levels that were mentioned there.

Our current plan is to potentially recruit more mods, then if all of us jump into the giant shoes together we might be able to fill them.

Meeker has mod rights in the subforum so they can edit my post, that is indeed where you should be looking. But if it was a formal approval of the character then they'd likely already be added so I'm assuming that Meeker was only approving it in the sense of a community vote, not as a mod in charge of characters.

@Lord Meeker can add them to the character list if they want to, but for me to add it it'd need a proper vote, I only saw three responses on there which is not enough to gain a consensus. I'll add a poll for them later today if Meeker hasn't already added them.

When? I can't see any relevant poll or discussion. Which potentially means other people haven't either and may want to vote. Yep, I'll give people one last chance to vote on Necromancer then change the poll over later today.

Most people ignored it though, floating pieces of paper that randomly changed their contents were a well known phenomenon in the Alleyverse, being handy exposition devices.

A small slip of paper floated in the air, at the top was a large, bolded title 'LAWS OF THE ALLEYCITY GOVERNMENT' The rest of the slip of paper was blank, given that no laws had yet been adopted.

A humanoid shape made entirely of Aons stepped into the court, tophat held in one hand he gave a low, respectful bow to the queen as he entered. In his free hand he held out a handful of brochures which he brandished towards the gathering of people. "Hello all, I'm a repurposed detainment unit here to ask you if you've ever considered joining the Dark Alley. Science and all that. Hemalurgy and what have you. Then the Dark Alley may be for you!" It was questionable whether or not such an Aonic construct would ever need to sleep but nonetheless it seemed somewhat tired as it half-heartedly gave its speech.

Another sausage collided with him but this time it vanished entirely as it made contact with him. "It seems that you're causing some trouble here." Sudiov said. "Would you mind ceasing all of this activity? I think you're being a little rude." Another sausage vanished as it hit him.

Sudiov waited patiently for the man to finish. He hadn't declared any allegiance with the Dark Alley yet but he did seem to be causing some problems in the area. A sausage was launched into Sudiov's shoulder, exploding as it impacted. "Shall I assist here?" Sudiov asked the nearby members of TUBA as his shoulder reformed.

Total power should be around 30, depends a little bit on the strength of the Secondary mainly a number of the other abilities basically seem like flavour, which I really enjoy but don't add much to the point total. So assuming that the blasts of ice are somewhat limited in direct combat ability (Can't just freeze everyone in a room in solid ice) then I think 30-40 points should cover it. @Lord Meeker seems to be within final point limits but anything you see that needs to be added? @kenod information based abilities can be really hard to judge but this is how it'd be rated. Laplace's Demon Primary - 30 points Secondary - 30 points Synergy - 30 points Total - 90 points Maxwell's Demon Primary - Need to know the rate of temperature change for this one, if you could instantly cool liquids to -20 C then that's an instant-kill ability. Also I think some of these temperature calculations are off? Assuming for gasses this is meant to be -60 C? OP characters are naturally going to have main plots arise around them, and that's why we have a community approval process for OP characters, I don't think one vote at the start of the year should necessarily prevent anyone from certain characters for the next year with no way for the community to change their mind. No background for this character so very hard to justify this level of Hemalurgy. Quick point tally reveals that this is beyond traditional character scope, I'd suggest the OP character sheet if that's what you're aiming for and then it will need community approval. Tally: Divine breath: ~100 (Not quite the full fifth heightening benefit as it can't be used as normal breath but no weaknesses of a Returned either) 9x Zinc spikes - ~45 (Not hugely useful other than as a defense but this does mean no weaknesses from Hemalurgy will be counted) Copper spikes - 45 Stormform - 50 Gravitation Spikes - 80 Iron Spikes - 30 Sharblade - 30 Total ~380 + all the points for his companion Well beyond normal levels, I'd suggest the OP character sheet for this character or a significant nerfing is in order.
