This^. It's still not too common though certain authors have become well known for it (You all know who I'm talking about) but the problem is that the supposed goal (Getting rid of plot armour and letting even major characters die) Is almost never achieved, main characters still live through myriad situations which should have killed them but now at the end they might suddenly get hit with an arrow/bullet/firebolt to the neck and die out of no where just to make the readers upset.

Or else he shall dispense his most heinous of punishments upon you and tell you that the time is actually five seconds earlier than it really is and then you'll be a bit late for something and you'll be really embarassed. FEAR THE GREAT METRONOME!!! Yeah pretty much, she is fond of mind games though so her personalities certainly a good fit for it, she just doesn't have a lot of opportunity.

With the exception of Metronome whose power is so great that it can be perceived even without a single canonical post with him in it. Well she's generally more inclined to just kill people than torture them but she'd definitely be open to expanding her evil horizons.

That works too, pretty much as soon as she hears about Bloody Mary she'd want to find her, being able to spy on someone who is themselves a spymaster is the sort of plan she'd come up with, even if it'd likely end with an irritated Mary seeking out her real body and exploding it or something

Given that Neverthere's somewhat informally allied herself with Lightwards Lucentia could pretty easily talk her into being used for communication with Astoria if needed.

I think Astoria is actually inside her range now, I set it to be pretty big since she has no secondary's to utilize with it, so if she had a reason to then she'd project there but she's not likely to move there physically without a very good reason.

In terms of public opinion about fantasy the 'fantasy is just for children' line gets a bit old, though ASOIAF has helped that quite a bit. In terms of annoying fantasy tropes it'd have to be 1 dimensional races, like Kobold mentioned there are certain, well designed exceptions but just once I want to see a foul-mouthed elf who wields a giant battle axe.

Eventually but it would provide a bit of a reprieve, and while they're all outlets for corruption they're not really caused by it, as Megan said in Firefight it doesn't always manifest the same so I think that it basically just enhances the negative aspect of all emotions. (Anger becomes wrath, disgust becomes loathing, etc.) so he might still be able to kill off specific aspects of their corruption. Quite Yes but I imagine that aspect in particular would put up a pretty big fight, also he'd have to be right next to Nighthound to do it and so he'd probably get his neck snapped before he could manage it. Also, given that he's an Epic he's more likely to manifest Nighthounds slontziness and essentially clone him just to wreak some mayhem.

Come to think of it that Empath Epic could do a lot of good in the Dalles, murder Deathwish's creepiness, Scribblers fear of Epics, Arsenals... Arsenalness...

Well it'd be more like flirting with her own sense of flirtyness But the more practical upshot is that Autumn could literally murder Shiny's attraction to her Although given how it's somewhat related to the corruption it may just reform because otherwise he'd be capable of redeeming Epics pretty much at will.

I haven't seen it either but I have an Epic whose power is to create physical manifestations of emotions so maybe this could be canonical at some point?

I doubt it's that simple or it wouldn't have taken so long to develop them. That they specifically use fabrials that enhance Durability makes it particularly unlikely.
