  1. No idea. But I bet they've broken through my Shardplate now only one person knew I had that, so I'm betting they didn't know that. But seriously I'm not all that important. I'm not even a son of honor. Just an average alethi with blue Shardplate.
  2. Ok. So we're all in the cognitive realm. WHAT THE STORMS IS GOING ON?! How am I supposed to collect gold as a cognitive spirit? This makes no sense. I'll try to puzzle out what I should do with my cognitive self later on. Oh and fair warning- I might not be super active until I'm not in three games anymore
  3. RIP brightness it was nice working with you. Guess there really were 3 village rioters. Which makes me even more suspicious of the SMOKER- ecthelion . And stick, cloudjumper voted on yitzi instead of joe this last turn. Why wouldn't he just vote on joe if both he and Ecth were elim?
  4. Ok I've created a hit list. Ecthelion. I have already enumbered my suspicions on him. Furthermore it will give us more information. Cloudjumper. For the moment I am still suspicious, but I think there is a possibility of him being cleared if Ecth turns evil. Araris. He's too invisible to ignore forever. His invisibility is a huge advantage, especially if he is an elim. PK. Still suspicious of him based on the various things he's said. Shqueeves. If he hasn't said anything at this point, I'm concerned that it is because he is an elim as well as being new, and just doesn't know what to say. Drake. I'm still a bit suspicious of him, however at this point the list is very much subject to change. Dalinar. However if Ecth turns elim, cancel all suspicions. Stick- many people have expressed suspicion of Stick. However stick has contributed enough to discussion that we shouldn't go after her too soon. BR. I very much doubt she is elim. But all remains to be seen Arinian. Due to his early vote on Yitzi, I also doubt he is elim. Flash- I do have to put myself on the list somewhere. But I feel like I've been contributing enough to show that I am village, despite my inactivity the first day or so. Seonid. I am reading very village on Seonid. The things he says are just... village.
  5. Did you miss my whole point? It isn't diversity I have an issue with. It's the obvious hate against the Xmen and Fantastic 4 (because marvel doesn't have the movie rights. I didn't believe it at first, but I've been convinced by what theyve done.). It's replacing every single classic avenger with some stupid replacement. Hawkeye. Hulk. Captain America (I don't mind falcon AS much. Same with Miles morales. As I said, well created characters make a difference). Female Thor. I don't care what anyone says about how interesting her comics are, I like old thor. I want him back. But the one I hate the most is definetly Riri Williams, who replaced Tony Stark as iron man. This... just REALLY ticks me off. She is a nothing character. The comics she is in are transient, meh, and pathetic. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. I want iron man back more than any other avenger. Miss Marvel is one of the few comics I enjoy from marvel right now, along with Renew your Vows, and secret empire... sort of. I have extremely volatile feelings about Secret Empire. I just want Cap back he's my favorite character besides the Flash. Marvel isn't going to lose its fanbase entirely, obviously. Spider-Man alone will keep some on. But iron man? Not doing so hot. Avengers? Also not doing well. I don't enjoy the stories from Marvel very much anymore. Except for Squirrrel girl and Gwenpool. Those were inspired characters that I adore. I am not the only one who feels like Marvel has gone in a stupid direction. It's comic sales are falling, within itself. It's frustrating for me, especially when they make great stories in their movies. Why can't they do that in their comics? Look at some comics forums sometime, or the comments section on a Marvel YouTube video. The backlash is real. Legacy is supposed to be a way to appease us... but that remains to be seen. If they bring back Cap, and bring back Iron Man, I might be able to deal with other characters. Might.
  6. I didn't know Sanderson was LDS until after I had discovered how brilliant he is. I appreciate that he keeps the books more clean. It is religious, but it also that I appreciate that he spends more time on Worldbuilding and character depth than making his books edgy and modern.
  7. Don't see anything about this anywhere else, and I kind of need to just let this out. First off, I love comics. Lots. But I hate Marvel right now. Many people call it SJW Marvel right now, and I find myself agreeing. I'm not against that stuff. It's just that it has its place, and replacing beloved characters with feminist versions and minority versions is POINTLESS. It DOESN'T add to the characters; I've read those comics and they're complete fluff! If Marvel wants diversity, then they need to create NEW characters that have depth and meaning. And bring back the ones we want. There is a reason Marvel sales are plummeting. Meanwhile, I would like to praise DC. It's not perfect, but it is working towards what we want. Superman is a HUGE example of this. I LOVE THE SUPERMAN STORIES RIGHT NOW! Superman has an issue with being relatable, because he is so OP. How did they solve that issue? Jonathan Kent. I LOVE Jonathan Kent. He adds so much depth to Superman, that Superman has become one of my favorite characters at the moment. Now I'm not a huge fan of what they're doing with Batman, but I'm sure that'll be fine. I love the Flash right now, although I reccomend that they give Black Wally West a new name. It's just too confusing. Walter West would be fine. Or William West. Anything to make it possible to prevent having to put some inevitably racist clarifier before their names. Wonder woman is... ok. But overall Rebirth is excellent for DC. They get what the fans want. Marvel needs to get its act together. So I have my ideas on how they could fix it: 1. Bring back the original Avengers team in a big event. That would go a long way to repairing the relationships with fans. 2. Make Renew your Vows Spider-Man canon. Do they not see what Jonathan did for SUPERMAN? The whole family dynamic would finally give Peter Parker somewhere to go. Miles Morales can be our teenage spiderman, I'm ok with that. 3. Create diverse, NEW characters. Not rip offs of classics. New characters. 4. Maybe... just stop worrying about being politically correct and focus on the CHARACTERS? That's what makes DC and the movies so great! The comics have none of that! I read the old comics of marvel and it makes me sad that they've killed off Fantastic 4, X-men, Avengers... is there anything they haven't killed off?!? The old comics were fun, an escape, and not dreary and political like Marvel Comics is right now. Idk what marvel needs to do in order to get its act together, but it needs to be done. I'm not alone in this opinion. And their sales will continue to reflect the Fans opinions until they realize that they have no fan base left.
  8. That would sure the survivorists into a tizzy
  9. Hm. So maybe, if it just sensed investiture, it can detect the "leakage" from a spike?
  10. Ok then... I guess the real question I was asking is can bronze detect an end-negative magic system. I did assume that there would be something going on there.
  11. Ok so bronze makes it easy to detect allomancy because it is an end-positive system. It can detect other magic systems (most of which I think are end positive.) It struggles to detect feruchemy, because it's all internal and end-neutral. My question is, what does a seeker detect from a hemalurgist? A... reverse pulse? Like something pulling in?
  12. First off, I'm forced to wear a full tux. Second, our teacher doesn't give us enough water. Third, I'm really tall. And the lights are hot. It's not a good combination. If I drink a ton of water, I can survive, but if I don't, I have to push through lol
  13. I can relate. I have almost fainted at most of my chorus concerts. It's somewhat embarrassing.
  14. I went from being a steelrunner to an artifabrian I like steelrunners
  15. Ok first off thank you Joe for your analysis. I added it to my document. Thank you Wilson for doing that stars parody. I appreciate it Stick, the reason elims would want joe lynched is because it wastes a turn for the village. so I guess the lynch might give us some information. I think the night turn would best be spent doing some analysis by the village. We cannot afford to lynch another villager tomorrow. So let's use our PMs, use my document, trawl through the ridiculously long thread. I know I plan on doing so. We're revolutionaries, we don't just sit around! We FIGHT!! (I didn't actually expect that to go there lol).
  16. I earlier stated my intentions to actively work against any ghostbloods. They want normal people like me dead, and I want to stay alive. jondesu .
  17. Except it isn't late in the game. *sigh* with such a vote on joe it looks like we're not going to learn anything this turn. Not everyone can be innocent. There are at least 3 more elims left. Probably four, with how many people we started out this game with. That will take until turn 11 to complete if we hit an elim every turn. And I honestly don't know where to start. Ok. Why the heck did the elims kill Asterion? If they had killed someone else, we would have probably lynched aster in one big mislynch (I know I would have). That just seems really weird to me. Furthermore, I think the elims in this game are fairly experienced. They seem completely hidden. I'll have to think some more. And I'm going to go update my analysis document finally, now that I finally have some time to do so. Actually turns out I need to write a talk for church so I'm not even going to get around to that. *sigh*
  18. Ok then. Ecth voted on me because I didn't know that (LG34 was my first LG. How would I possibly know that cloudjumper was anything but active?!). If anything this makes me more suspicious of Ecth, because wasn't he in LG34? He should have known that was my first LG.
  19. Ok 3 things about ecth make me suspicious: 1. The defense of Cloudjumper. Ecth said that cloudjumper normally plays more lurky, which I don't remember (from the one game I played with him.) Also it's kind of rich when that's coming from a lurky player. 2. The defense of inactive elims. This SERIOUSLY bothers me. An inactive elim is still a threat to the village, and while the logic about inactive elims makes sense, why do you feel at all obliged to defend them? They are still elims! They could provide information by lynching them! 3. The nearly unexplained vote on Joe. Elims would clearly prefer the vote on joe, because it gives us no information. A vote on anyone else gives us information, but a vote on a neutral? It buys more time for them to pick us off. Sadly, I also feel suspicious of Brightness for these reasons as I go through. If Ecth turns elim, I might have to review her posts...
  20. And meanwhile we're still being picked off. Look. Clearly the lynch on cloudjumper isn't going to go through. I know I've been tunneling on him, and I still think he's an elim. However, I think a lynch on ecthelion would be more informative. I know I'm not enumerating my suspicions right now, but I don't have a lot of time to spell them out. But I do have actual reasons for being suspicious of him. Also, if Ecth turns out to be an elim, I would feel a lot better about lynching Joe. In one more day. But please neutrals, we have no information at the moment. We NEED a lynch to get information. You can afford to wait. You're not going anywhere, no one wants to kill you. Please give us one turn. If Ecth is an elim, we'll have information that we can use to create discussion despite not getting information from a lynch on Joe. Ok, I might have a few minutes here. I'll edit in all the posts that make me suspicious of Ecth.
