Unless the neutrals intervene. Neutrals, I'm going to ask nicely. I have nothing to offer you. But please help us out. Even if one or two of you helps us out what would be fantastic. I know you probably won't, but I'm going to at least ask. And I will riot this cycle. But tell me, how will you know whose vote i will riot? @Shqueeves @Paranoid King @Arinian @cloudjumper if there are villagers among you. We need you. Badly. This is our last big opportunity. If we don't succeed this lynch, we will lose. The elims will likely vote as a block, because quite simply this is the last village lynch that counts.

So if you haven't seen my other PowerKeeper stuff, go look at it here. Entropy, or Chaos, is one of the elements I have explored the least. when I run into that, I set up two scenarios: how would a mage of that element be able to beat all the other mages, and a class, taught by the PowerKeeper of that element, explaining that element to new recruits. It helps me to pound out the abilities of the Element. Also, soon I plan on doing my absolute favorite character in my universe: the Rogue Mage. He is less powerful than Jonathan Cruze by far, but he is a sorcerer who discovered some old items of Merlin (the Great Mage of Sorcery). He chooses to leave the PowerKeepers instead of taking up a formal apprenticeship, something that is highly unusual. Sorcery is the other element that needs its specific abilities pounded out, and his story helps to do that. Anyway, this is essentially a class. It has no character names, because it is simply a thought device, with no major characters involved. There is a character later on that I will explore, a girl who wields the Swords of Order and Chaos, but she comes later in the timeline. "Hello,Students. I am your teacher today. You have been determined to have an affinity for the Element of Entropy, or Chaos. This is not one of the more intuitive elements, and requires an understanding of what you can do. You have all been shown to be able to create Chaos bubbles. Does anyone know what those are?" Silence from the small children, who looked at her with wide eyes. "Fields. They are fields created by the magic, where entropy is increased to the user's desire, controlled by the mind and spell. Entropy can be applied to any or all attributes or characteristics of the contents of the Chaos field." "so its like pressing the shuffle button?" one kid asked. "Yes it is! Except you control what the shuffle button is shuffling. You determine the size, and extent of the chaos you want applied to the inside of the bubble. Now, what is our other major ability?" "Order Fields!" a little kid squeaked. The teacher smiled. "Indeed it is. Now these are harder to do, and for one reason. While entropy is a universal constant, Order is a state applied by a intelligence on the world around it. When you learn to create Order fields, you must remember to define WHAT you are ordering. If you do not, you will Order everything. This will cause Quantum Uncertainty to break down, which in turn will cause everything to fall apart, as electrons stop moving, IMF's no longer take effect, and molecules stop moving, which means that now that you have made the inside of the order field absolute zero. Which will not help you if you are trying to Order a broken plate to make it whole once again. You will be taught the techniques needed to do this as you learn." "Now, there are other abilities you can learn to use. Chaos can be used to harness quantum uncertainty, which can allow transportation abilities. You can use it to create a desired outcome, by imposing a chaos spell that stops when a particular state of order has been reached. But for now, your various instructors will be taking you to the training rooms to start working with Chaos fields. Good luck."

The PowerKeepers: An Unfair Competition
Steeldancer replied to Steeldancer's topic in Creator's Corner
ok yes thank you. Yes, magic can adjust various characteristics of materials, so that would be a better explanation. and actually the no compression ability of water is one that I've played with, in getting him out of really tight situations. Especially if you then incorporate ice's expanding ability, it bursts most constraints like water in a pipe during the winter. -
Mid-Range Game 23: A Desperate Alliance
Steeldancer replied to Seonid's topic in Sanderson Elimination
I understand the need for peace. Now that the ghostbloods are (hopefully) all gone, I am inclined to want to create as much unity between the factions as possible. A situation where as many people can win as possible. -
i know i plan on going theory crazy when oathbringer comes out. I just somewhat feel like we've exhausted a lot of the information we have already. But once oathbringer comes out we'll know more about the cosmere, and I can theorize and figure out stuff. Not to mention I would like to be on top of the puzzle solving (as he always has one of those puzzles or codes to solve). I'm so excited.

Yes, and 100% of your suspicions have turned out to be village. Arranae. Brightness. Im pretty sure stick is village. Drake is too misinformed to not be village. you seem to know how many elims there are, even if Wilson did back up your potential logic, a villager does not know for sure how many elims there are. And you aren't going after Dalinar like you said you would. You appear to be most suspicious of those who are the most active! I think that mindset, as a villager, is not a good one to have. Also you havent backed up any of your claims with evidence. In other words, the evidence (which is flimsy) for lynching me ( which is that all the lynches i have led have turned out badly for the village) is the same as for lynching you, in that your suspicions were no more helpful than mine. And at least i did something about my suspicions. Also ecth turned village! so your vote counts for nothing at all in terms of clearing you. I will now go check the vote on Yitzi. If it looks like you did a potential bus on him, Im voting on you. Well darn. He didn't even vote that cycle. That could be an attempt to distance himself from the lynch, because bussing often gets elims in trouble. Perhaps they decided to not even get involved? especially as Araris is so naturally invisible. Ok. So, if there is only 4 elims left, we should be able to figure some stuff out. I would group as Village: Me (I'll let my actions speak for themselves), Arinian (due to an early vote on YItzi), Stick (due to her constant discussion), and i think drake and dalinar are probably village. That leaves behind Araris, Shqueeves (I think he is elim because I asked him in PMs to come and share his thoughts, and hes been on the shard but hasn't said anything. I think that might be because it being his first game, and him being an elim might be overwhelming and make it scary to post), PK (who multiple people have expressed suspicions on, and i get a bad gut read from, I'll need to check his posts) and Cloudjumper, my suspicions who i think Araris indirectly defended. wouldnt it be interesting if cloudjumper turned elim? Then my lynch would finally have been productive. I was conviced by others to not go after Cloud, and instead go after Ecth. I find that suspicious. If araris turns elim, i think these people are worth a closer look at. I will do it this cycle (now that im pretty much unimportant in the MR and dead in LG36), because i have some time. I will look at PK first, because i havent really taken a close look at him yet.

How so? Apparently Im ridiculously unlucky. If you lynch me, you will find that I am a villager. And we will lose this game. You know what is weird? Araris said if he was an elim, he wouldnt use the night kill on me. And now he is directing a lynch on me. I actually thought to myself "if the elims dont kill me, who would they kill?" obviously, seonid. he was the most villager, but less active. Also have you had any successful lynches? has anyone? I think you are an elim, but i will not vote yet. I have some time, so I will compile evidence to either refute or confirm my accusation. Ok, first off. You said if Ecth flipped village, you would be suspicious of Dalinar. What happened to that?

Mid-Range Game 23: A Desperate Alliance
Steeldancer replied to Seonid's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Yay! Ghostbloods deadified (which you may note has been my sole goal this entire game). I figure we should appease the parshendi and go brightness . No offense intended. -
HELLO PEOPLE I HAVE BEEN SUMMONED!!! My WoB is useful here! Hoid IS a feruchemist (of sorts). He has more unkeyed metalminds I can vouch for that, even if I can't find the transcript.

@OrlokTsubodai I said that I didn't have any suspicions as of yet. Still don't. So far, it all looka like scambling to try and figure out what's going on. That's why I didn't come up with a different lynch canindate... I couldn't come up with one Also I laughed too

For some reason I get a really weird feeling when you call me pal... like by requesting that I distribute my items randomly the whole universe will start to spontaneously combust... Eobard trusts no one

I don't think you lurk so much as you're just... invisible. I can never get a read on you. You say stuff, and then I always end up focusing on another.

Ok i have a quick break. I'm not against a lynch, I'm against a stupid lynch. The lynch on Alvron is stupid. Anybody have a better candidate?

Ok i had never heard about the square root thing. I'll keep that in mind for the future. But it does mean we should have an even 50/50 chance about of hitting an elim. Best chances in the game so far.

Yeah it kind of feels like a half-effort lynch. I'm certainly not joining it. He's almost certain to be a villager anyway, because that's how day one goes. Anyway one last little RP before I go to work. Holy Speed Force. Those were big walls. The farmer had been right that he couldn't possibly miss Elantris. It was HUGE. Lightning swirled around him and with a CRACK he set off to explore the intimidating city.

Why not? I'm one of the more vocal villagers at this point. If I were an elim, I would totally kill me. (That makes no sense but whatever)
