    All I know is there should be no dip in the Dalinar narrative. He's the clear lead and the most compelling of the 3. I can lose Kaladin. I don't mind reading him through the eyes of others. It's more important that we be inside Shallans head

    And yet Taln withstood Damnation for more than 4 thousand years. It has to be somewhat different from what we're expecting. Taln is the only impressive Herald imo. Took on the burden of all 10 and still held out an absurdly long time. What he said. Additionally, if the Sanderson timeline quote is correct, we only have 500 years to fit every Desolation prior to the prelude......which is crazy but hey. I also checked and the Radiants only fought in "several Desolations" (per Taln).

    Lol, our heroes will last 2 of these battles, so..... It's like the Heralds have nothing special about them. Then again, it's probably more than 9 or at least I hope (that supposed WOB about the timeline and Desolations doesn't fit anyway).

    Gotta admit, the Heralds have lost some major cool points of they broke after only 9 Desolations. That's so.....unimpressive. After a re-read : Where the heck is Rlain? He should be the most dominant fighter among Bridge 4.

    If anything, these reveals made it far less likely that Adolin would be able to revive his blade. Not only would it be brand new, but Adolin would need to be stupidly similar on a spiritual level to the original radiant who had wielded the sword and he would need to speak the same oaths To top it, he would first need to stop using the darn thing and break his bond just so that it hates him slightly less.......

    Okay, so: 1 What is being Unmade? 2 Why didn't Odium just make 10 splinters from the start since all of the Heralds would have broken before the 2nd Desolation? 3 How do the Unmade relate to the Heralds exactly besides being the strongest on Team Evil?

    Hmmm so that thing around Jezriens head that makes it look like his mind is blown is the Almighty? Cool detail. Did we know before the most recent chapters that the Almight was often visualized as a storm cloud?

    Ooooo, so Unmade are like unmade Radiant Spren? What happens when an Unmade successfully bonds with a human I wonder. There may be 1 for each Order but the Bondsmiths since, you know, super spren. The Midnight Mother was underwhelming if truth be told. Bridge Fooouuurrrrrrrr now with a woman? .....who is this chick that Bridge 4 would accept her? Shallan Skar has the easiest name to remember of the group, come on now.

    Hrmm Elokhar does mention that he sees more glory spren around Dalinar. They could be associated with Ishar though or simply be there to reflect this dudes majesty in front of followers (art doesn't have to be literal anyways).

    Im aware. The hell is she associated with keys for? So weird (still hot though). I doubt Jezrien is a greying or Alethi... Pretty sure the artist copy pasted Michael Whelans version of rockbuds and the storms. it looks like Ishar attracts glory spren, Jezrien wind spren and Vedel life spren....cool details!

    Only thing I can see is that the artist doesn't know squat about how the Heralds actually look. Why the hell is Vedel holding keys?
